Abstract

Along with the development of technology in building a website , usually in the PHP programming language , people tend to write the coding from scratch . It seems like Perguruan Tinggi Raharja website which has 4 ( four ) such problems in terms of appearance , contains , security and technology . Because the Perguruan Tinggi Raharja website is still under construction using conventional methods , which take a long time can eventually lead to problems such as complexity in the preparation of the program code . Where it can lead to the development of the website and the length of time it is difficult to perform more maintenance because the code of the compiled program does not have a good standard of application development . As a solution presented four (4 ) solution of the above problems is the infrastructure including a website , view websites , website content and dashboard system , this can be managed more easily by applying a PHP based frameworks like Yii Framework . Yii Framework is a framework that contains functions and classes using the MVC method contained therein . MVC is a method that separates the parts of a web application consists of a Model , View , and Controller . With the Yii Framework significant benefits obtained as easily perform all types of web application development because Yii is very light and comes with a caching solution that is satisfactory , and it is suitable for developing applications with high traffic . In terms of safety also has a pretty good level of security , including the prevention of cross- site scripting ( XSS ) , cross-site request forgery , and the prevention of attacks of cookies . With the construction of university websites using Yii Framework Prog expected to improve the performance of a website as a future spotlight Pribadi Raharja information .

Abstract

The development of information technology is increasingly rapidly and constantly changing year after year requires us to constantly innovate and make a creative work, as well as Higher Education Prog desperately need information systems that are relevant, accurate, fast, and efficient to support the sustainability of academic activity future. The author conducted research on SIS Information Systems in college Prog. The research method used was observation, library research and documentation. Development method used is the waterfall method. Based on the analysis conducted by the author and the problems encountered in the use of the SIS is still menggukan sweep sweep card card if the card is damaged / lost then the student can not use the SIS, the SIS is still accessing performed locally where the student must come in person to the SIS Box to take care of matters related to the students academic activity and as one of the alternative solutions, then be made to the proposed development of the SIS system itself. SIS+ software is a web-based information systems and made by Yii Framework using the PHP programming language. Database management system (DBMS) used in this software is MySQL. This information system will display the data that include academic values list data, student biographical data form and the form needed by the students, in addition, an information system is also expected to boost the quality and service to students.

Abstract

Learning in Higher Education System is identical to a conventional manner. This is evident from the way the students in final report. In the process of guidance, the students are still accustomed to the draft report in the form of a printout of the Lecturer. Lecturer then perform correction on the draft report printed sheet, so if there are errors in the writing of the report, the student is required to revise and reprint subsequently submitted to the Lecturer for further corrected. This is very inefficient in the guidance process, due to the use of paper that is not a little, due to the printout draft report before and after the revision. Final report guidance process is the same as running in Raharja University. Then to support that learning systems can make it easier for students and the Lecturer is to utilize RinfoDocs as a medium to support the process guidance Final report. RinfoDocs is one feature in RinfoDrive provided by Rinfo. While Rinfo is a platform using Google’s Gmail service provided exclusively by the Pribadi Raharja (Civitas Academic). Because using the Google email platform. With the RinfoDocs learning process can be done online because it can be done anywhere and anytime. Through the use of RinfoDocs expected to facilitate the process of drafting the final report guidance on the college.

Abstract

Liabilities to document an event in the world of education is the provision that created in order to improve the quality and the quality of education in Indonesia. As well as reference material that can be used as an ingredient to evaluate a wide range of events that have been implemented. So, to support this Perguruan Tinggi Raharja which is one institution that engages in computer science is always innovative and creative in order to solve these problems, by applying an iLearning learning system, based on 4B (Belajar, Bekerja, Bermain, and Berdoa) by using a new technology device, iPad. In iLearning, learning system of teaching and learning process requires the applications contained in the iPad. Based on the results of surveys and studies have been performed, have not all applications support are included in the iPad, especially applications that can support the process of making and publication about events that are held, so it created one of the supporting applications as one of the iEvent Information applications that support system, especially in terms of learning iLearning publicize campus events that have been held or to be carried out.

Abstract

Era of globalization is happening now require human resources to complete, on the other side of Indonesia's human resources do not meet the above criteria. Even qualitatively, the fact shows that Indonesia's human resources is quite low and tends to decrease. Low indicators of human resources of Indonesia can be seen in student achievement. The problem is still quite low level of education of Indonesia's human resources is a challenge for the state of education in Indonesia. Indonesia needs to improve the quality of education for human resource produced as expected, decreased detection performance learn should start from the educator as the spearhead of educational success .. This method can optimize the potential of intellectual, social and emotional development of students. This is one thing why the medium of learning is necessary in the learning process. Medium of learning is one component of learning that has an important role in the learning process. Use of media should be a part that should receive the attention of teachers as facilitators of learning in every activity. Because of its individual thateducators need to learn how to establish a medium of learning in order to effectively achieve the goal of learning in the learning process. In fact the learning media is still often overlooked by many reasons.

Abstract

DSS (Decision Support Systems) has the notion that a computer-based system that presents and process information that allows decisions to be more productive, dynamic and innovative [1]. In this study, a concept with the name DHM (Database Health Monitoring). DHM concept is a form of development of the DSS is a concept of how to analyze the health of a database in which the level of health in the database is measured by the number of empty fields. To calculate the number of empty fields required sql queries which query results are then processed into a protocol JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) is a concise format computer data exchange [6]. In JSON protocol is what ultimately made a dashboard. The results are displayed in the form of dashboards to facilitate leadership read the information received. In addition, the leadership does not need direct access to the database to get information.

Abstract

OJRS at the College of Raharja is an information system that is in the component of the SIS (Student Information System). OJRS present to facilitate students in performing void add class schedules and print the form - the form that is in the menu OJRS. OJRS main function is to facilitate the process of void-added service class schedule resulting in fast and accurate data. Starting from the view class schedules, add and cancel courses, pick up class schedules to generate report output in the form of KSTF (Final Fixed Study Card) for students. This research is a quantitative research design using survey research using questionnaires processing techniques are processed based on validity and reliability test using SPSS software. With research results OJRS system is running is still relatively less than the maximum, and still there are 5 (five) deficiencies or weaknesses in the system. Therefore, in this study will be explained about the system OJRS ongoing at this time to describe the analysis of the system using UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagrams and try to provide input in the form of system design to support and contribute to the development of systems OJRS + that are in SIS + (Student iLearning Services) which can be accessed online outside the campus environment easily and quickly just by using the Internet connection

Abstract

The telecommunication world’s development, who’s keep on moving rapidly have create a developed innovation and creativity to also keep on moving along with the technological information’s development. Now, in Raharja University, a new program has been born which is called NSCCIT, its a National Seminar and Call for Paper who’s now have been built as a place to discuss the result of a research through a seminar. Seminar is a scheduled forum of a group of people to scientifically discuss about a topic with the purpose to grow and to manage the skills, scientific act and professionalism act through a more objective understanding about a topic which is going to be evaluated. With the creation of the NSCCIT’'s research or national seminar and Call of Paper, the result is expected to be a best solution for the civitas academica to communicate and discuss the problems which is going to be researched and help each other in solving the problems. The main purpose of this research is to develop a web database based system on raharja.ac.id website to make the spreading process of seminar's schedule information more easily using the PHP and MySQL’s technology and also implemented as an information’s conveyor media about the seminar’s schedule which is going to be held.

Abstract

Among some professors are always confronted with students who are not just one or two students but many students. And among students who often meet has the same name but sometimes these lecturers often forget to the name of the student. The problem is when a student with the same name that asked for the second time to the lecturer in question and certainly the lecturer will be trying to remember the last time the students and professors meet. This led to work being impeded. And when the student asking the answer to the question ever asked questions first and the Professor forgot what ever the student ask, this will backfire for the lecturer. The system developed in the form of this is online, so that professors could do consultation anytime anywhere and anytime. The method used is descriptive method with identifying problems in advance, in addition to the development model used by researchers in the form of analysis of the problems of the waterfall to the maintenance phase of the program. In this system a student do create tickets, the tickets are obtained by given to the lecturer to conduct consultation. This system is applied with students and lecturers can have a history about the guidance that has been done so that lecturers did not forget when was the last student conduct guidance. This system generates data guidance which can be printed.
