Abstract

Hak merupakan kewenangan dalam menerima ssuatu yang semstinya diterima melalui pihak trtentu dan tidak boleh diwakilkan orang lain manapun, yang pada prinsipnya bisa dituntut scara paksa. Sedangkan kewajibann warga neegara mencakup membayar pajak sebagai kontribusi utama kpada neegara, membela tanah air, berpartisipasi dalam pertahanan dan keamanan negara, menghormati hak asasi manusia orang lain, mematuhi pembatasan peraturan, dan kewajiban lainnya yang diatur dalam undang undang. Kesadaran tentang haak dn kewajban sebagai warga merupakan hal yang perlu ditemukan oleh seluruh masyarkat Indonesia. Kenyataan rakyat Indonesia belum menikmati kesejahteraan didalam hidupannya. Semua bisa terjadi disebabkan oleh pemerintah dna para pejabat tinggi masih cenderung mengutamakan apa yang menggambarkan haknya bukan apa yang menjadi tanggungjawabnya. Olh Krena itu kita sbagai werga negara bedemokrasi harus bangun dari mimpi buruk dan merubahya untuk memperoleh hak-hak kewajibn sebagai rakyat Indonesia. Dalam Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 padapasal 28, ditetapkan bahwa hakc warga negara serta penduduk untk berserikat dann berkumpul, mengutarakan pikiran lisan maupun tulisan. Peraturan ini menggambarkan bahwa negara Indonesia bersifat demokrasi. Melalui sosialisasi tentang "Kesadaran hak dan kewajiban para tahanan di Polrestabes Medan", sanggup menggapai kemajuan tanpa mempertaruhkan harga dan martabat diri sendiri, dan setelah masa tahanan berakhir diharapkan adanya perubahan karakter dan sifat yang baik untuk mampu memperjuangkan kewenangan dan tanggungjawab sebagai warga yang taat ketentuan yang berlaku di Indonesia.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of promotion and pricing on the decision to stay at the Mori Hotel in Kuala Simpang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, namely selecting the sample to be the respondent was everyone who was found and stayed at the Mori Kuala Simpang Hotel, aged 21 years and over because they were considered to have been able to make rational decisions and be able to represent all visitors. The distribution of the questionnaire started from 15 to 30 June 2022 with a total of 52 people. The results showed that the factor that dominates the decision to stay at the Mori Hotel in Kuala Simpang is the promotion factor 0.396. This is indicated by the regression value being greater than the pricing factor -0.052. Obtained a value of 25.1%, the decision to stay is influenced by promotions and pricing. The remaining 74.9% is influenced by other factors not recorded in this study. Other factors are thought to be competitors' price factors, demographics, changes in buying habits, tastes and so on.

Abstract

This study examines the increase in employee productivity at PT Bima Golden Powerindo Medan through education and training. The problem in this study is that everyone has their own abilities that are not necessarily in accordance with the specifications needed by the company, so it is important to carry out education and training for employees. The research used qualitative research techniques. In data analysis using descriptive analysis methods, where the data that has been obtained is then described by the researcher in detail. The findings of this study that education and training can clearly increase employee work productivity. Thus, it can be suggested that the implementation of education and training for employees should be carried out as often as possible, supervised by the leadership, and reward workers whose productivity increases due to attending education and training.

Abstract

This research aims to identify internal (Opportunities and Threats) in palm oil development strategies, formulate alternative development strategies in palm oil processing. The research result show that the strength factors of the development strategy in palm oil processing in the research area are due to the quality of CPO and availability of palm fruit, while the weakness factors are due to the quality of human resources, company conditions, environmental strategies in palm oil processing in the research area due todemand for CPO and information technology, while the threat factors are competition for CPO, price fluctuations. With the weighting results of the SWOT analysis results with IFAS and EFAS, SO = 3,93, ST = 3.47, WO = 2.66, WT = 2.25. And the results of the QSPM strategy 1 matrix improve the quality of CPO to meet the increasing demand for market share and utilize the availability of palm fruit and infrastructure to increase production with the highest Total Attractive Score (TAS) value, namely 7.310 among other alternative TAS values, strategy 2 with a Total Attractive Score (TAS value of 6,240 and strategy 4 with a Total Attractive Score (TAS) value of 4,480.
