Abstract

New media menciptakan ruang yang terintegrasi untuk mengakses informasi maupun bersosialisasi. Sebagai bagian dari new media, YouTube menyediakan berbagai informasi yang dapat diakses secara mudah dan cepat. YouTube dapat digunakan tidak hanya untuk keperluan hiburan namun juga dapat memberikan edukasi kepada publik. Lapas Perempuan Kelas IIB Yogyakarta merupakan salah satu lembaga pemerintah yang juga menggunakan YouTube untuk edukasi bencana. Selama pandemi COVID-19, pihak lapas membatasi mobilisasi narapidana. Pihak lapas melakukan edukasi bencana dengan memutarkan video dari YouTube untuk menghadapi bahaya bencana di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi new media untuk edukasi bencana di lapas. Peneliti melakukan studi kasus di Lapas Perempuan Kelas IIB Yogyakarta dengan melibatkan staf lapas sebagai informan penelitian. Informan dalam penelitian ini merupakan staf lapas, perwakilan yang dianggap mengetahui dan terlibat secara langsung dalam sistem pemasyarakatan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah kualitatif meliputi data primer dan sekunder. Peneliti melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen untuk mengumpulkan data-data yang diperlukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa new media sangat berkontribusi di lapas karena menyajikan berbagai informasi terkait dengan kebencanaan. Lapas Perempuan Kelas IIB Yogyakarta memiliki keterbatasan selama penyelenggaraan edukasi bencana. New media menjadi solusi alternatif bagi pihak lapas untuk tetap menyelenggarakan edukasi bencana kepada narapidana.Kata Kunci : New Media, Youtube, Edukasi Bencana

Abstract

Disaster education is essential in creating a prison system that is resilient to disasters. However, it is still designed commonly in Indonesia and is not gender specific. This research emphasizes how crucial gender communication is for disaster education in prison, particularly in female prisons. This research aims to identify how gender is communicated during disaster education at Lapas Perempuan Kelas IIB Yogyakarta. It started with a research question on how the implementation of gender communication between women staff and women prisoners during disaster education. The method used in this study was a case study method used at Lapas Perempuan Kelas IIB Yogyakarta. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and document studies. The results discovered that the gender communication process during disaster education at Lapas Perempuan Kelas IIB Yogyakarta still did not completely accommodate women prisoners’ needs. This research highlights the relationship between gender issues and the women’s access to disaster management in Indonesia. The results are expected to encourage women’s participation in disaster management, also improve disaster education quality in women’s prisons.

Abstract

Kekerasan pada anak merupakan segala bentuk perbuatan atau tindakan yang menimbulkan penderitaan baik secara fisik atau emosional, seksual, eksploitasi, penelantaran yang berdampak kerugian pada keberlangsungan hidup anak. Tingkat kekerasan anak di dunia mencapai 1 miliar anak dalam kurun waktu 1 tahun. Di Indonesia sendiri terjadi peningkatan jumlah korban setiap tahunnya. Hal ini tidak terlepas dari jumlah kasus yang terjadi di setiap kabupaten/kota pada setiap provinsi. Jawa Barat merupakan salah satu dari tiga provinsi dengan korban kekerasan terbanyak di Indonesia. Dalam membantu upaya penyelesaian kasus yang lebih terstruktur dibutuhkan pengendalian dan penekanan kasus kekerasan terhadap anak menggunakan segmentasi wilayah agar dapat membantu pemerintah dalam menentukan daerah prioritas penanganan. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan data dalam rentang tahun 2017-2021. Algoritme yang diterapkan adalah algoritme K-Means menggunakan metodologi KDD yaitu data selection, data prepoccesing, transformation, data mining, dan interpretation/evaluation. Terbentuk 3 cluster dengan 4 daerah rawan, 1 sangat rawan, dan 22 tidak rawan. Cluster menghasilkan 0.36 dengan silhouette coefficient 0.76 (strong structure). Interpretasi divisualisasikan menggunakan QGIS.

Abstract

Bogor Career Center (BCC) is a program from the Bogor Regency Manpower Office to improve job opportunities and workforce skills. However, the effectiveness of this program still faces challenges, such as synergy between stakeholders, limited resources, and workforce readiness in facing industrial competition. This study aims to analyze the SWOT factors in the implementation of collaborative governance in the BCC program and measure its effectiveness which emphasizes trust, communication, and implementation capacity, as well as analysis that includes program success, target achievement, user satisfaction, input-output levels, and overall goal achievement. This study uses qualitative methods with interview techniques, documentation studies, and observations. The results of the study indicate that BCC has strengths in policy support and partnership networks, but still faces coordination constraints and resource limitations. The opportunities for this program lie in the utilization of technology and industry collaboration, while the threats include labor market dynamics and budget constraints. The analysis shows that trust and communication between stakeholders still need to be strengthened, and implementation capacity is not optimal. In terms of effectiveness, target achievement and user satisfaction still need to be improved to ensure the sustainability of the program. In conclusion, the success of collaborative governance in the BCC program depends on strengthening trust, communication, and implementation capacity, as well as the effectiveness of the program in achieving targets and user satisfaction.

Abstract

Kulon Progo Districts had been participated in the realization of KB program in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to investigate: 1) General condition of Kulon Progo Regency before 1971; 2) The implementation of Family Planning program (KB) in Kulonprogo district from 1971 to 1998; 3) the socio-economic and cultural impact of the realization of family planning (KB) program in Kulonprogo district from 1971 to 1998. This research used historical research method according to Kuntowijoyo which consist of: (1) Topic selection; (2) Heuristics; (3) Source Criticism (Verification); (4) Interpretation; (5) Historiography. The result of this research shows that (1) General condition in Kulonprogo district before 1971 is an underdeveloped area and lack of welfare. (2) The realization of KB program in Kulonprogo district includes finding new acceptors, increasing the number of active acceptors (KB Lestari) and operational activities which consist of Communication, Education and Information (KIE), Contraception service and integration with other government agencies. (3) The realization of family planning (KB) program in Kulon Progo district from 1971 to 1998 result in socio-economic and cultural impact.

Abstract

The Independent Curriculum, implemented nationally since 2022, is viewed as not fully meeting the needs of Islamic education, which prioritizes the development of students’ spiritual, moral, and practical character. In the Madrasah context, a curriculum model is required that more explicitly integrates values of compassion, empathy, and love for God, fellow human beings, and the environment. Responding to this gap, the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia introduced the Love Curriculum as an alternative and corrective initiative to strengthen the value-based dimensions that are considered lacking in the Independent Curriculum.This article aims to analyze the implementation of the Love Curriculum as a substitute for the Independent Curriculum in Madrasah. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, involving interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis in selected educational institutions that have begun adopting the curriculum. The results indicate that the Love Curriculum effectively revitalizes the humanistic and transformative essence of Islamic education and contributes to the development of students’ noble character, social sensitivity, and spiritual awareness. Nonetheless, its implementation faces several challenges, including teacher readiness, the integration of values into lesson plans, and the monitoring of classroom practice. Therefore, continuous professional development and supportive policies are recommended to ensure the Love Curriculum becomes embedded in the learning culture of Madrasah in a consistent and sustainable manner
