Abstract

Office Stationery (ATK) is an item used to do written work such as paper, books, ink, pencils, pens, paper clamps, and others. ATK is a supporting tool that has an important role in implementing the administrative function of a company or agency. The management of ATK procurement in the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB) is under the coordination of the Directorate of Infrastructure, Facilities, and Campus Environmental Security (DPSPLK) as a coordination unit at the central level. So far, the procurement of ATK in every work unit in the IPB environment uses a direct purchase method. Direct purchasing methods cause problems and weaknesses, including: (1) price differences between providers for the same goods, (2) the quality of providers varies because each work unit directly selects providers, (3) vulnerability to price manipulation, (4) needed storage space for goods in each unit, (5) management and organization of ATK data are carried out partially in each work unit. Atk data management and organization have not been systemized, making it difficult for DPSPLK to reconcile data. An umbrella contract procurement method (framework contract) is applied to deal with problems in the direct purchase method. Management and organization of unsystematic ATK data, an integrated information system is built to facilitate DPSPLK reconciling data for reporting needs. The information system development method uses the waterfall method and testing using the User Acceptance Test (UAT) black-box type. This research resulted in the procurement and management application of ATK used by DPSPLK

Abstract

Perbaikan jalan sangat penting untuk menjaga fungsinya dalam menunjang ekonomi dan aktivitas sosial. Perbaikan jalan yang terencana bukan hanya sebuah kebutuhan teknis, tetapi juga merupakan investasi untuk keselamatan, efisiensi, dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, Oleh karena itu penting bagi pemerintah dan instansi terkait untuk melakukan perencanaan yang matang dalam program perbaikan infrastruktur jalan. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam mengelompokan data perbaikan jalan yaitu algoritma K-Means dengan hasil keluaran berupa tiga kluster dimana Klaster 1 merupakan klaster dengan tingkat perbaikan Tinggi, klaster 2 merupakan klaster dengan tingkat perbaikan Sedang, dan klaster 3 merupakan klaster dengan tingkat perbaikan Rendah dan sudah dilakukan uji validitas cluster menggunakan Silhouette Coefficient terhadap algoritma K-means yang diterapkan dengan nilai yang diperoleh sebesar 0,659 yang berarti cluster yang dibentuk termasuk kedalam kategori struktur baik .  Pada ptoyotype aplikasi yang dibangun telah dilakukan uji kelayakan oleh ahli sistem menggunakan metode white box dengan hasil persentase kelayakan sebesar 100% yang dapat dikategorikan ke dalam interpretasi sangat layak”, juga telah dilakukan juga uji kelayakan oleh pengguna menggunakan instrumen Post-Study System Usability Questionaire (PSSUQ) dengan hasil perolehan yakni nilai kepuasan secara keseluruhan sebesar 78,9%, yang artinya aplikasi ini layak digunakan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTEach Ministry/Institution that has a primary clinic has its own budget allocation to support the operational activities of the primary clinic health service. The budget is usually adjusted to the size of the organization and the needs of its employees. One of the budgets is for spending on medical supplies. It is expected that the Primary Clinic, which is within the Ministries or Institutions, can provide health services according to the standards and needs of the scope they serve in accordance with budget availability. For this reason, so that the available budget can be optimized according to existing needs and is right on target, it is necessary to have a careful drug procurement plan. Segmentation/mapping of drug use is said to be important to determine the priority level of drug needs and can be used as a reference in drug procurement. The priority scale of needs in drug procurement is a process for mapping the types of drugs based on their needs by considering the drugs needed and the available budget, to avoid buying drugs that are not needed by the employees. Ideally, the types of drugs with high use are groups of drugs which procurement needs to be prioritized with the aim of ensuring the availability of these drugs. This study uses drug use data for 1 (one) semester, namely January to June 2022, using total usage and number of transactions using the clustering method with the K-Means algorithm. The results of drug mapping resulted in 197 drugs with low priority, 13 drugs with medium priority and 3 drugs with high priority.
