Abstract

Research on the development of learning media on Booklet aims to explain the feasibility of developing based Booklet on colloid system subjects for class XI Senior High School 1 Benai. This research method is research and development (R&D) with a 4D development model that includes the Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. Data collection instruments used were through expert material validation sheets, learning media validation sheets, and student response validation sheets. The data analysis technique used is by calculating the validation assessment percentage score. The results showed that the interactive learning media on Booklet that was developed fulfilled the valid categories of by three material experts in the amount of 91.11%, three in the media experts amounted to 86,67% and from linguists 83,36%. This learning media also fulfills a valid category which students can use with 91,40%.

Abstract

Leadership is a vital skill in a variety of life contexts, including education, business, and society. This scientific article presents a comprehensive review of how to hone leadership skills through an experience-based approach. The research method used is a qualitative approach. The data used is data sourced from literature review. We explain key concepts in leadership, outline experience-based approaches, and identify the benefits and challenges associated with these approaches. Additionally, we offer practical strategies for implementing experience-based approaches in educational and leadership development contexts. This scientific article aims to provide a deeper understanding of how direct experience can be a strong foundation in developing effective leadership skills.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan transformasional adalah gaya kepemimpinan yang menekankan inspirasi, motivasi, pengembangan individu, serta pembentukan hubungan kerja yang harmonis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan kajian literatur. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki empat komponen utama: pengaruh ideal , yang menjadikan pemimpin sebagai panutan; motivasi inspiratif , yang menyatukan karyawan melalui visi bersama; stimulasi intelektual, yang mendorong kreativitas dan inovasi; serta pertimbangan individu, yang menunjukkan perhatian khusus pada kebutuhan karyawan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin transformasional secara signifikan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja melalui penciptaan lingkungan yang mendukung, karier pengembangan, dan keseimbangan antara tuntutan pekerjaan dan kesejahteraan individu. Kepuasan kerja yang tinggi tidak hanya meningkatkan produktivitas dan loyalitas karyawan, tetapi juga mengurangi tingkat absensi dan pergantian tenaga kerja. Kesimpulan ini menegaskan relevansi kepemimpinan transformasional sebagai strategi untuk menciptakan budaya kerja yang inklusif dan berorientasi pada kesejahteraan individu serta keberhasilan organisasi.

Abstract

Abstrak. A psychosocial phenomenon often experienced by adolescents, especially in the era of globalization influenced by technology and social media, is known as an identity crisis. In this phase, adolescents try to find their own identity and answer questions about their life goals, which often causes confusion, which has an impact on their psychosocial development. Islamic counseling plays an important role in helping adolescents overcome identity crises in a way that incorporates religious principles into their daily lives. This study was conducted to examine the role of Islamic counseling in helping adolescents overcome identity crises. The research method used was a qualitative approach with a library research design. This study analyzed various literature related to Islamic counseling, adolescent psychology, and the concept of identity crisis to identify how Islamic counseling can be applied as a solution for adolescents experiencing an identity crisis. The results of the study indicate that Islamic counseling can help individuals develop a strong self-identity based on the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith, and help them live a life in harmony with Islamic values. It is hoped that this study can provide guidelines for teachers, counselors, and parents in providing support to adolescents facing an identity crisis.
