Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan pengawasan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada PT Artha Gita Sejahtera Medan. Setiap perusahaan memiliki masalah sendiri dalam proses mencapai tujuan organisasi, namun dalam perusahaan ini masalah komitmen organisasi, pengawasan dan penurunan disiplin kerja masih sering terjadi, hal inilah yang melatarbelakangi peneliti melakukan penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, sifat penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah bersifat eksplanatori. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 99 orang. Penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dimana 99 orang karyawan dijadikan sampel dan 30 karyawan untuk uji validitas yang diambil dari perusahaan sejenis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi dan pengawasan secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,666 yang menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi dan pengawasan berpengaruh terhadap disiplin karyawan dengan tingkat persentase 67%. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah Komitmen Organisasi dan Pengawasan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Di sip lin K er ja Karyawan baik secara simultan dan parsial Pada PT Artha Gita Sejahtera Medan.

Abstract

Imaging is one of the most important elements that should be owned by every agency of Individual career development is needed so that the workers have a career that continues to increase. For someone who works in a company does not just want to earn money for the necessities of life, but also want a good career achievement. To find it, to do further research. In reaching a career, one must have a strong ability and a good personality. Because career will not be achieved with the capability that's it. The problems in this study is whether entrepreneurship skills and influential personalities either partially or simultaneously on individual career development. This study aims to reveal the influence of entrepreneurship skills and personality of the individual career development as well as implement and compare the theory that writers get the actual situation on the ground. This research was conducted on a member of PT. Ifaria Gemilang (IFA), Medan Jaya Depot Sumatra with 78 respondents. The object of research is a distributor company based in Bogor, Indonesia, which was founded by Tanu Sutomo and Djarot Widjanarko in 1990. The data was collected through questionnaires. Data analysis method used is quantitative/associative with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) ver. 16.0 and data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis. And tests conducted in this study is the quality of the data test (validity and reliability), classicalassumption (normality test, multicollinearity and heterokedastisitas) and conformance test (Test Goodnees Of Fit) consisting of a t-test, F and test of determination.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh persaingan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui kepuasan kerja pegawai universitas pembangunan panca budi medan. pengujian hipotesis pertama membuktikan bahwa secara simultan motivasi kerja dan persaingan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. secara parsial motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan persaingan kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.pengujian hipotesis kedua membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja.pengujianhipotesis ketiga membuktikan bahwa secara simultan motivasi kerja dan persaingan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. secara parsial motivasi kerja dan persaingan kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. pengujian hipotesis keempat membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja dan persaingan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui kepuasan kerja. motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui kepuasan kerja. hasil inimenyimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi (intervening) hubungan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja. persaingan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui kepuasan kerja. hasil ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak dapat memediasi (intervening) hubungan persaingan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja.

Abstract

Pengembangan sumber daya manusia merupakan suatu proses untuk meningkatkan berbagai kemampuan pegawai untuk mempersiapkan suatu tanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan tugas untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Hal ini terjadi karena tujuan pengembangan sumber daya manusia pada akhirnya adalah untuk menciptakan pegawai yang memiliki kinerja yang baik dengan cara meningkatkan kemampuan mereka untuk dapat berkinerja lebih baik. Jika kinerja pegawai sebelumnya adalah positif, maka pengembangan yang diberikan bertujuan untuk semakin meningkatkan kinerja pegawai tersebut. Sedangkan bila kinerja sebelumnya negatif, maka tujuan pengembangan sumber daya manusia adalah untuk memperbaikinya agar menjadi baik dan positif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan kinerja pegawai PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Mandiri Mitra Usaha MedanKuala dan Bahorok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian asosiatif, yang bersifat mencari hubungan antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Disini variabel X adalah pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan variabel Y adalah kinerja pegawai. Sampel yangdigunakan adalah seluruh pegawai di kantor PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Mandiri Mitra Usaha Medan-Kuala dan Bahorok. Penarikan sampelnya menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh/ penelitian populasi.

Abstract

The object of this research on Amy Mobile phone located in Area Jendral Gatot Subroto Medan is one of the businesses engaged in the sale of various brands of mobile phones and at the same time repair damage all kinds of brand mobile phones. Problems in this study related to business capital and market competition on the development of Small Micro Business Cellular Phone Amy Mobile in Medan. The result of the research shows that business capital, Market Competition simultaneously and significantly influence to Micro Small Business development, while partially positive and significant business capital variable influence to micro small business development and market competition variables have positive and significant influence on Micro Small Business development. Determination of the results of this study shows the development of Micro Small Business bias is explained by independent variables of business capital and market competition, while the rest (100% -85.1% = 14.9%) can be explained by other variables that have not been meticulously.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Institutional Ownership, Profitability, Sales Growth, and Leverage Against Tax Avoidance In Construction Subsector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 –2019, this research consists of 16 Construction Subsector companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesian Effect. by using the type of associative research analysis with data design the panel is a combination of time series data and cross-sectional data. The type of data used is panel data (pooled data), Regression analysis panel data with Fixed Effect Model (FEM) estimation method and reviews 10 SV programs. Hypothesis testing carried out is the Coefficient of Determination Test (R Square), F Test, and t-test. The results of the study show that the institutional ownership variable affects negative and positive effects on tax avoidance, Profitability Variable positive effect, and positive effect on tax avoidance. Variable Sales growth has a positive and positive effect on tax evasion. Leverage has a negative and positive effect on tax evasion.

Abstract

The focus of this study is to analyze job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between work climate and burnout on employee performance. A quantitative approach was chosen for this research, with data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 74 employees at Samsat Medan Utara. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (PLS SEM). The results show that at Samsat Medan Utara, the work environment has a direct effect on job satisfaction. The work environment directly influences employee performance. Burnout has no direct effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a direct effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction also indirectly mediates the influence of work climate on employee performance. However, job satisfaction does not significantly mediate the effect of burnout on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the partial and simultaneous effects of leadership and incentive on employee’s performance at Hamparan Perak district. The Likert scale approach was utilized to collect data for this study, which employed quantitative methodologies. Using complete sampling, 60 employees from the Hamparan Perak district served as the study's subjects. The study's findings showed that, first, leadership significantly and favorably affects employee performance, as seen by the tcount > ttable value of 6.534 > 1.764, a result value of 0.559, and a sig value of 0.005 < 0.05. Second, tcount > ttable, which is 6.859 ˃ 1.764 with a result value of 0.540 and a sig value of 0.002 < 0.05, indicates that incentive have a positive and substantial impact on employee’s performance. Third, the results of the fcount > ftable, which are 11.897 > 2.608 with a result value of 0.721 and Sig value < 0.05 then 0.004 > 0.05, were obtained concurrently with the F test, demonstrating that leadership and incentives have a significant and positive impact on employee’s performance at Hamparan Perak district.

Abstract

This research seeks to examine the function of HR Analytics as a moderating variable in the integration model of This study aims to examine the influence of Knowledge Management Capability, AI Capability, and Organizational Learning Agility on Sustainable Competitive Advantage in organizations using the Resource-Based View and Dynamic Capability approaches. Analysis was conducted using PLS-SEM to assess the direct and indirect effects between variables. The results show that AI Capability has a significant positive effect on Sustainable Competitive Advantage (36.1%), confirming that the use of AI plays a crucial role in building long-term competitiveness. In addition, Knowledge Management Capability is the most dominant variable, with a very strong influence on AI Capability (85.1%), and has a significant impact on Organizational Learning Agility (22.8%) and Sustainable Competitive Advantage (33.2%). This study also found that Knowledge Management Capability influences Sustainable Competitive Advantage indirectly through AI Capability (30.7%), which is the strongest mediating pathway, and through Organizational Learning Agility (14.3%). These findings confirm that knowledge management is a fundamental element in strengthening technological capabilities and learning agility, which ultimately enhances sustainable competitive advantage. This research provides theoretical contributions to the development of a knowledge-based integration model as well as practical implications for organizations in designing sustainable digital transformation strategies.
