Dunia usaha tidak terlepas dari perkembangan kemajuan teknologi. Salah satu upayadalam meningkatkan omset usaha adalah dengan memanfaatkan media komunikasi salahsatunya adalah media sosial. Media sosial yang sering digunakan adalah Facebook yangkini telah lengkap dengan sistem Facebook Ads (Facebook Advertising). FacebookAdvertising atau Facebook Ads merupakan sebuah sistem yang dibuat oleh Facebookagar para user dapat membuat sebuah iklan yang diinginkan sesuai dengan tujuan dantarget market yang diinginkan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuantentan kiat meningkatkan omset dengan cara pemanfaatan Facebook Ads yang dilakukandengan metode ceramah, diskusi dan sharing experience bersama peserta yangmerupakan pengusaha muda Kota Pekanbaru. Facebook Ads ini dapat menjadi suatuinspirasi bagi para pengusaha untuk mendorong kreativitas mereka dalam usahamemacu penjualan produk mereka. Perguruan tinggi sebagai lembaga pendidikan memiliki tugas pokok melaksanakan proses pendidikan dan pengajaran, serta melaksanakan penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat. Pengabdian masyarakat adalah suatu gerakan proses pemberdayaan diri untuk kepentingan masyarakat. Adapun pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dapat membawa perubahan kepada masyarakat yang lebih baik. Adapun bentuk pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi salah satunya adalah mengadakan pelatihan dengan memberikan keterampilan kepada ibu Rumah Tangga dalam bentuk pembuatan kreasi produk-produk bernilai ekonomis dari barang bekas. Setelah di adakan pelatihan diharapkan Ibu-ibu Rumah Tangga dapat mengembangkan variasi produk menjadi barang yang memiliki nilai jual tinggi dan menjadi entrepreneurship yang sukses.

Salah satu bagian dari pengembangan kegiatan Perguruan Tinggi selain sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang memiliki tugas pokok melaksanakan proses pendidikan dan pengajaran, juga melaksanakan penelitian dan pengabdian pada masyarakat. Pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah suatu kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan peningkatan kualitas dan produktivitas masyarakat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat diharapkan dapat mewujudkan masyarakat yang lebih baik. Adapun bentuk pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi salah satunya Program Studi Ekonomi Pembangunan adalah memberikan keterampilan kepada siswa siswi beserta guru-guru di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) PGRI Pekanbaru yang beralamat di Jl. Brigjen Katamso No.46 Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru, dalam bentuk pembuatan sabun cuci piring cair. Setelah diadakan pelatihan diharapkan siswa dan guru dapat mengembangkan kreatifitas dalam menciptakan produk yang memiliki nilai jual dan memiliki jiwa entrepreneurship yang tangguh. Kata Kunci: Entrepreneur, Sabun Cuci Piring Cair, Peningkatan Pendapatan.

Higher Education other than as an educational institution that has the main task of carrying out the process of education and teaching, also has other tasks namely carrying out research and community service. Quality improvement of human resources of a nation means encouraging the improvement of the quality of the nation itself so that it has the ability to compete with countries in the world. The education world is one of the spearheads in the effort to improve the quality of human resources. So improving the quality of human resources must be supported by improving the quality of educators (teachers), because qualified teachers will be able to produce students who are also qualified. Efforts to improve the quality of human resources can be implemented jointly in the world of education. Lecturer of Development Economics Study Program Faculty of Economics and Business UMRI tries to help increase teacher competency in Pekanbaru City PGRI Vocational School, through training in the use of SPSS software as a teacher data processing research tool. After conducting data processing training with SPSS software, it is expected that the teacher assemblies can produce quality research to support education and teaching activities at Vocational High School level. This study aims to determine the development of the level of inequality and the relationship of inequality with economic growth or proof of Neo-Classical hypothesis in Riau Province in 2002-2016. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The use of secondary data from the publication of the Central Bureau of Statistics. The analysis tools used are Williamson Index and Quadratic Regression. The result of the research shows that in the period of 2002-2016 the development gap in Riau Province is very fluctuating. The rate of change from year to year shows the tendency of the Williamson Index to decrease. Quadratic regression results in negative β2 values, so the Neo-Classical Hypothesis applies in Riau Province.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of government spending, investment lag, interest rates, inflation and economic growth on investment in Riau Province and Kotadi Regency. The data type of this research is panel data. In this study data was obtained from 12 districts / cities observed in a period of 6 years, 72 observations were obtained. In addition, secondary data was published by the Riau Province Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). This study uses data analysis in the form of panel data regression analysis using EVIEWS 9.0 software. The results of this study indicate that government expenditure, investment lag, interest rates and inflation have a significant effect on investment in City District in Riau Province. While economic growth has a insignificant influence on investment in City District in Riau Province.

This study aims to determine the effect of investment, labor and population growth on economic growth in Pelalawan Regency in 2006-2015. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The use of secondary data from the publication of Central Bureau of Statistics Pelalawan District in the form of time series data that is Economic Growth, Investment (PMA & PMDN), Labor and Population Growth. The result of the research shows that from t-test result can be concluded for each variable of investment and population growth have significant effect to economic growth, while labor does not have significant effect to economic growth in Pelalawan Regency. The result of determination coefficient test (R2) shows that the ability of independent variable (investment, labor, and population growth) in explaining the dependent variable (economic growth) is 94.82 percent while the remaining 5.18 percent is explained by other variables outside the model.

This study aims to examine the effect of decentralization, expenditure, investment, labor and development inequality on the inter-regional economic growth in Riau Province. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research using secondary data type. Data analysis technique used in this research is using Data Panel Regression by using application program Eviews 9.0. The results of this study indicate that the variable of tax decentralization does not have a significant and positive influence on economic growth among regions in Riau Province. Government expenditure, investment, and labor have a significant influence on economic growth among regions in Riau Province. In addition, there is no significant and significant development on the economic growth between regions in Riau Province.

This study aims to determine the effect of wages, education, and economic growth on employment and knowing the effect of wages, unemployment, investment, and labor on economic growth in Riau Province. The analysis tool used is a regression of simultaneous equations - Two-Stage Least Square (TSLS). Based on the results of the study indicate that in the simultaneous equation I (Labor), Wages have a positive and significant influence, while education has a negative and significant influence, and economic growth is negatively and not significantly related to employment absorption; In simultaneous equation II (Economic Growth), Wages have a negative and not significant relationship, while unemployment and investment have a positive and insignificant effect, and for labor has a positive and significant relationship to economic growth.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kurs terhadap ekspor Kabupaten Kota di Provinsi Riau. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data panel. Dalam penelitian ini data diperoleh dari 12 kabupaten/kota yang diamati dalam kurun waktu 6 tahun maka diperoleh 72 observasi. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini terdiri data sekunder yaitu data publikasi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Riau. Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan software EVIEWS 9.0.Dari hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil uji t dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk masing-masing variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi dan variabel kurs memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dan positif terhadap ekspor di Kabupaten Kota Provinsi Riau.
