Abstract

Teacher performance and burnout are critical to maintaining educational quality, and they are often affected by psychological and social factors. This study examines the impact of self-esteem, team cohesiveness, and psychological safety climate on employee performance and burnout, with the perception of Teacher Performance Assessment (TPA) as a mediating factor. A quantitative approach was employed, surveying 201 public high school teachers in Bogor Regency, West Java, Indonesia. Data were analysed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM-PLS) to explore direct and indirect relationships between variables. The findings indicate that team cohesiveness and psychological safety climate significantly enhance the perception of TPA, improving employee performance and reducing burnout. Additionally, self-esteem has a direct positive effect on performance. However, no significant relationship was found between self-esteem and perception of TPA, nor between psychological safety climate and burnout, suggesting the presence of contextual moderating factors. This study contributes to the understanding of multi-level factors affecting teacher performance and burnout, emphasising the importance of fostering a supportive work environment. Practical implications include recommendations for educational institutions to strengthen team collaboration, enhance psychological security, and ensure fair and transparent performance assessments to improve teacher effectiveness and overall educational quality.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis discussion or outreach aims to educate the public about the importance of taking action or implementing rules and monitoring the use of technology. Digital parenting is a way to care for children in the digital or technological era. The method for implementing parenting outreach with the theme "Intergenerational Discussion: The Importance of Digital Parenting for Educating Children in the Digital Era" consists of presentation material (generational division, technological developments, and digital parenting), then followed by a question and answer discussion session. The number of participants who attended this activity was 46 people with a total of 26 people being sampled to fill out a questionnaire related to parenting socialization. The questionnaire contains 9 questions about pareting. Angket berisikan 9 pertanyaan seputar pareting.Kata Kunci: Sosialisasi Parenting, Digital Parenting, era digital

Abstract

Using inorganic fertilizers can increase crop productivity, but excessive and continuous use can degrade soil and cause environmental pollution. To overcome this problem, compost from lamtoro (Leucaena leucocephala) leaves can be an environmentally friendly alternative solution. This activity aims to explain the process of making lamtoro leaf compost and its impact on soil fertility and plant growth. Through this activity, organic fertilizer has been produced in the form of compost from lamtoro leaves and wood dust, which is suitable for use as fertilizer. The manufacturing process includes collection, chopping, mixing with an organic activator, and fermentation until the compost is mature. From this activity, students can gain a direct understanding of compost production and the importance of using local organic materials for sustainable agriculture.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the ineffective maintenance of generator sets in hospitals. Gensets are crucial components that serve as backup power sources, especially during power outages from the main grid (PLN). However, in practice, genset maintenance is typically carried out only once every six months. During this time, there are no regular inspections, which means any potential damage or malfunction that occurs before the scheduled maintenance may go unnoticed. This can lead to operational disruptions in hospital areas that heavily rely on a stable power supply, like ICUs, operating rooms, and laboratories. A more effective and real-time genset monitoring system is required. This research aims to develop an Internet of Things (IoT) based genset condition monitoring system that can monitor key output parameters of the genset in real time. The monitored parameters include voltage (phases R, phases S, and phases T), current (phases R, phases S, and phases T), frequency, power (phases R, phases S, and phases T), total power, and generated energy. The data will be automatically transmitted to the Ubidots platform via the internet, allowing users to monitor the genset's condition anytime and anywhere through the website. This system is expected to improve maintenance effectiveness and minimize the risk of equipment failure.
