Abstract

Covid-19 berdampak pada seluruh penduduk di dunia, pandemi ini tidak hanya mempengaruhi sektor kesehatan, namun juga ekonomi, pendidikan, transportasi, industri, dan pemerintahan. Covid-19 hadir sebagai topik menarik bagi para peneliti, hal tersebut nampak pada data yang diperoleh dari Scopus, Crossref, IEEEXplore, dan Google Scholar yang di dalamnya memuat penelitian di bidang ilmu komputer yang membahas covid-19, dengan berbagai tujuan penelitian untuk memperoleh inovasi maupun solusi dari permasalahan yang timbul akibat pandemi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh topik apa saja yang paling diminati oleh para peneliti terkait dengan covid 19, dan menganalisis serta membandingkan relasi antara topik Artificial Intelligence, Data Mining, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, dan Internet of Thing dari sumber google scholar, scopus, IEEEXplore, dan crossref dengan menggunakan analisis bibliometrik. Metode occurrence dan link strength digunakan untuk memvisualisasikan jejaring berdasarkan kata kunci dari ke lima topik bidang ilmu komputer serta hubungan antara lima topik tersebut dengan topik riset lainnya. Hasil analisis bibliometric menunjukkan peringkat dari ke empat penyedia sumber data artikel di lihat dari persentase setiap topik penelitian adalah sebagai berikut : Scopus, Crossref, IEEEXplore, dan Google Scholar. Analisis link strength dan occurence  terhadap kelima topik penelitian menunjukkan peringkat yang dapat dilihat dari banyaknya link strength dan occurrence di setiap penyedia sumber artikel, dengan hasil peringkat sebagai berikut : Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Machine Learning, dan Data Mining. Kata kunci: Bibliometrik, Covid-19, Occurrence,  Link Strength, Ilmu Komputer

Abstract

Presence is an important element in carrying out teaching and learning activities in lectures, student attendance is evidence that the student has attended the seminar. Attendance is also an element of student assessment that has been determined by the university. Cheating in attendance that occurred during seminar activities caused injustice among students, so that many students objected to being absent and were then given the same seminar certificate by the lecturer. Certificates are evidence obtained from students attending seminars, as technology develops, E-certificates appear. The method applied in the development of the Electronic Presence and Certification System Using the web-based AES Algorithm using QR code scan technology is a prototype method. Taking this method is to produce applications that suit user needs. With QR Code technology, it will facilitate the process of attendance and checking of e-certificates automatically and computerized and will minimize student cheating in the process of attendance and ownership of e-certificates, because the QR Code will change every meeting. The resulting system has a QR Code scanning feature from existing applications and will be recorded in the database on the server.

Abstract

Kecelakaan lalu lintas yang sering terjadi di jalan merupakan situasi darurat yang harus dilakukan penanganan secepatnya. Penanganan yang wajib dilakukan saat terjadi kecelakaan lalu lintas adalah melakukan evakuasi korban kecelakaan langsung kerumah sakit. Namun, untuk melakukan evakuasi, petugas memiliki banyak kendala dalam menentukan rute jalan untuk sampai ke rumah sakit. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi, kendala penentuan rute tersebut saat ini sudah dapat diselesaikan menggunakan berbagai algoritma pathfinding atau pencarian jalur terpendek, beberapa diantaranya dengan menggunakan metode pencarian rute yaitu menggunakan algoritma Floyd-Warshall dan Dijkstra. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara algoritma Floyd-Warshall dengan Dijkstra dalam menentukan rute terpendek yang akan dipilih sebagai pendukung keputusan bagi petugas untuk melakukan evakuasi korban kecelakaan

Abstract

Cocoa is one of the many plantation products in Indonesia which has considerable economic value, and has plantation land and its production each year has increased significantly. The lack of agricultural extension experts in providing direction, guidance, and information dissemination about the development of cocoa plant diseases faced by the cultivators of these plants can have an impact on the cultivators. The method used in this research is the forward chaining and naïve Bayes method. This system is expected to be useful for users in diagnosing cocoa diseases independently, of course easily and efficiently without having to require experts in their fields, with reference to the results and discussions carried out, the accuracy of this system has an accuracy value of about 95% in carrying out the diagnosis

Abstract

Tracer Study is a study conducted by tertiary institutions to search for alumni whose purpose is to find out the reciprocal of alumni education in the world of work. National universities themselves already have a tracer study website but still have difficulty in carrying out tracer studies, especially to contact alumni. The method used in this study uses a structured waterfall method. In this case, the initial stage for this method is to make observations that aim to find and find out the problems faced by users and to collect data by searching literature studies related to website-based tracer studies to testing website testing systems using blackboxes, namely testing the function requirements of each menu in a program. This research resulted in the application of a website-based tracer study system that facilitates alumni to carry out the tracer study process which can be done anytime and anywhere. The results of the tracer study itself will serve as a benchmark for the university in developing the ability of future students to compete in the workforce.

Abstract

The city of Jakarta has several main tourist attractions that are interesting to visit. As the Capital of the State of Indonesia, it will certainly be ogled and visited by local and foreign tourists. However, there is limited information, tourists from outside the Jakarta area lack complete information on tourism in the city of Jakarta and the roads that must be taken to tourist sites, due to the number of roads and heavy traffic, this makes it a problem when you want to vacation in the city of Jakarta. Therefore, the author designed an application called Jakvel based on Android, this application provides information and looks for the shortest path to tourist sites for tourists who want to vacation in Jakarta. In this study using the A-star and Brute Force algorithms. The A-star algorithm will be applied to find the shortest path to tourist sites and the brute force algorithm is used to search for words (strings) in selecting tours. With this application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for tourists outside the Jakarta area to find out tourist information and help find the shortest path to locations in the city of Jakarta. After testing of 10 tourist sites to determine the shortest path by comparing the A-star algorithm with Google Maps based on Android, with a 70% success rate in finding the shortest path using the A-star algorithm and the results of string search testing using the Brute Force algorithm have a percentage of 100% accurate

Abstract

Technology today is growing rapidly from year to year, not least started to spread to the agricultural sector. With the information technology making society more easily in search of information via the internet from your smart device. The goal of this study was made to facilitate the community, especially farmers in helping to diagnose diseases and pests in rice plants. Rice plants can be attacked by a wide variety of diseases and pests with a wide variety of symptoms experienced in rice plants. To know the kind of disease on rice plants in the era of technology, it takes an expert system that can help detect the disease in rice plants. In this study, Expert System-Based Website using Tsukamoto Fuzzy method and the Algorithm of K-Nearest Neighbor whose purpose is to help people, especially farmers in diagnosing diseases and pests in rice plants by looking at the symptoms of the attack on the rice plant. Data was obtained from the Research and the Ministry of Agriculture then taken some sample data for testing done. The results of the testing data of this expert system is the result of late diagnosis in diseases of the rice with the symptoms that already exist based on the data that have been obtained with an accuracy rate of 92,88%.

Abstract

In the field of industries, businesses, and offices the use of security systems and administrative management through data input using a face recognition system is being developed. Following the era of technological advances, communication and information systems are widely used in various administrative operational activities and company security systems because it is assessed by using a system that is based on facial recognition security levels and more secure data accuracy, the use of such systems is considered to have its characteristics so it is very difficult for other parties to be able to engineer and manipulate data produced as a tool to support the company's decision. Related to this, causing the author is to try to research the detection of facial recognition that is present in the application system through an Android device, then face recognition detection will be connected. and saved to the database that will be used as data about the presence of teaching lecturers. Using the local binary pattern histogram algorithm method to measure the face recognition system that can be applied as a technique in the attendance system of lecturers to be more effective and efficient. Based on testing by analyzing the false rate error rate and the false refusal rate can be seen that the average level of local binary pattern histogram accuracy reaches 95.71% better than through the Eigenface method which is equal to 76.28%.

Abstract

Software usage in business world are growing. But as time passes, many problems occurs as both software users and software features that wished to be developed increases, such as performance problems and maintainibility problems. Theres some techniques that has been developed to solve these kinds of problem (such as MVC framework, Test-Driven Development, Domain-Driven Design) but sometimes these techniques criticized as adding more problems instead. In this journal we will present our findings from our research which utilizes two techniques that is Behavior-Driven Development and Event Sourcing and observes its effects in our“Assignment Management System” we’ve developed.

Abstract

Cats are one of the most popular pet in the world. In addition to adorable, maintenance is not too much trouble is also a reason that makes this animal rage. However, the way poor maintenance can make a cat exposed to various diseases. Some diseases in cats can even be transmitted to humans. For this reason, research was undertaken to design an expert system to diagnose the disease in cats that can be transmitted to humans using the method of Certainty Factor, so that the cat's owner can recognize the symptoms of the disease in cats peliaharaannya. Black box testing results show that the features of the application has been running well. While the validity of the test showed that the data are in accordance with the reference books.
