Abstract

Dalam dunia nyata, untuk menjamin keaslian serta legalitas suatu dokumen digunakan tanda tangan. Tanda tangan ini merupakan suatu tanda yang bersifat unik milik seseorang dan digunakan untuk memberi pengesahan bahwa orang tersebut setuju dan mengakui isi dari dokumen yang ditandatangani. Untuk dokumen-dokumen elektronik pun dibutuhkan hal semacam ini. Oleh karena itu, diciptakan suatu sistem otentikasi yang disebut tanda tangan digital. Tanda tangan digital merupakan teknik yang sangat tepat digunakan untuk menjamin keaslian suatu dokumen serta menghindari adanya penyangkalan bahwa seseorang telah menandatangani suatu dokumen. Teknik ini jauh lebih canggih dan lebih efisien daripada tanda tangan yang dilakukan secara manual. Keamanan dan kerahasiaan data merupakan hal penting untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan data. Sebuah data dapat diamankan dengan cara melakukan penyandian terhadap isi data yang telah terverifikasi oleh Penyelenggara Sertifikasi Elektronik. Sistem verifikasi tanda tangan disediakan berdasarkan informasi sertifikasi tanda tangan yang dimiliki oleh seorang penandatangan untuk memverifikasi integritas dokumen elektronik. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan penentuan kriteria pada dokumen elektronik yang terbukti otentikasinya berdasarkan verifikasi dokumen elektronik yang telah dilakukan menggunakan kriteria yang telah ditentukan yaitu, confidentiality, integrity, authentication, non repudiation, lama verifikasi, validity sertifikat, termasuk keberhasilan verifikasi dokumen elektronik dengan metode Weighted Product. Dataset didapatkan dari olah data manual dengan beberapa macam skenario dokumen elektronik

Abstract

Retinopati diabetes merupakan gangguan yang terjadi pada mata, yang disebabkan oleh penyakit diabetes. Diagnosa Retinopati Diabetes dapat dilakukan menggunakan citra digital retina. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan klasifikasi dan analisa tingkat keparahan Retinopati Diabetes berdasarkan ciri atau fitur gambar retina. Terdapat 2 dataset yang digunakan. Dataset pertama merupakan hasil dari preprocessing gambar yaitu konversi gambar ke grayscale. Dataset kedua didapat dengan menghapus optikal disk pada gambar dataset pertama. Metode ekstraksi ciri yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah ekstraksi ciri tekstur metode statistik orde pertama menggunakan histogram. Ciri gambar yang didapatkan adalah mean, variance, skewness, curtosis, dan entropy. Klasifikasi dilakukan sebanyak 2 kali pada dataset pertama dan kedua menggunakan metode klasifikasi jarak euclidean. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan confusion matrix dengan menghitung nilai akurasi, presisi, dan recall. Berdasarkan hasil perngujian didapatkan bahwa dataset kedua memiliki nilai akurasi yang lebih tinggi yaitu 64,81%, nilai precision 69,3%, dan recall sebesar 64,8%

Abstract

Permasalahan rumah sakit mengenai pengolahan persediaan obat adalah kondisi obat yang habis, dikarenakan rumah sakit dalam satu tahun mengeluarkan 33% dari biaya investasi untuk investasi obat. Untuk mengtasi permasalahan diatas rumah sakit harus memiliki pengeloaan logistic dengan baik, cara pengelolaan adalah dengan melakukan perencanaan yang baik. Penulis akan memakai algoritma ABC Analysis dan SVR. ABC Analysis akan digunakan untuk proses klasifikasi obat yaitu dengan cara membagi obat manjadi tiga kelompok utama berdasarkan kepentingan yaitu kelompok A, B dan C. Penulis akan menggunakan metodo SVR untuk menghitung prediksi obat. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ABC analisys dapat membagi  obat. Menjadi tiga bagian  yaitu kelompo A 276  item dengan presentase 22,96% dari jumlah item keseluruhan, kelompok B sejumlah 396 item dengan presentase 33,11% dan C sejumlah 528 dengan presenrase 43,94% dengan kesluruhan obat adlah 1202 item obat. Pengujian prediksi dilakukan dengan cara mengambil sample lima obat dari hasil klasifikasi. Proses perhitungan SVR adalah membandingkan metode preprocessing linier scaling dan z normalization. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut adalah MAPE menunjukan bahwa  dengan menambahkan preprocessing dengan linier scaling dapat membuat proses SVR lebih optimal dari pada menggunakan z nomrlization dan perhitungan dengan klasifikasi ABC analisys.

Abstract

Abstract – Indonesia is a country with many fascinating cultural assets. Batik is one of the most beautiful cultural assets that should be preserved. Batik existed with many motifs and styles and has been a significant cultural cloth for many regions spread along the Java island. This research proposed the computation for identifying three popular motifs and styles: megamendung, kawung, and parang. This research employed a Convolutional Neural Network classifier to identity those three popular batik motifs. This research used an image size of  64x64, 128x128, and 256x256  for the input images, and the influence of the size or dimension for these inputs have been analyzed. The final result showed that the highest accuracy is reached at 92.85 % on epoch = 240 and batch size = 5.Keywords  - Batik, Convolutional Neural Network, Accuracy, Dimension Abstrak - Banyak budaya di Indonesia yang masih menjadi kebanggan dan dijaga kelestarian nya. Salah satunya adalah batik. Jika berbicara tentang batik sekilas kita mengingat tentang berbagai macam motif yang dimiliki yang tersbar di Indonesia terutama di pulau Jawa. Pada penelitian kali ini motif batik yang diteliti adalah batik megamendung,batik kawung dan batik parang. Alasan pemilihan ketiga motif tersebut karena ketiga motif tersebut sangat diminati oleh khalayak ramai(Populer) , dan ketiga motif tersebut memliki makna tersendiri yang sangat mewakili masyarakat Indonesia. Tujuan dari klasifikasi batik adalah untuk mengetahui keakuratan akurasi motif batik khusus nya motif batik kawung,megamendung, dan parang. Fokus pada penelitian ini  adalah penggunaan dimensi gambar yang dapat mempengaruhi akurasi yang dihasilkan. Dimensi yang digunakan adalah 64x64,128x128, dan 256x256. Akurasi yang dihasilkan dengan menggunakan metode Convolutional Neural Network yang paling tinggi yaitu 92,85% dengan menggunakan  epoch= 240 dan batch_size=5.Kata Kunci - Batik, Convolutional Neural Network, Akurasi, Dimensi

Abstract

Canteen is one of the most important places to be owned by a particular institution including educational institutions such as universities, in the canteen itself there are sellers - sellers who are the main factors that determine the consumer's decision to the canteen. in this study we will discuss how to determine the priority weights of criteria to be used as an evaluation parameter for the selection of prospective sellers who will be accepted in a canteen. The method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), the stages in the AHP method begin with the process of defining the problem, making a hierarchical structure that begins with general objectives, followed by criteria and alternative choices, Creating pairwise comparison matrices, normalizing data, calculating values eigen vector and test its consistency, calculate eigen vector from each paired comparison matrix, test the consistency of hierarchy. If it does not meet with CR <0.01, the pairwise comparison process must be carried out again. The results of this study are a priority weight of each criterion that will be used for the selection process of prospective sellers in the canteen.Keywords: Canteen, AHP, criter

Abstract

          Database is an important part of information system, one of the role of database system that is as source of information for information system. Information system alumni of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu is a web-based application that uses MySQL as its database system. Evaluation is done to identify the errors that exist in the database SIAUMB, after the evaluation on the database there are some errors in the database SIAUMB, including errors in the relation, field, key, constraint, record, query, adding data (insert), change data (update) and deletion of data (delete). Future databases can produce an alumni information system capable of providing exploratory information quickly, easily and accurately and able to assist the parties concerned in making management decisions alumni Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. Then can be done new database design with reference to result of evaluation which have been done. After that, data quality testing on aspects of accuracy and non-duplicate aspects, testing is done by executing query, each query that executed will generate record and result column then compared between new database with old database before evaluation. Keywords : Database, Alumnus, Evaluation

Abstract

Software house company is a business unit whose outline is developing or creating software to provide solutions for clients or customers, be it from government, companies, organizations, or individuals. The key to the success of software house companies lies in the relationship with clients. Problems arise when companies implement remote work and communication systems between clients and companies are not well established during project execution resulting in low client satisfaction. In order for communication between client and company to be well established, Electronic Collaborative CRM system design developed in cross platform with web service as bridge and its integration media is proposed, so that client and company employees can use this system anytime anywhere and with different platforms. The output of this research is a system design that contains Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams, data design in the form of Entity Relational Diagram (ERD) and User Interface design and prototype designed to run on various platforms. The designed prototype is acceptable to both the client and the employee after all aspects tested using a Likert-scale questionnaire get a "good" or "excellent" classification score (above 60%). Abstract

University Muhammadiyah Bengkulu (UMB) in data processing lecturers and employees have a web-based information system known as Lecturer and Employee Information System (SIMDOSKAR). This research discusses about user behavior towards SIMDOSKAR UMB using Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. The purpose of this study is to determine the variables that affect user interest behavior and provide recommendations in the form of suggestions for improvement of the front system.This research was conducted by using descriptive qualitative method by distributing questionnaires, with 33 respondents. The data in the research were tested using SEM analysis technique and Partian Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and attitude towards using tecknology have positive effect on User Behavior Interest. This variable is able to influence behavioral intention to use the system equal to 85,1% obtained from value of R2, whereas the lowest influence is behavior interest toward interest of user behavior with t-statistic value 0, 135. Keywords: implementation analysis, behavioral intention to use, UTAUT, SIMDOSKAR UMB

Abstract

Outdoor billboard is media with a variety of shapes and styles which are widely used for commercial purposes. Basically, people still need outdoor space media/advertising/billboards and the other kinds of information on the existence of the product or service to meet the needs of life. Digital advertising industry will continue to increase its development until the next five years. Because of the market share of the industry is more wide open with increasingly advanced digital era. Motion graphics is currently widely used both in the world of film, television, and advertising. This study aims to determine the application template after effects using motion graphic techniques in disseminating information on DOOH Advertising is Videotron. The object of this study aimed to Java Videotron with video content Dimas Diajeng Bantul 2016, with a duration of 30 seconds. The method used to analyze this study is Reverse Engineering and Forward Engineering. This research resulted in the output of the template on DOOH the 30-second video that can be used continuously and modified by a variety of multimedia elements with easy navigation. Digest Thesis contains what and why research is done, how to do, and what important results obtained from research. The first paragraph in essence contains the title of the research, research objectives, constraints and variables of research, as well as the methods of analysis used in the study. The second paragraph contains a summary of the results of research and discussion. Abstract

The increasing need of modern society towards the internet resulted in banks trying to bring internet banking services in accordance with the wishes of the community to compete. The need for easy access, and user satisfaction is very important to note. In the context of website usability, the science of human computer interaction is required to be able to present a good website and in accordance with the needs of its users. This research is focused on evaluating usability of user interface of internet banking service of Bank Rakyat Indonesia using usability standard issued by ISO that usability website can be described as the level where product can be used by certain user to achieve its goal more effectively, efficiently and satisfactorily in scope Users. Then the usability techniques used in this research are think-aloud, performance measurement, and quistionaires to be able to cover the weaknesses of each technique. The results of the study using three usability techniques show the internet banking website BRI has fulfilled the needs of users will be effectiveness but still experience usability problems on efficiency and user satisfaction so that the improvement to cover the shortfall. The result of improved user interface shows a significant increase in usability points that become the weakness of the website.  Keywords: Usability, User Interface, BRI, Think-Aloud, Perfomance-Measurement, Questionaires.
