Abstract

As many paving block factories have been established, manufacturers have to be good at determining prices and product quality in order to win the competition with other companies. The purpose of this study is to know the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions for paving blocks at CV. Regan Permata Asia. The research method used by the researcher is a survey technique through quantitative research approach. Researchers applied non-probability sampling with a total sample of 34 respondents. The data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires through Google From to consumers of paving blocks on CV. Regan Permata Asia as respondent. For data management used SPSS version 18 application and Microsoft Excel. The results showed that the T test for the price variable showed a significance level of 0.001 <0.05. The product quality variable shows a significance level of 0.012 <0.005. The F-test on the price and product quality variables showed a significance level of 0.001 <0.005. So, the price variable partially has a significant effect on the decision variable to buy paving blocks at CV. Regan Permata Asia. The product quality variable partially has a significant effect on the purchasing decision variable for paving blocks, and the price variable and product quality variable simultaneously have a significant influence on the variable purchasing decisions of paving blocks at CV. Regan Permata Asia. It can be concluded the increasing value of the accuracy of pricing and product quality results in the decision to buy will be further improved

Abstract

More and more needs make people’s demand and purchasing power also increase. Therefore, the title of this research is The Effect of Marketing Mix Strategy on Increasing Sales Volume at Rizqi Store, Tawangsari Village, Garum District, Blitar Regency. The research method used is the quantitative research method. The population used is all consumers who buy at Rizqi Store, Tawangsari Village, Garum District, Blitar Regency with a sample size of 80 respondents and sampling techniques using simple random sampling. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and data analysis was assisted by the SPSS Statistics 26 application. Based on the results of this study, product, and promotion have a positive and significant effect on increasing sales volume, while price and place have no effect and are insignificant to increasing sales volume at Rizqi Store, Tawangsari Village, Garum District, Blitar Regency. Simultaneously or together, product, price, place, and promotion affect increasing sales volume at Rizqi Store, Tawangsari Village, Garum District, Blitar Regency.

Abstract

The coffee shop business has been growing and mushrooming in the last 5 years. For this reason, various efforts are made to maintain the business or business. The main problem studied in this study is how the location and atmosphere of the warkop influence the buying decision at a sane warkop in Kuningan Village, Blitar Regency. Thus, this study aims to find out how the influence of the location and atmosphere of the warkop has on purchasing decisions at a sane warkop in Kuningan village, Blitar district, either partially or simultaneously. To apply these objectives, this study used a quantitative approach through descriptive statistical testing. Instrument testing includes validity testing, reliability testing and continued with the classical assumption test by carrying out normality testing, hecteroscedasticity testing, and hypothesis testing (T-Test) and F-test (Simultaneous) through a significance level of 5% (0.05). This research resulted in that there is a significant influence both individually and simultaneously on the purchase decision. These results can be seen from the significance value of the T test for the location variable of 0.009 <0.05, then the warkop atmosphere variable which obtained a significance result of 0.014 <0.05, then for the F test obtained a significance result of 0.002 <0.05.

Abstract

Seroja Warta Health Posyandu is a mental health service group in Talun District, Blitar Regency, which was formed due to the urgency of the large number of ODGJ patients who are still in shackles in the Talun District area. Therefore, this mental health posyandu has a target of being free from shackles so that there are no more patients. who are in decline, the existence of this mental health posyandu also aims to enable patients to communicate with each other. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the Seroja Warta Mental Health Posyandu Rehabilitation Activities in Talun District. The method for implementing this research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, namely by conducting observations, documentation, interviews. Based on the results of observations during the research, it can be concluded that the Seroja Warta Mental Health Posyandu provides very good and effective services because there have been many changes experienced by patients from initially being in Pasung to now being able to carry out daily activities. The Seroja Warta Mental Health Posyandu, Talun District also collaborates with across sectors to assist with these activities.

Abstract

Persepsi merupakan salah satu faktor psikologis yang berperan dalam pembentukan perilaku seseorang. Adanya persepsi terhadap suatu objek, peristiwa atau benda, maka akan lahir tindakan yang akan diambil oleh seseorang yang mempersepsikannya. Maka dari itu persepsi penting karena menjadi bagian dari pendapat seseorang yang dapat mempengaruhi suatu objek atau fenomena dan bisa menjadi alasan orang untuk bertindak dan berperilaku. Penulis mendapatkan ilmu baru, dan baru mengetahui bagaimana persepsi masyarakat Desa Sukosewu terhadap kesetaraan gender. Betapa pentingnya persepsi masyarakat yang mampu membentuk nilai dan norma di tengah masyarakat itu sendiri.Objek penelitian ini adalah anggota organisasi sosial masyarakat Desa Sukosewu Kecamatan Gandusari. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of brand image and promotion on customer loyalty at Split Espresso Coffee Shop, Blitar City. The research method chosen was quantitative descriptive, with a research sample of 100 respondents. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique that met the criteria as Split Espresso Coffee Shop customers in Blitar City who had visited twice or more. The results of the study showed that the brand image variable had a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that partially brand image had an effect on customer loyalty, the promotion variable had a significant value of 0.707> 0.05, and partially promotion had no effect on customer loyalty. The results of the simultaneous test of significant value 0.000 <0.05, which means that all variables simultaneously affect customer loyalty at Split Espresso Coffee Shop, Blitar City.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the extent to which sand quality influences consumer purchasing decisions in the sand mining area located in Kalicilik Hamlet, Candirejo Village, Blitar Regency. The background of this research is based on the fact that in the construction and development sector, the quality of building materials is a very crucial factor. Sand, as one of the main components in construction, plays a vital role in determining the final outcome of a construction project. Therefore, the quality of the sand used is a primary consideration for consumers in choosing a location or sand seller. This study applies a quantitative approach using a survey method as a data collection technique. Respondents in this study consisted of 74 consumers who actively make purchases at the sand mining location. Data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires containing questions related to consumer perceptions of sand quality and their decisions in making purchases. The collected data were then analyzed using simple linear regression analysis techniques run with the help of SPSS software. The results of the analysis indicate a highly significant relationship between sand quality and consumer purchasing decisions. This is demonstrated by the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.540, meaning that 54% of the variation in consumer purchasing decisions can be explained by sand quality. Furthermore, the significance value of 0.000 strengthens this finding, indicating that the relationship is not a coincidence. Therefore, this study concludes that the better the quality of sand offered by the mining company, the higher the likelihood of consumers deciding to purchase. The implication of these results is that businesses in the sand mining sector need to pay special attention to the quality of the products they offer.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the marketing communication strategy of the dynamic fare system implemented by PT. KAI (Persero) DAOP VII Madiun, with a case study at Blitar Station. The dynamic fare system is a pricing mechanism in which ticket prices vary according to booking time and demand levels, thus requiring effective marketing communication to enhance passenger understanding and acceptance. This research employs a qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that PT. KAI’s marketing communication strategy integrates five main instruments: digital advertising through social media and the KAI Access application, sales promotion in the form of discounts and bundling, public relations activities aimed at passenger education, digital marketing via YouTube and TikTok, and personal selling through direct communication between staff and passengers. Supporting factors include the utilization of digital technology, staff competence, and attractive promotions, while inhibiting factors consist of low digital literacy among elderly passengers, limited visual facilities at stations, and insufficient offline educational materials. This study recommends improving digital education facilities at stations, conducting staff training, and developing more creative and inclusive digital marketing content. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for PT. KAI (Persero) DAOP VII Madiun in optimizing its dynamic fare marketing communication strategy to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis representasi rasisme dalam film “Pengepungan di Bukit Duri” karya Joko Anwar dengan menggunakan pendekatan semiotika Roland Barthes. Film ini secara khusus mengangkat isu diskriminasi rasial terhadap etnis Tionghoa di Indonesia yang ditampilkan dalam berbagai bentuk, baik verbal, fisik, simbolik, maupun struktural. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini berupaya mengungkap makna denotatif, konotatif, serta mitos yang terkandung dalam adegan-adegan film sehingga dapat memberikan pemahaman lebih mendalam mengenai pesan yang ingin disampaikan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat sembilan adegan utama yang merepresentasikan bentuk-bentuk rasisme, mulai dari overt racism, covert racism, hingga internalized racism, serta munculnya fenomena racist hate crime dan structural racism. Representasi tersebut diharapkan mampu memberi gambaran lebih luas mengenai praktik rasisme yang masih terjadi dalam masyarakat Indonesia. Penelitian ini juga menegaskan bahwa film sebagai media komunikasi massa tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai hiburan, tetapi memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk opini publik, mengangkat isu-isu sosial yang kerap terpinggirkan, serta menyampaikan kritik terhadap dominasi kekuasaan yang bersifat diskriminatif dan tidak adil.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan desa sebagai wujud otonomi daerah yang efektif dan akuntabel. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pembangunan, khususnya pada bidang pelaksanaan, di Desa Maron, Kecamatan Srengat, Kabupaten Blitar. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap Realisasi APBDes Tahun 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat termanifestasi dalam dua bentuk utama. Pertama, partisipasi melalui musyawarah dalam penyusunan perencanaan, dimana masyarakat menyampaikan aspirasi, saran, dan pendapat. Kedua, partisipasi langsung dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan yang terbagi ke dalam empat bidang: kesehatan (melalui kegiatan posyandu), pendidikan (melalui partisipasi sebagai pendidik PAUD), pekerjaan umum dan penataan ruang (melalui keterlibatan fisik dalam pembangunan infrastruktur), serta perhubungan dan komunikasi (melalui penyebaran informasi). Kesimpulannya, partisipasi masyarakat Desa Maron bersifat multidimensi, mencakup kontribusi pemikiran, tenaga, dan keahlian, yang menjadi kunci dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan desa yang partisipatif.
