Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis seberapa besar kepemimpinan situasional dan budaya organisasi memengaruhi motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada KAN Jabung Malang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 212 karyawan dan sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 139 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunaan metode proporsional non random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan situasional, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan situasional dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Kepemimpinan situasional dan budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, koperasi perlu menyatukan pemahaman antara pimpinan dengan karyawan, yaitu dengan memperhatikan apa yang dibutuhkan karyawan dari segi gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan agar mencapai tujuan yang sama.

Proses pembuatan kerupuk rambak akan menghasilkan limbah cair yang mengindikasikan mengandung kromium. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kandungan kromium pada limbah cair dan kerupuk rambak di industri kerupuk rambak UD.X di Kecamatan Kaliwates Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode peneltian deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan grab sampling untuk pengambilan limbah cair yakni sebanyak 1,5 L dan purposive sampling untuk pengambilan kulit mentah dan kerupuk rambak yakni sebanyak 10 gram. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tahap pembuatan kerupuk rambak UD.X yaitu tahap perebusan, pengguntingan, pembumbuan, penjemuran, penggorengan I dan penggorengan II. Hasil pemeriksaan uji laboratorium, sampel limbah cair mengandung kromium sebesar 2,17 mg/l. Sampel kulit mentah sebesar 0,0315 mg/kg dan kerupuk rambak sebesar 0,0426 mg/kg.

The Family of Hope Program (PKH) is a conditional social assistance program for poor and vulnerable families and / or individuals who are registered in the integrated data handling program for the poor, processed by data centers and social welfare information and designated as PKH beneficiary families. The Family of Hope Program (PKH) has a goal which is to reduce poverty and inequality in Pekanbaru City. Tenayan Raya sub-district is the sub-district that has the highest number of PKH beneficiary families in Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted at the Social Service City of Pekanbaru. The importance of the role of the Social Service in the implementation of PKH in Pekanbaru City is that in the implementation of PKH in the field in accordance with the objectives to be achieved by the Government. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Pekanbaru City especially in the District of Tenayan Raya as well as the factors that influence the implementation of the program. The theoretical concepts used by the authors are Program Implementation Theory by David C. Korten and Poverty Theory. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques carried out through interviews with research informants selected purposively and document recording. Data analysis techniques in this study used qualitative data analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in alleviating poverty in the Tenayan Raya District of Pekanbaru City is still not optimal. Factors that influence the less optimal implementation of PKH in Tenayan Raya based on David C. Korten's theory are the program implementers, the small nominal amount of assistance, and program targets. Keywords: Implementation, Hope Family Program.

Abstract: This research was conducted at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk Branch Malang. The design of the research is explanatory research, and use quantitative research using multiple linear regression statistical tools. Result of this research showed that Motivation, Work Discipline, and Work Environment simultaneously or jointly significant effect on the Job Performance by Test F = 13.714 (Sig. 0,000). This study analyzes the value of romance in Arabic expressions uploaded on the Instagram account @fatimahjufry01 using Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic approach. By utilizing the trichotomous semiotic theory, which consists of representamen, object, and interpretant, this research explores the symbolic meanings that reflect emotional, ethical, and spiritual experiences in the context of love. The representamen refers to the signs in the upload, the object to the concept being referred to, and the interpretant to the meaning captured by the audience. The findings show that the expressions not only depict the emotional dimension of love but also highlight the ethical aspects and spiritual devotion, creating a connection with higher moral values. Arabic symbolism on Instagram serves as a communication tool as well as a medium to convey the complex experience of love. The conclusion shows that Arabic on this platform reflects love as a multidimensional experience, enriching the study of semiotics in social media and demonstrating the potential of Instagram as a platform for the expression of cultural and spiritual values. As such, this analysis contributes significantly to the study of semiotics and visual communication in the context of social media. تُحلّل هذه الدراسة قيمة الرومانسية في التعابير العربية المنشورة على حساب إنستغرام @fatimahjufry01 باستخدام منهج السيميائيات لتشارلز ساندرز بيرس. ومن خلال الاستفادة من نظرية السيميائيات الثلاثية المكونة من الممثل والموضوع والمفسر، يستكشف هذا البحث المعاني الرمزية التي تعكس التجارب العاطفية والأخلاقية والروحية في سياق الحب. يشير الممثل إلى العلامات الموجودة في المنشور، بينما يشير الموضوع إلى المفهوم المشار إليه، ويعبر المفسر عن المعنى الذي يدركه المتلقي. وتُظهر النتائج أن هذه التعابير لا تقتصر على تصوير البعد العاطفي للحب، بل تبرز أيضًا الجوانب الأخلاقية والتفاني الروحي، مما يخلق ارتباطًا بالقيم الأخلاقية العليا. إن الرمزية العربية على إنستغرام تؤدي دور أداة للتواصل ووسيلة لنقل التجربة المعقدة للحب. وتُظهر الخلاصة أن اللغة العربية على هذه المنصة تعكس الحب كتجربة متعددة الأبعاد، وتثري دراسة السيميائيات في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وتبرز إمكانات إنستغرام كمنبر للتعبير عن القيم الثقافية والروحية. وبذلك، تسهم هذه الدراسة إسهامًا مهمًا في مجال السيميائيات والاتصال البصري في سياق وسائل الإعلام الاجتماعي. Penelitian ini menganalisis nilai romansa dalam ungkapan berbahasa Arab yang diunggah di akun Instagram @fatimahjufry01 dengan menggunakan pendekatan semiotika Charles Sanders Peirce. Dengan memanfaatkan teori semiotika trikotomis yang terdiri atas representamen, objek, dan interpretan, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi makna simbolis yang mencerminkan pengalaman emosional, etis, dan spiritual dalam konteks cinta. Representamen mengacu pada tanda-tanda dalam unggahan, objek pada konsep yang dirujuk, dan interpretan pada makna yang ditangkap oleh audiens. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ungkapan-ungkapan tersebut tidak hanya menggambarkan dimensi emosional cinta, tetapi juga menonjolkan aspek etis dan pengabdian spiritual, sehingga menciptakan keterhubungan dengan nilai-nilai moral yang lebih tinggi. Simbolisme Arab di Instagram berfungsi sebagai alat komunikasi sekaligus media untuk menyampaikan pengalaman cinta yang kompleks. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa bahasa Arab di platform ini merefleksikan cinta sebagai pengalaman multidimensi, memperkaya kajian semiotika di media sosial, dan menunjukkan potensi Instagram sebagai wadah ekspresi nilai-nilai budaya dan spiritual. Dengan demikian, analisis ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap studi semiotika dan komunikasi visual dalam konteks media sosial.

This study aims to identify the influence of Interpersonal Communication and Resource Competence on Teacher Performance at State Junior High School 269 Jakarta in implementing the independent curriculum. Interpersonal Communication barriers between Teachers and Students, as well as excessive teacher workloads, cause the technical performance of teachers to be the lowest among other performance areas. This study uses a descriptive approach to detail how Interpersonal Communication and Resource Competence affect Teacher Performance at State Junior High School 269 Jakarta in implementing the independent curriculum. Data were obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS 26. The population consisted of principals, Teachers, Students, and Support Staff, with a sample of 222 respondents using proportional Stratified Random Sampling. The results of the study show that: (1) Interpersonal Communication has a positive but the lowest influence compared to other variables on Teacher Performance, with a t-test value of 15.124 > 1.971; (2) Resource Competence has a positive and dominant influence compared to other independent variables on Teacher Performance, with a t-test value of 20.282 > 1.971;(3) The combined influence of Interpersonal Communication and Resource Competence is 85.3%, with an f-test result of 161.646 > 3.04. The implications of this study suggest the need for balanced training on Interpersonal Communication and Resource Competence, focusing on effective Interpersonal Communication techniques and student-centered teaching strategies. Additionally, it highlights the importance of strong motivation from teachers to develop themselves post-training to avoid stagnation, thereby improving technical performance
