Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of company image, price perception and service quality on consumer satisfaction, case study at Indomaret Minimarket Jl. Hayam Wuruk Purwodadi. Data collection is done through distributing questionnaires to 115 consumers. Data analysis in this study using SPSS version 21. The sampling technique used is the census method and the data testing techniques used in this study include the validity test with factor analysis, test reliability with Cronbach Alpha. Classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that the first equation is Y = 0.254X1 + 0.029X2 + 0.551X3 which means the variable company image, service quality has a positive effect on the variable customer satisfaction, while the price perception does not affect consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence product quality, price and service quality have on consumer loyalty at Counter Tectona 2 Cell. This research method uses primary data collection. The population in this study were all consumers at the Purwodadi Cellular Counter Tectona 2 Cell. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with a total sample of 94 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability and the data analysis technique used was multiple regression. The results showed that product quality had a significant effect on consumer loyalty. This is evidenced by the t arithmetic value of 3.739 with a significant value of 0.009 less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.323; (2) Price has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. This is evidenced by the t-count value of 2.638 with a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.251; (3) Service quality has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. This is evidenced by the t- count value of 1.660. which means that the t-count value is greater than the t-table value, namely 3.888> 1.660, while the significance value is 0.000 <0.05, and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.375.

Abstract

ndonesia is a country whose population is increasing, so theunemployment rate is increasing due to the narrowness of employment. Thecurrent number of workers exceeds the number of employment fulfillment.This study aims to analyze the intensity of entrepreneurship as an alternativein overcoming employment problems. The data of this research wereconducted by questionnaire. The sample used in this study were 100respondents and sampling from population using census technique Thepopulation in this study is STIE Totalwin Semarang class students whohave received entrepreneurship courses. Hypothesis testing in this study usingmultiple regression analysis. The result of research with multiple linearregression shows that attitude, achievement requirement, self efficacyhavepositive and significant influence to entrepreneurship intention.

Employee performance in a company is needed. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence ofSupervision, Financial Incentives and Provision of Non FinancialIncentives to (Employee Performance). Data was collected throughquestionnaires and implemented on 40 employees and this study usedSPSS version 17.The result of analysis shows that the first equation is Y = -5.066 +0,488.X1 + 0,254. X2 + 0.464. X3 which means supervisory variables,Financial Incentive Incentives and Non-Financial Incentives have apositive effect on employee performance variables..

Abstract

The aim of community service is to provide knowledge and motivation to pertners so they can mange micro, small and medium enterprises better. The focus on human resource management and environmental cleliness is expected to improve creativity, product peckaging and marketing. The results of the training include increasing partners’ understanding of entrepreneurship concept. The training was successful in increasing partners end knowledge in business management, and was able to have a positive impach on partners, tutors, institusiam and knowledge in business management. Abstract

UMKM yang menjadi mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pengelola katering yang mana adanya keterbatasan pemasaran produk yang disebabkan kurangnya upaya peningkatan kemampuan karyawan. Metode kegiatan yang menjadi solusi untuk permasalahan mitra adalah dengan pendampingan berupa sosialisasi yang berhubungan dengan peningkatan sumber daya manusia. Kegiatan ini diarahkan untuk memberi motivasi kepada pengelola agar bisa menanamkan pemahaman akan pentingnya pemberian pengarahan bagi mitra sehingga dapat memperluas pengetahuan dan dalam rangka meningkatkan pengguna jasa katering pada produk mitra. Selain itu dilakukan juga kegiatan pendampingan yang berhubungan dengan peningkatan pengetahuan untuk memasarkan produk. Dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memperluas pengetahuan pengelola uasaha. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah terwujudnya peningkatan pengetahuan pengelola mengenai pemasaran dan manajemen sumber daya manusia, serta memberikan pemahaman mitra mengenai pembukuan sederhana.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of workload, work stres and organizational climate at PT. XYZ on emplyee work produktivity. The sample used in this study was 60 employees of PT. XYZ who work in the sewing operator section. The data collection techmique used was by using a survey in the form of a questionnaire and distributed to employees of PT.XYZ. who work in the sewing operator section. The Data analysis method used in this study is SPSS struktural equation analysis and processed using the SPSS application Version 21. The resultts of the analysis using SPSS show tha. Workload has a positive and significat effect on employee productivity, workloas has a positive and significamt effect on employee work productivity.
