Abstract

Twitter is a social media platform that is very important in the digital world. Fast communication and interaction make Twitter a vital information center in sentiment analysis. The purpose of this research is to classify public opinion about the presence of marketplaces in Indonesia, both positive and negative sentiments, using a Non-linear SVM algorithm based on 1276 tweets. This research involves the stages of data pre-processing, labeling, feature extraction using TF-IDF, and data division into three scenarios: 80% training data and 20% test data, 50% training data and 50% test data scenario, and 20% training data and 80% test data scenario. The last process, GridSearchCV, combines cross-validation and non-linear SVM parameters for model evaluation using a confusion matrix. The best SVM model resulting from the scenario was 80% training and 20% test data, with hyperparameters Gamma = 100 and C = 0.01, achieving 89% accuracy. When tested on never-before-seen data, the accuracy increased to 90%, with an f1-score of 91%, precision of 88%, and recall of 95% on negative sentiments. In conclusion, evaluating the performance of non-linear SVM kernels with a combination of hyperparameter values can improve accuracy, especially on public response information about online marketplaces and public sentiment.

Abstract

Strategic planning for information technology (PSTI) is a crucial element in ensuring alignment between an organisation's business objectives and the use of information technology. In the last decade, challenges have arisen in adopting appropriate frameworks, methods and principles, especially amidst the complexities of digital disruption. This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review (SLR) of PSTI-related research during the period 2015-2024 using the PRISMA 2020 approach, with literature searches from leading academic databases such as Scopus, IEEE Xplore, SpringerLink, and Google Scholar during the period 2015-2024. A total of 62 scientific articles were analysed to evaluate the frameworks used, business sectors based on KBLI, implementation methods, principles applied, and critical success factors and research gaps. The results showed that Ward & Peppard, TOGAF, and Tozer frameworks were the most dominant approach. Key success factors include top management support, business and IT strategy alignment, effective IT governance, and organisational capability. This study makes a significant contribution to the development of theoretical foundations and practical guidelines for adaptive PSTI implementation, the KBLI-PSTI mapping, the systensis of framework/ methods/ princiles, alignment factors & organizational capabilities,  and opens space for further research in less explored sectors

Abstract

The development of Information Technology must be balanced with security in the system in the face of hacking threats that have an impact on information leakage or service disruptions. Without the security of the system, many hackers will easily take over the system. To solve security problems, a method that ensures security is needed. This study uses the Penetration Testing method using the ISSAF frameworks. The results of this research are expected to find out the security gaps in the LMS that are currently used.
