Abstract

Pengendali PID merupakan salah satu metode yang paling umum digunakan dalam sistem kontrol industri, khususnya dalam pengaturan kecepatan motor DC. Namun, proses tuning parameter PID secara manual sering kali memerlukan waktu lama dan hasil yang kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kinerja pengendali PID yang dituning secara manual (trial and error) dengan pengendali PID yang dioptimasi menggunakan Cuckoo Search Algorithm (CSA) dalam lingkungan simulasi MATLAB Simulink. Simulasi dilakukan pada sistem motor DC penguatan terpisah, yang dirancang untuk menguji performa respon sistem terhadap perubahan kecepatan referensi. Tiga skenario diuji: tanpa pengendali, pengendali PID trial-error, dan PID hasil tuning CSA. Parameter evaluasi meliputi waktu naik (rise time), waktu stabilisasi (settling time), overshoot, dan akurasi steady-state. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan CSA secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja sistem. Dengan waktu naik sekitar 1 detik dan settling time kurang dari 3 detik tanpa overshoot, sistem menunjukkan performa yang jauh lebih baik dibandingkan metode manual. Selain itu, integrasi fitur anti-windup dalam pengendali PID turut membantu menjaga kestabilan sistem saat terjadi saturasi aktuator. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa CSA merupakan alternatif tuning yang efisien dan efektif untuk pengendalian kecepatan motor DC, serta dapat diimplementasikan lebih luas dalam sistem kendali dinamis lainnya.

Abstract

Technology has become the part of today’s people life. Then, it is actually close to the application of it. Absolutely, it has example; such as the electricity for having more sophisticated in financial technology (Fin-Tech). The simplicity and speed of this technology have led people to adopt it in everyday’s life. One of the innovations in developing business and the economy, especially in the banking sector, is currently to develop Fintech (Financial Technology) which is able to facilitate all types of buying and selling transactions, investments and fundraising. Next, the purpose of this study is to explain and provide an understanding of the technical, procedures and benefits of the application, it is called Sharia FinTech. Then, it is also to contribute to the literature on the capacity of the latest technological and non-technological innovations. The research method used is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. It is to describe and explore the phenomena in the form of engineering human innovation in the financial technology industry. It is done by taking into account the characteristics, quality, and interrelationships between activities It has several aspects; they are: conducting the observation, having an interview session, creating the documentation, and the last one is doing the Literature review. The result of this study is to increase the knowledge, skills and confidence of the community in managing personal finances to be better and to provide access to be having convenient and accountable financial services. Afterwards, this study linits on explaining and providing an understanding of the technical, procedure and benefits of Sharia Fintech for all people in need. Thence, the limitation of the research only discusses the role of Islamic Fintech in increasing the public financial inclusion and literacy. As for the the next researchers, they can be even wider by adding the collaboration of fintech and the banking world. The novelty of this research is the use of the android application as a digital platform in financial inclusion and literacy.

Abstract

Pengelolaan energi listrik pada lini produksi merupakan faktor penting dalam efisiensi biaya operasional dan keberlanjutan industri manufaktur. Beban listrik lini produksi bersifat nonlinier dan fluktuatif karena dipengaruhi pola operasi sif, jadwal produksi, dan perilaku mesin, sehingga sulit diprediksi menggunakan metode statistik konvensional. Penelitian ini menerapkan model deep learning Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) untuk peramalan beban listrik jangka pendek satu jam ke depan. Data yang digunakan adalah dataset publik ElectricityLoadDiagrams (Trindade, 2015) dari UCI Machine Learning Repository versi agregasi per jam yang memuat 321 pelanggan selama 2012-2014; satu pelanggan dengan profil industri dan autokorelasi harian tinggi (0,984) dipilih sebagai representasi beban lini produksi. Data diproses melalui pembersihan, standardisasi Z-score, penambahan fitur kalender, dan pembentukan sliding window 24 jam. Model LSTM dilatih menggunakan algoritma Adam dan dibandingkan dengan ARIMA serta Multilayer Perceptron (MLP). Hasil pengujian pada 3.946 titik data menunjukkan model LSTM memberikan akurasi terbaik dengan MAPE 6,83%, lebih rendah dibanding ARIMA (7,31%) dan MLP (10,07%), serta koefisien korelasi 0,99 terhadap data aktual. Temuan ini menunjukkan LSTM mampu menangkap ketergantungan temporal beban listrik sehingga dapat mendukung perencanaan produksi, penjadwalan beban, dan efisiensi energi dalam manajemen industri.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to create a variable frequency drive (VFD) trainer kit, assess the practicality of the developed VFD educational tool, and evaluate its impact on the academic performance of industrial electronic engineering students, particularly in the area of electronic control systems. The study utilizes the ADDIE model and customized to meet the requirements and consists of the following phases: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. There were 130 respondents consisting of 122 vocational students, 1 industry expert/practitioner in the field of VFD, 1 vocational training center instructor, 4 vocational teachers, and 2 lecturers. Data were collected using questionnaires with 4 Likert scales from strongly agree to strongly disagree, feasibility assessment sheets from media experts and material experts, interviews, and electronic control system learning outcomes tests. The learning media receives a “highly feasible” and the job sheet obtains 67 “highly feasible”. Moreover, the level of effectiveness of the learning media receives a score of 0.724, indicating high effectiveness. Therefore, they have proven to be effective in enhancing student learning outcomes and developing their proficiency in controlling the speed of electric motors. This will help bridge the gap between the industry's skill requirements and the skills taught in schools.

Abstract

Indonesia berada di daerah zona Cincin Api Pasifik sehingga sangat rawan terhadap bencana gempa bumi. Sistem peringatan dini yang ada sering kali tidak akurat dan terlambat dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem pendeteksi gempa berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang mampu memberikan peringatan dini secara cepat dan tepat. Sistem ini menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32, ADXL345 untuk mendeteksi getaran, serta modul GPS Neo-6M untuk mengetahui lokasi. Data yang didapat dikirim ke Firebase Realtime Database dan ditampilkan melalui aplikasi Android yang dikembangkan dengan Kodular. Sistem ini mampu mengklasifikasikan getaran menjadi tiga tingkat, yaitu siaga, waspada, dan darurat. Waktu respons rata-rata yang dicapai sebesar 2 detik dengan tingkat keberhasilan pengiriman data mencapai 98%. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan akurasi koordinat GPS dalam jarak ±5 meter. Sistem ini diharapkan menjadi solusi teknologi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat terhadap ancaman gempa bumi.
