Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap volume penjualan pada PT Sriwijaya Berka Indonesia.Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan asosiatif, 65 responden perusahaan  uji  statistik  menggunakan   analisis   regresi,   koefisien   determinasi   serta pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t dan uji F.Hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa harga dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap volume penjualan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 2,658 + 0,296X1  + 0,241X2.  Kontribusi pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan terhadap volume penjualan adalah sebesar 60,6% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 39,4% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Dari pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji statistik F hitung > F tabel atau (47,627 >3,150), hal tersebut juga diperkuat dengan probability 0,000 <  0,05.  Dengan demikian  H0 ditolak dan H1    diterima.  Artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap volume penjualan.

Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakannya pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu masyarakat dalam memasarkan produk hasil pemanfataan limbah rumah tangga di Desa Cicalengka Kecamatan Pagedangan melalui penerapan strategi pemasaran produk. Metode kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dimulai dengan tahap persiapan dan survei lapangan. Tahap survei ini dimulai dengan berdiskusi langsung bersama kepala Desa Cicalengka Kecamatan Pagedangan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan, peluang, dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Setelah materi selesai dipaparkan, dilanjutkan dengan diskusi berupa tanya jawab antara pemateri dengan peserta. Diskusi dilakukan agar peserta lebih memahami materi yang telah disampaikan. Melalui diskusi, sosialisasi tidak hanya sekedar transfer knowledge saja melainkan dapat sharing pengalaman maupun permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini sebagai berikut: Pengetahuan peserta dalam hal ini warga di Desa Cicalengka RT 002/RW 002 Kecamatan Pagedangan mengenai startegi pemasaran poduk sebelum kegiatan PKM mayoritas berada di kategori kurang memahami. Setelah kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan dan pemaparan materi disampaikan, diketahui bahwa pengetahuan peserta mengenai strategi pemasaran setelah disampaikan semakin meningkat.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Product Promotion and Quality on Purchase Decisions on PT Indonesia Stanley Electric Customers in Tangerang Regency both partially and simultaneously. The method used is the quantitative method. Data collection technique using cosioner, the population is 733 consumers, sampling can use the slovin formula, then the sample is all consumers totaling 88 consumers. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumptions tests, regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis tests. The result of this study is that Promotion has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision with the regression equation Y = 17,994 + 0.562X1. With a correlation coefficient of 0.660, the two variables have a strong relationship. The determination coefficient value of 0.436 means that the purchase decision is affected by the promotion of 43.6% and the hypothesis test is obtained by the value of t count > t table or (8,151 > 1,988) then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Product quality has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision with the regression equation Y = 11.484 + 0.719X2. With a correlation coefficient of 0.720, the two variables have a strong relationship. The determination coefficient value of 0.519 means that the purchase decision is influenced by the product quality of 51.9% and the hypothesis test is obtained by a value of (9.624 > 1.988) then H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Promotion and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with regression equation Y= 9,368 + 0.280X1 + 0.503X2. With a correlation coefficient value of 0.720, promotion and product quality have a strong relationship with the purchase decision, with a determination coefficient value of 0.580, meaning that the purchase decision is influenced by promotion and product quality of 58%. The hypothesis test obtained a value of F count > F table or (58,733 > 3,10). Thus Ho was rejected and H3 was accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of product quality and promotions simultaneously on purchasing decisions at Naira Residence PT. Kurnia Putra Soegama. The research method uses quantitative research methods. Based on the test results of Product Quality Variable on Purchase Decision with the regression equation Y = 5.540 + 0.680X1, the results of the correlation between Product Quality (X1) and Purchase Decision (Y) are 0.651 which is in the Correlation Coefficient Value Interval 0.600-0.799 meaning that it has a moderate relationship These results are in accordance with the criteria for the correlation coefficient table, and partially show that tcount is 6.593 > 1.66071, while t table is 1.66071 where tcount is greater than ttable or 6.593 > 1.66071 with a significance level of 0.000 1.66071 with a significance level of 0.038 > 0.05. Based on the results of simultaneous testing, the variable Product Quality and Promotion on Purchase Decision with the value of the regression equation: Y = 2.506 + 0.590X1 + 0.259X2 + 3.251e. The coefficient of determination (R square) is 0.449 or 44.9 while the remaining 55.1% is influenced by other factors, based on Fcount 18,761 with a significance of 0.000 with a significance level of 5% (0.05). Then the value obtained from Ftable 3.09 is obtained from df1 = 2 and df2 = 97 (2; 97). Because Fcount > Ftable (39.258 > 3.09 ) and the significance value (0.000<0,05) is smaller than the significance limit (0,05)

Abstract

Aim: This study aims to examine the effect of safety climate and safety culture on safety performance and investigate the moderating function of psychosocial hazards.Methodology: This study’s population was 1145; the sample used was 296 PT employees. Kilang Pertamina Internasional in Central Jakarta. The questionnaire was given online using a Google form, and sampling was carried out based on certain criteria through a stratified random sampling method. The Slovin formula was used to get the sample size. The data was analyzed using partial least squares (PLS).Findings: The results of this investigation confirm that safety culture and climate have a significant influence on improving employee safety performance. On the other hand, psychosocial hazards are an essential factor that bridges the relationship, where psychological stress felt by employees can reduce compliance with safety procedures. The findings of this investigation also demonstrate that organizations that build a positive safety culture and climate will be able to reduce psychosocial stress, which ultimately has an impact on increasing employeecompliance with safety operational standards.Implications/Novel Contribution: Effective safety management depends not only on formal policies and procedures but also on employees’ psychological conditions and workload.

Abstract

Aim: One technique to increase human independence is through education, however this will have an impact since the workplace may react negatively to these elements by engaging in deviant conduct. With organizational commitment and job satisfaction serving as mediating factors, this study looks at how workplace spirituality, organizational justice, and ethical leadership can lessen deviant conduct in the workplace.Methodology: This study was carried out in the field of education, particularly at academic institutions. In order to gather data for this qualitative study, a questionnaire was employed. In this study, 225 respondents were chosen from three Islamic universities in West Java using the quota sample approach. The Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) tool was utilized for the analysis in this study.Findings: The findings demonstrated that workplace spirituality, ethical leadership, and organizational commitment had a significant and negative impact on deviant behavior in the workplace, whereas job satisfaction and organizational justice had a negative and negligible impact. Subsequent research revealed that ethical leadership and workplace spirituality significantly and favorably impacted organizational commitment, whereas job satisfaction was positively impacted by organizational justice. Other results show that organizational commitment mediates the association between ethical leadership and workplace spirituality, and that organizational commitment mediates the relationship between ethical leadership and workplace deviant conduct. Furthermore, the relationship between workplace deviant behavior and organizational justice cannot be mediated by job satisfaction.
