Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh harga, pelayanan dan kualitas jasa terhadap kepuasan konsumen transportasi online di kota Medan. Sifat dari penelitian ini adalah explanatory dan jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 400 orang konsumen pengguna transportasi online di kota Medan. Data yang telah dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian diolah menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen transportasi online di kota Medan, (2) Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen transportasi online di kota Medan, (3) Kualitas jasa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen transportasi online di kota Medan, (4) Harga, pelayanan dan kualitas jasa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen transportasi online di kota Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to examine and analyze the influence of the product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions at PT. Duta Ayumas Persada Namorambe Deli Serdang. The population in this study were customers who make purchases at at PT. Duta Ayumas Persada Namorambe Deli Serdang, and were taken 265 customers as a sample. Before the regression model obtained was used to test the hypothesis, the model was tested in the classical assumption. The classic assumption test used includes: normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedesticity test. This data analysis model used multiple regression analysis. The results of the study were product quality and promotion partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions PT. Duta Ayumas Persada Namorambe Deli Serdang.

Abstract

Abstract: Human resources become­­ spotlight as well as foundation for the organization in order to survive in today’s era of globalization. This has to be supported by good training in order to improve the performance of employees that need to be strengthened by competency. The purpose of this study is to determine how much Training influences Performance while being moderated by Competency at the office of Ministry of Commerce Directorate of Metrology Regional I Medan. The methods used in this research are descriptive method and verification method. Analysis tools used are descriptive statistics, regression analysis, validity test, reliability terst and pure moderator. Research results descriptively show that Training, Competency and Performance of Employees at the Ministry of Trade Metrology Directorate Region I are in good condition. Simultaneously, results show that Training had no significant effect on the Performance of employees while being moderated by Competency of employees.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Indostar Sukses Mandiri Medan. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effects of Job Stress, Job Competence and Job Training on Employee Performance at PT Indostar Sukses Mandiri Medan. The research method uses quantitative. Population and sample amounted to 63 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The results of the calculation of the partial hypothesis testing obtained tcount> ttable or 3.172> 2.001 and the significant obtained was 0.002 <0.05, meaning that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, that is, Job Stress partially affected Employee Performance at PT Indostar Sukses Mandiri Medan The results of the calculation of the hypothesis testing partially and simultaneously Job Stress.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of E-Commerce, Price and Service Quality on Consumer Interest in PT Nugraha Ekakurir Line (JNE).The research method uses quantitative. The population was 196 consumers and the sample was 132 consumers. The sampling technique used was random sampling.The results of the calculation of hypothesis testing partially and Simultaneously E-Commerce, Price and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Intention of Medan-Jakarta Delivery at PT Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Line. HThe result of the coefficient of determination test is the Adjusted R Square value of 0.216, this means 21.6% of the variation of the Purchase Interest variable. which can be explained by the variation of the independent variables, namely E-commerce, Price and Service Quality, while the remaining 78.4% is explained by other variables not examined in this study, such as innovation, level of trust, promotion and development and so on.

Abstract

Loan to deposit, non performing loan dan debt to equity merupakan unsur-unsur yang dapat mempengaruhi profitabilitas perusahaan dengan capital adequacy ratio sebagai moderator. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Loan to deposit, non performing loan dan debt to equity terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan dengan capital adequacy ratio sebagai moderator. Jenis penelitian ini ialah explanatory research. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah 43 perusahaan perbankan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016-2020. Sampel penelitian di sini ialah berjumlah 115 dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian mempertunjukkan bahwasannya Loan to deposit, non performing loan dan debt to equity berdampak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan dengan capital adequacy ratio sebagai moderator. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of discipline, training, supervision, on job satisfaction at PTPN III. In supporting job satisfaction, the company provides several benefits such as salary, bonuses, allowances, THR, leave money, premium school children assistance, overtime and facilities such as houses for those who work in plantations or factories and BPJS. In terms of discipline, the level of employee absenteeism is still high and there are still employees who arrive late and leave work early, this indicates that employees are still lacking discipline in terms of attendance. The training is carried out so that the ability of employees will increase, this will certainly add to the insight of employees and lead to new initiatives to achieve the goals of an agency. In supervision, the Covid 19 pandemic has resulted in employees working from home (work from home) so that companies cannot carry out effective supervision directly on employees. This study uses quantitative research with the research population is all employees of PTPTN III totaling 683 people with the sample used is 253 people. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression. Simple random sampling was used as a sampling method. In the t-test on discipline variables with values ​​(4.240>1.971), training (3.040>1.971) and supervision (4.453>1.971) partially positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PTPN III. In the F test, the variables of discipline, training, supervision showed a positive and significant influence with a value (30,064>2.67) on job satisfaction at PTPN III

Abstract

In a system can run and operate well and good if there is a regulation that really involves human resources. At PT Eka Paksi Sejati this decline in employee performance can be seen from the failure to achieve sales targets and sales realization. Competence is one of the important factors in a company, but at PT Eka Paksi Sejati there are competency problems caused by employee work placements and employee competencies that are not appropriate. There are many employees whose educational backgrounds and positions do not match, causing problems in the employee's work. Job training is also very important for companies because employees can master and be able to overcome their problems in doing their jobs. And employees can be happy to accept their work even though the educational background is different from the work. Low work discipline at PT Eka Paksi Sejati can occur due to a lack of employee understanding of the existing regulations, giving rise to different perceptions which can also lead to a lack of employee awareness to comply with the applicable regulations in the company, a lack of sense of responsibility towards work. This study aims to determine the effect of competence, training and work discipline on employee performance at PT Eka Paksi Sejati. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to all employees of the company and the results of this test prove that competence (X1), training (X2) and work stress (X3) have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out what types of mangroves are used as processed food in Tanjung Rejo Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, How much influence does the use of mangrove plants have on increasing the income of the Esa tanjung Rejo community and what solutions are given to the obstacles faced by the Tanjung Rejo Village community. This research uses primary and secondary data with descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that there are 3 mangrove ingredients which are processed food ingredients for Tanjung Rejo village, namely api-api fruit to make jam and syrup, berembeng fruit to make mangrove dodol and jeruju leaves to make jeruju sticks and jeruju chips. Researchers have conducted training seminars on administration, accounting, HRM, marketing and digital marketing using a public understanding questionnaire. The solution provided is the renewal of traditional tools into more modern tools so that the processing results are effective in terms of time and labor and output.
