Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the income of retail traders in Karanganyar Regency, namely analysis of business capital, marketing strategies, and entrepreneurial characteristics on the income of retail traders in Karanganyar Regency.. This research uses a quantitative approach with primary data collected through questionnaires. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, which includes various types of retail businesses in Karanganyar Regency. The data analysis methods used include instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing using SPSS for Windows. The research results show that business capital, marketing strategies, and entrepreneurial characteristics have a significant positive effect on retail traders' income. The Adjusted R² value of 0.872 shows that the three independent variables are able to explain 87.2% of the variation in retail traders' income, while 12.8% is explained by other factors. Validity and reliability tests show that the instruments used meet the validity and reliability requirements. The classical assumption test also shows that the data used meets the assumptions of normality, there is no multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. Based on the results of the analysis, it is recommended that retail traders increase creativity and innovation in entrepreneurial characteristics, as well as optimize business capital and marketing strategies, especially in the use of technology digital. Future research is recommended to take a larger sample and add other independent variables that might influence retail traders' income to obtain more comprehensive results. Abstract

This research aims to explain the accountability of the management of the PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo hospital from five aspects, namely legal and honesty aspects, process aspects, program aspects, policy aspects and financial aspects. This research uses a qualitative method from a phenomenological perspective. The data collection technique used was triangulation using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that hospital management accountability. PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo seen from the first five aspects, legal and honesty aspects states that there is no KKN at the employee, nurse and staff selection stage and carries out tasks in accordance with the established SOP. Second, aspects of the hospital program. PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo provides training programs and workshops for doctors, nurses and other employees. The three aspects of the process indicate that the main tasks and functions have been carried out well, marked by appropriate service times according to procedures and affordable costs. Fourth, the policy aspect, policies made by the director such as costs, quality, SOPs that must be fulfilled. Fifth, financial accountability, there is no transparency regarding hospital financial reports. PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo towards the community, apart from that there were no reports of hospital activity. PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo therefore does not comply with the rules of PSAK No. 45 concerning financial reporting of non-profit organizations.

Abstract

This community service activity was conducted in collaboration with the Muhammadiyah University of Karanganyar's Real Work Lecture (KKN) activities and KKN Group 13 in Gumeng Village, Jenawi District, Karanganyar Regency. The purpose of the activity is to support the development of local potential through agricultural digitalization and capacity building for farmers. The main program includes the launch of the Desa Gumeng agricultural website as a promotional and educational medium, as well as the organization of the "Agritech Evolution" workshop, which discusses balanced fertilization and environmentally friendly pest control. The implementation methods consist of website design, socialization, technical training, interactive lectures, and participatory discussions. The results of the activity show enthusiasm from approximately 30 participants, increased knowledge among farmers regarding fertilization and pest control, and the availability of a website that can be used as a marketing medium. The conclusion indicates that the synergy of digitalization and human resource capacity building is key to the success of rural agricultural development.
