Abstract

The Department of Worship and Care (DEPDATSU) is a sub-section of the extracurricular activities of the Al-Ittifaqiah Islamic Boarding School Islamic Boarding School (OSPI) in Indralaya. Depdatsu has an important role to instill the discipline of students in participating in orderly worship activities. In the midst of the many activities held at the pesantren, there are still a number of students who are not disciplined in attending the prayer activities in the mosque. The purpose of this study is to uncover the effect of the effectiveness of the Depdatsu work program on increasing the discipline of prayer in the congregation of students at the Al-Ittifaqiah Islamic Boarding School Indralaya. This type of research is quantitative descriptive field research (field research). The population was 209 XI MA Al-Ittifaqiah students and 68 students were sampled. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The research data were analyzed using a statistical test with the Product Moment Correlation formula. The results showed that the effectiveness of the Depdatsu work program at Al-Ittifaqiah Islamic Boarding School was included in the moderate category of 48 people (70%) or could be said to be quite effective. While the discipline of prayer in congregation of students at Al-Ittifaqiah Islamic Boarding School is included in the high category of 30 people (44%) or can be said to be very good. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the product moment formula, it can be seen that at the 5% significance level or the accuracy level of the study of 95%, the value of t_ (count) 6.015> t_table 1.998 means the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant effect on the effectiveness of the Depdatsu work program on improving the discipline of the santri congregational prayer at Al-Ittfaqiah Islamic Boarding School Indralaya

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang harga diri dengan perilaku agresif pada peserta didik di SMA Nurul Iman Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 159 peserta didik. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian adalah analisis korelasi Product Moment. Kesimpulan yang diambil dari hasil penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan negatif yang sangat signifikan antara harga diri dengan perilaku agresif pada peserta didik di SMA Nurul Iman Palembang dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,642 dan nilai p = 0,000 yang berarti bahwa semakin tinggi harga diri yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik maka semakin rendah perilaku agresif yang dilakukannya dan sebaliknya, apabila semakin rendah harga diri yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik maka semakin tinggi perilaku agresif yang dilakukannya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Hamzah Fansuri’s thoughts in character education based on Islamic Spiritual Values at SMA Nurul Ilmi. Hamzah Fansuri, a prominent Malay Sufi scholar, emphasized the cultivation of noble character, sincerity, simplicity, and awareness of Islamic Spiritual Values as the foundation of social life. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through in-depth interviews with teachers and students, observations of Islamic Religious Education learning processes, and documentation of extracurricular activities oriented toward character strengthening. The findings reveal that Hamzah Fansuri’s values have been implemented through classroom learning, character guidance, and students’ daily practices. Values such as moral responsibility, patience, and social concern are reflected in students’ interactions and their application of Islamic teachings in everyday life. Furthermore, the integration of Sufi teachings encourages students to develop a deep awareness of Islamic Spiritual Values and to strengthen their character based on Islamic ethics. This study concludes that Hamzah Fansuri’s ideas can serve as a strategic foundation for developing character education based on Islamic Spiritual Values in secondary schools, particularly in shaping students who possess noble character, responsibility, and profound spiritual awareness.
