Abstract

Manajerial atau manajemen merupakan aspek yang digunakan oleh manusia untuk mengkaji tentang usaha-usaha yang dapat memadukan manusia untuk bekerja sama dan pencapaian kehidupan yang lebih baik. Adapun keterampilan konseptual kepala sekolah dapat dilakukan dengan menganalisis berbagai kebijakan pemerintah yang menuntut terjadinya perubahan dalam lingkungan sekolah, meningkatkan mutu guru dan karyawan di sekolah sudah sangat sempurna, menyikapi permasalahan yang dihadapi sekolah yang melibatkan guru atau karyawan sekolah, menangani persoalan bencana alam yang menimpa sekolah. dalam aspek keterampilan hubungan manusia kepala sekolah yang dapat dilakukan antara lain menganalisa perilaku masing-masing individu dan proses kerjasama antar guru dan karyawan, memahami isi hati dan sikap guru-guru dan karyawan dalam organisasi pendidikan, menjalin komunikasi secara jelas dan efektif di lingkungan sekolah, menciptakan kerjasama yang efektif, kooperatif, praktis, dan diplomatis dalam lingkungan sekolah, dan berperilaku yang dapat diterima oleh semua komponen guru-guru dan karyawan dalam lingkungan sekolah. Sedangkan dalam tinjauan keterampilan teknikal kepala sekolah, kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan antara lain dengan metode kerja yang mengacu pada perundang-undangan, prosedur kerja yang sesuai dengan sistem peraturan pemerintah, dan teknik kerja yang sesuai dengan pendekatan kekeluargaan antar semua guru dan karyawan.

Abstract

The urgency of role modeling the leadership characteristics of Rasulullah and its implementation in Islamic educational institutions is very important because Rasulullah Muhammad SAW is the main example in all aspects of life, including leadership. Implementing the leadership characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad in Islamic educational institutions not only forms strong and effective leadership, but also creates a harmonious and productive learning environment. By taking the Prophet as an example, leaders and managers of Islamic educational institutions can ensure that they not only achieve educational goals academically, but also build strong character and morals in their students in accordance with Islamic teachings. This research is a literature study. This paper uses three types of source materials, namely: primary, secondary and tertiary. The analytical technique applies three analytical techniques: deductive, inductive and comparative. The results of the research show that the characteristics of the Prophet's leadership include: Godly, Universal, Humanist, Realistic, Harmonious, Just, Easy and Dynamic. The role of the Prophet Muhammad SAW began with forming a new people who had their own intellectual abilities, behavior, morals, laws, legislation and language. So that if the individuals in it grow and interact with other worlds, whose beliefs and behavior are completely different, with other ummah, the leadership models include, among others, education that begins in the family, education by reading and writing the Koran and establishing educational institutions

Abstract

Information will be difficult to receive if you do not have effective communication skills. Organizations such as offices must have effective office communication relations, in order to facilitate office information to stakeholders. The purpose of this study is to see how the form of office communication, organizing and implementing office communication and the obstacles faced in office communication. This research method is library research. The results of the research on office communication relations use the form of primary communication processes and secondary communication processes. Office organization is carried out by managers and public relations which are carried out communication relationships in a unidirectional and reciprocal manner. The implementation of organizational relations takes into account the principles and principles of communication. And barriers in communication are communication that obscures and changes the meaning of the sender such as language and cognitive differences, communication disorders, emotional disorders, and physical disorders.

Abstract

Curriculum policies in Indonesia have undergone changes since the pre-independence period until now. This study aims to analyze policy developments in Indonesia so that it can provide an overview of the mapping of the themes that have been researched, the mapping methodology used in the article, and the year of publication of the article. The method used in this study is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by using the keyword education policy in Indonesia on the Google Scholar engine using Indonesian, the articles searched are limited to 2016 to 2024. The method used in this study is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by using the keyword education policy in Indonesia on the Google Scholar engine using Indonesian, the articles searched are limited to 2016 to 2024. Thus, it can be concluded that education policy in Indonesia has experienced significant development and has an impact on learning.

Abstract

Kompetensi kepribadian merupakan salah satu jenis kompetensi yang perlu dimiliki atau dikuasai guru yang baik, selain tiga jenis kompetensi lainnya, sosial, pedagogik, dan profesional, Indikator guru yang baik itu antara lain memiliki sifat antusias, stimulatif, mendorong siswa untuk maju, hangat, berorientasi pada tugas dan pekerja keras, toleran, sopan dan bijaksana, bisa dipercaya, fleksibel dan mudah menyesuaikan diri, demokratis penuh harapan bagi siswa, tidak semata mencari reputasi, mampu mengatasi stereotif siswa bertanggungjawab terhadap kegiatan belajar siswa dan menyampaikan perasaannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi transformasi digital dalam manajemen perkantoran di SMAN 5 Banda Aceh, dengan fokus pada implementasi teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas layanan pendidikan. Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang, sekolah dituntut untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan teknologi guna memenuhi kebutuhan siswa, guru, dan orang tua. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara para informan yaitu operator sekolah Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi dokumen, penggunaan sistem manajemen sekolah, dan penerapan platform pembelajaran daring telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap pengelolaan administrasi dan proses belajar mengajar. Selain itu, komunikasi yang lebih efektif antara staf, guru, dan orang tua juga tercipta melalui alat digital. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan keterampilan digital bagi staf sangat penting untuk memastikan keberhasilan transformasi ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi kepala tenaga administrasi dalam peningkatan kinerja tenaga kependidikan di MAN 1 Aceh Besar, dan untuk mengetahui tantangan kepala tenaga administrasi dalam peningkatan kinerja tenaga kependidikan di MAN 1 Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala tenaga administrasi dan tenaga kependidikan yaitu staf administrasi MAN 1 Aceh Besar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa: 1) Kinerja tenaga kependidikan MAN 1 sudah baik. Strategi yang dilakukan oleh kepala tenaga administrasi dalam peningkatan kinerja tenaga kependidikan di MAN 1 Aceh Besar diantaranya: memberi pengarahan, membina disiplin, pembinaan dan pengembangan staf, memotivasi staf, dan komunikasi. 2) Tantangan kepala tenaga administrasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kependidikan di MAN 1 Aceh Besar diantaranya kurangnya pegawai administrasi yang memahami IT, dan wifi madrasah yang masih belum memadai. Jadi, strategi yang diterapkan oleh kepala tenaga administrasi dapat meningkatkan efektivitas manajerial dalam pengelolaan tenaga kependidikan. Ini berarti bahwa kepala administrasi yang menggunakan strategi yang baik dapat membantu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih produktif dan terorganisir, yang pada gilirannya dapat meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kependidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of public relations in higher education through a bibliometric analysis approach. The research gap identified in this study is the limited comprehensive study that specifically links the results of bibliometric analysis with the strategic role of public relations in building an image, reputation, and institutional communication in the higher education environment. This study uses a bibliometric analysis method based on Google Scholar indexed article data collected through the Publish or Perish (PoP) software in the period 2020–2025, with a maximum of 1000 relevant articles. Data processing is done using Microsoft Excel and visual mapping is done through the VOSviewer application. Analysis was carried out on publication trends, keyword distribution, and thematic linkages through overlay and density visualization. The results of the study show that the main themes that dominate the literature on the role of public relations in higher education are "public relations", "higher education", and "public relations". There are several main clusters on the keyword map, but topics such as public relations digitization, social media, communication innovation, and relationships with external and internal stakeholders have not emerged dominantly, so there are still research opportunities in this area. The overlay visualization marks the emergence of new issues in the 2022–2023 period, while the density visualization shows three main density centers with the core theme of public relations and higher education, and the low-density area as new research opportunities. Therefore, this study emphasizes that the role of public relations in universities is in a strategic position to build the image, reputation, and competitiveness of institutions in the digital era and increasingly dynamic global competition. The research recommends the need to develop research on the relationship between the role of public relations and digitalization, innovation, social responsibility, and broader relationships with stakeholders to support adaptive and professional public relations management in the modern higher education environment
