Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service delivery of goods on customer satisfaction at JNE Palembang Branch. The population of this study are consumers who use the JNE Palembang branch service delivery service. During the COVID-19 pandemic, researchers did not conduct face-to-face interviews. Data collection techniques with snowball sampling using Google Form. In the first stage, the researcher gave permission to the JNE Manager, so that JNE would know that research would be carried out related to their services. The second stage is distributing the questionnaire URL through Whattapps. The questionnaire was collected as many as 100 people. The author uses descriptive statistical analysis techniques, the data is analyzed using the community satisfaction index (IKM). There are 10 indicators studied. Each service has the same weight. The results show that the service elements in the index are at the service interval very satisfied on each indicator of the ease of service procedures, the conformity of service requirements with the type of service, the discipline of service personnel, the responsibility of service officers, the ability of service officers, the speed of service, the politeness and friendliness of the officers, the suitability of the costs paid at a specified fee, the accuracy of the implementation of the service time schedule, comfort in the service unit environment. Practical implications for JNE Palembang Branch, the results of research in the form of information can be used to further improve the quality of service providers from these factors so as to achieve the goals and vision of JNE.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of user experience, perceived quality and perceived sacrifice on behavorial intention and customer satisfaction on the mobile gojek application in Palembang. Where the independent variables in this study are user experience, perceived quality and perceived sacrifice. While the dependent variables in this study are behavorial intention and customer satisfaction. The analysis used in this study used SEM with the lisrel 8.8 application. The SEM test results concluded that User Experience had no significant effect on Behavorial Intention and Customer Satisfaction. Whereas perceived quality and perceived sacrifice of a motorcycle taxi have a positive effect on behavorial intention or desire to use a motorcycle object and on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Konflik Karyawan, Beban Kerja Dan Disiplin kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Santanu Gumay Nusantara Lahat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan asosiatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 117 karyawan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 54 karyawan, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji F, Uji t dan Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil analisis Regresi Linier Berganda variabel konflik karyawan, beban kerja dan disiplin kerja mempunyai koefisien regresi positif berarti bahwa penghargaan dan kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil analisis uji F yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh penghargaan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Santanu Gumay Nusantara Lahat. Hasil uji Hipotesis t secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan konflik karyawan, ada pengaruh signifikan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan ada pengaruh signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Analisis Koefisien Determinasi menunjukkan bahwa 67,1% perubahan terhadap kinerja karyawan disebabkan oleh besarnya kontribusi variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat dalam penelitian

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ditujukan pada UMKM kerupuk Kaliman yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Tanjung Raja, Ogan Ilir.  Kegiatan ini melibatkan UMKM yang merupakan masyarakat produktif secara Mikro yang memiliki permasalahan yaitu : Sulitnya mengembangkan identitas brand yang menyebabkan kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat luas mengenai keberadaan UMKM Kerupuk Kaliman, Kurangnya inovasi dalam melakukan inovasi pada packaging produk UMKM Kerupuk Kaliman, Kurangnya edukasi mengenai cara melakukan Digital Branding, Kurangnya pemahaman mengenai alur pengurusan BPOM dan Sertifikasi Halal. Berdasarkan permasalah-permasalahan di atas, maka akan dilaksanakan peningkatan pengetahuan digital branding dengan memperkenalkan unsur-unsur dalam melaksanakan branding seperti logo dan packaging serta bagaimana melakukan pemasarannya secara digital. Dilanjutkan dengan melakukan edukasi pengetahuan mengenai alur pengurusan BPOM dan Sertifikasi Halal. Diharapkan setelah kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, UMKM Kerupuk Kaliman memiliki pengetahuan Digital Branding sehingga dapat memiliki brand identity yang kuat dan melaksanakan pemasaran digital sehingga meningkatkan penjualan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and work environment on employee performance. The population in this study were 42 people with a sample of 38 people using simple random sampling technique. The data required are primary data and secondary data. The data collection method in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the hypothesis of the f test, t test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of multiple linear regression test Y = 0.365 + 0.557X1 + 0.421X2 show that there is a positive influence between organizational commitment and work environment on employee performance. The results of the hypothesis test Fcount value (112.338) > Ftable (3.27), with a sig level. F 0.000 <0.05 indicates that there is a significant influence between organizational commitment and work environment simultaneously affecting employee performance. The results of the hypothesis test tcount for organizational commitment of 4.610> t table 2.030 with a sig. t level of 0.000 < 0.05 and the tcount for the work environment of 3.163> t table 2.030 with a sig. t level of 0.003 < 0.05 indicate that there is an influence between organizational commitment and work environment partially affect employee performance. The coefficient of determination shows that organizational commitment and work environment contribute 85.8% to changes in employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Satrindo Jaya Agropalma Kab. Musi Rawas either simultaneously or partially. The type of research used is associative. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires and documentation. Population in research at PT. Satrindo Jaya Agropalma Kab. Musi Rawas has 102 employees, and the sample number is 51 employees. The analysis of data used in this study is qualitative quantitative. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, f Test, t test and coefficient of determination with a significant level of 10%. The results showed that there is a significant influence of workload and work environment on Employee Job Satisfaction. Partially shows there is a significant influence of workload or work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Satrindo Jaya Agropalma Kab. Musi Rawas. The result of the coefficient of determination adjusted R square is 0.529, this means that the workload and work environment are able to contribute to Employee Job Satisfaction by 52.9%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of motivation, loyalty, and work discipline on employee performance of PT Kara Santan Pertama. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods through questionnaires filled out by 53 respondents from a total of 65 permanent employees. The data analysis technique was carried out using multiple linear regression with the hypothesis of f test, t test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that motivation, loyalty, and work discipline simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, each independent variable also shows a significant positive effect on performance. Work discipline has the most dominant influence compared to other variables. This study concludes that increasing motivation, loyalty, and work discipline can significantly improve the performance of PT Kara Santan Pertama employees.
