Abstract

The curriculum is always dynamic and undergoes periodic development. The curriculum evolves according to the underlying circumstances and demands. This study aims to examine the managerial pattern of constructing an Islamic education curriculum in response to the society 5.0 era. This study found, using qualitative methodologies, that in preparation for the period of society 5.0, the Islamic education curriculum emphasizes religious knowledge and technological abilities. The management of curriculum development, on the other hand, is also geared towards building the appropriate attitudes, knowledge, and abilities for comprehending the rapid advancement of technology. So that technological advances do not impede the internalization of religious knowledge and attitudes pertinent to the Society 5.0 age.

Abstract

Individual Competency describes a characteristic or ability possessed by each employee in carrying out work. Of course, paying attention to existing factors and indicators can create quality competencies and improve employee performance. By using the literature study method, it is hoped that we will be able to analyze individual competencies accurately according to data from existing sources. So in this case, the development of human resources within the company will be of high quality. This article describes individual competencies which include the relationship between employee performance and motives, traits, self-concept, knowledge and skills, and the benefits for the company and employees. This material is designed to help employees develop their ability to develop, increase resilience, ability to face problems and develop skills in innovation and improve their individual performance. With individual competency, employees can shape their personality and increase employee knowledge, and employee skills will have a positive impact on maximizing company productivity.

Abstract

Employee adaptability skills are increasingly important in a rapidly changing business environment. A recent literature review reveals the evolution of employees' adaptability skills during the COVID-19 pandemic and efforts to strengthen them. Factors such as leadership, changes in the work environment, and organizational support influence changes in adaptability. Inclusive leadership, open communication and social support form key elements in this strategy. This article describes the development of employee adaptability skills in the context of external change, especially the COVID-19 pandemic. This article describes material for developing employee adaptability skills which includes understanding the concept of adaptability, adaptability development strategies, and the benefits for companies and employees. This material is designed to help employees develop their abilities to deal with change, increase resilience, manage stress and innovate. By investing time and resources in developing adaptability skills, organizations can increase their competitiveness and employees can achieve success in a dynamic work environment. The results of this literature review provide useful insights for organizations that wish to prioritize developing employee adaptability in response to increasingly complex business dynamics.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explain the role of effective human resource management strategies in increasing employee work productivity. This article focuses on the role of HRM in business organizations and how HRM strategies can help organizations increase employee work productivity. This research was carried out using the literature study method, namely by analyzing and examining in depth the literature related to the research topic, including previous research. The main source for this research is literature that is closely related to the literature review, including books on research methods, scientific papers, online sources, and other relevant publications. The following are several important roles of human resource management strategies in increasing employee work productivity: human resource planning, effective recruitment and selection, employee development, effective performance management, providing compensation and rewards, conflict management and employee welfare, effective communication open and clear. In order to create innovation that can improve the company's competitiveness and quality, developing and improving employee performance must be a top priority for the company. The factor that a company must prioritize is the employee performance factor. To achieve the goals of a company, it is necessary to implement effective HR management strategies to increase employee work productivity.

Abstract

HR competence is the ability and characteristics of a person in the form of knowledge, skills, and behavioral attitudes that are needed in carrying out the duties of his position in his work environment. Employee performance is the result of a person's work in quality and quality in accordance with predetermined standards based on the responsibilities given. The purpose of this study was to determine the competence of HR at PT PAL Indonesia. The method used in this research is a literature study conducted by searching the literature of books, articles, national journals. PT PAL Indonesia is committed to realizing quality human resources by improving employee competencies and abilities. Employee competency development is carried out in terms of improving the development of attitudes, knowledge, expertise, and skills in their respective fields. This is done with the aim of making PT PAL Indonesia's human resources as people who are able to work optimally with a calm and comfortable work environment, and produce good performance.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) To analyze the importance of the influence of the work environment on the performance of BPPKAD Sampang Regency employees. (2) There is no significant influence of leadership style on employee performance at BPPKAD Sampang Regency. (3) Analysis of the significance of the influence of the work environment moderated by leadership style on the performance of BPPKAD Sampang Regency employees. The population used in this research was all BPPKAD Sampang Regency employees, totaling 96 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has passed validity and reliability tests. Test the regression conditions using classic hypothesis testing. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis with an absolute difference test, and hypothesis testing is carried out using the t test. The results of this research show that: 1) The work environment has a significant influence on employee performance at BPPKAD Sampang Regency. Therefore, the following hypothesis is important: 2) Leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance at BPPKAD Sampang Regency. Therefore, the following hypothesis is important: 3) Management style cannot/has not been proven to reduce the impact of the work environment on the performance of BPPKAD Sampang Regency employees.

Abstract

To properly handle workplace discrimination, it's important to look at it from an ethical and legal standpoint. Discrimination in the workplace is a serious challenge for businesses and organizations. In addition to harming victimized individuals, it can also damage a company's reputation and disrupt productivity and relationships in the workplace. Legal protection, such as ILO Convention No. 111, is essential to safeguard workers' rights and ensure fair labor relations. The ethics of discrimination guides behavior toward others by moral principles such as justice, equality, respect for human dignity, empathy, and social responsibility. This study aims to understand discriminatory actions in the workplace through legal and ethical perspectives using a literature review approach. This literature study approach is carried out by collecting and reviewing theoretical references that are in accordance with the cases obtained. So that the results of the literature review obtained show that law and ethics have an important and necessary role to prevent discrimination in the workplace. The application of ethics and laws is very important in creating a work environment free from discrimination.

Abstract

This article can provide readers with insight into the definition of interviews, types of interviews, objectives of interviews, how to behave in interviews, advantages and disadvantages of interviews as well as strategies to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of interviews. The method used in this research is a literature study by taking several journals based on fields as well as foreign language articles. The analysis used in this research is a literature review analysis. The results of this research are the importance of interviews in employee selection, so that to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of interviews, careful preparation, effective interview techniques and the use of technology are needed. Thus, companies can increase their chances of finding candidates who suit their needs.

Abstract

Increasing employee work productivity is a major concern for companies. Its decline can be fatal to the company's profits and survival. Therefore, this literature study was made to understand the concept of psychological well-being and how its application can increase employee work productivity. This research uses the literature review method or literature review. This method is systematic, specific, and consistent in conducting in-depth identification of various sources of information. This literature study resulted in findings that the dimensions of psychology and employee productivity have a close relationship and influence each other. A good psychological dimension can increase motivation, focus, creativity, teamwork, and employee job satisfaction, which ultimately has an impact on increasing productivity. Conversely, a bad psychological dimension can reduce all these factors and result in decreased productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to measure leadership effectiveness with an empirical study on contingency theory. The method used in this research is the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method, which is a method used referring to certain research methodologies and development processes to capture or collect and publish research related to certain topics. Data collection was carried out secondaryly, namely by digging up information through previous research, reading from books, journals or websites that support this research. The results of this research state that in the practice of contingency theory of leadership in organizations, a leader must adapt to various situations, environmental conditions and company culture. Contingency theory is able to support organizations to achieve optimal goals.
