Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred since 2020 entered Indonesia and has almost occurred in all parts of the world has resulted in the world being stopped due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, all its effects have been felt by all circles, one of which is business actors. Indonesia is one of the countries affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic, one of which is the Indonesian economy which is in the MSME business sector, especially the Micro sector, such as the perfume business, clothes distro, shoe shop, medium-scale traders. small down another. They are most affected by this Pandemic because since the implementation of the large social scale (PSBB) which has automatically reduced their sales turnover. Because consumers no longer come to them. Therefore, the authors created a website-based system to assist MSMEs in making sales. Which is where the buyer no longer has to come to the seller. The author hopes this website can help return to their sales turnover.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to create a web-based tourist attraction information system in the DKI Jakarta area. The benefit of this research is to find out information on tourist attractions such as addresses, routes and tourist attractions that you want to go to through a web-based system that has been created. In the research method that researchers use in system design consists of Unified Modeling Language (UML), Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Implementation. While the development method using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Weight product (WP) method. Based on the process and research, it can be concluded that the Simple Addictive Weight (SAW) algorithm gives more accurate results than the Weight product (WP) algorithm. So that the user can make a selection of the tourist attraction to be visited after seeing the list of tours available on the Enjoy Jakarta website. Then give an assessment of the tourist attractions that have been visited.

Abstract

A formal education institution is an institution that specifically aims to educate the younger generation before entering the world of work or lectures. With the existence of a school, it can provide smoothness in achieving optimal development for the younger generation, one of which is the existence of counseling services for the 17 plus pattern. This study aims to make it easier for teachers to approach students to identify students' interests and talents. Implementation of a website-based counseling application, from the problems that have been described, a system is needed that can facilitate teachers in handling student counseling. This expert system uses two methods, namely the forward chaining method to handle the facts of each question given by students and the certainty factor method used by the teacher to determine the treatment taken in consulting student interests and talents. System testing using the certainty factor method produces values from each field including personality field 49.67%, career field 67.94%, learning field 76.67%, and social field 71.67%.

Abstract

Abstract - Researchers in conducting their research use the search using the homepage of the publication, according to expertise, collaboration in research, and research interests. And at this time the Covid 19 pandemic, became a trending topic for researchers, in various scientific fields. This study classifies based on publications located on the homepage source namely Scopus and Google Scholar, by analyzing the following topics, namely Natural Language Processing, Text Mining, Remote Sensing, and Sentiment Analysis using Name Entity Recognition to detect and classify named entities in text and using occurrence and link strength methods. The results showed science index literature about diseases Covid 19, obtained that Scopus has the most equitable percentage, has a good occurrence and link strength among the five scientific fields, namely Natural Language Processing 23.81%.33%, Text Mining 19.05%%, Remote Sensing 0 %, Sentiment Analysis 57.14 % then Google Scholar Natural Language Processing 51.35%, Text Mining 0 %, Remote Sensing 48.65 %, Sentiment Analysis 0 % Index Terms : Information Extraction; Bibliographic indexing; Disease Covid 19

Abstract

Algoritma Rivest Shamir Adleman (RSA) dapat diterapkan pada sistem pemungutan suara elektronik untuk mengenkripsi informasi pemilih dan hasil pemilu sehingga hanya orang yang berwenang yang dapat mengaksesnya. Ini dapat membantu menjaga kerahasiaan informasi pemilih dan mencegah manipulasi data pemilu. Metode Agile baik untuk proyek yang membutuhkan fleksibilitas dan kemampuan menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan. Untuk menggunakan kriptografi algoritma kunci asimetris RSA, ada tiga langkah utama yang dilakukan, yaitu pembangkitan kunci dan operasi enkripsi dan dekripsi. Karena algoritma ini termasuk algoritma asimetris yang menggunakan kunci enkripsi dan kunci dekripsi, data yang dikirim antara pengguna dan server dienkripsi dengan kunci publik dan kunci privat, sehingga hanya dapat didekripsi dengan kunci yang disimpan oleh pengguna sendiri di server. Salah satu metode pengujian keamanan yang dikenal sebagai pengujian brute force bertujuan untuk mencoba semua kombinasi password atau kunci enkripsi yang mungkin untuk mendapatkan akses yang tidak sah. Pengujian yang melibatkan alat seperti OWASP ZAP dan BurpSuite menemukan kerentanan keamanan seperti SQL injection dan Cross-Site Scripting (XSS). Penelitian ini berhasil mengembangkan situs web E-Voting yang melindungi data dengan menggunakan algoritma RSA. Sistem ini memungkinkan pemilih untuk melakukan pemilihan elektronik dengan aman dan efektif. Website evoting harus dipantau secara teratur untuk mencegah serangan keamanan yang dapat merusak kerahasiaan dan integritas data pemilih.

Abstract

In the current era, in the world of technology is increasingly developing, one of which is the development of online buying and selling platforms (e-commerce). E-commerce is the performance of remote transactions of goods or services between two companies (business-to-business) or between companies and customers (business-to-consumers). E-commerce has facilitated remote transactions. The existence of this online shopping platform greatly affects the people of Indonesia and all over the world who carry out online shopping activities, especially in the current pandemic situation. There are many e-commerce platforms that we can use today. When we make purchases online, we are offered several payment methods on each of the platforms we will use. This study will discuss sentiment analysis based on a questionnaire completed by respondents. The results of this study will lead to user satisfaction using the payment system provided on the selected platform and will show the most frequently used payment system on each platform. The parameters for this search use payment system, age, occupation, and background. This study uses Naive Bayes methods and Decision Tree.

Abstract

A decision support system (DSS) is a system that helps decision making in a particular process or situation. In the context of trainee permits, SPK can be used to help predict graduation or not based on several relevant factors, the main objective of this research is to change the system calculation method from manual to automatic. The Center for Tourism and Creative Economy Human Resource Development (PPSDM Parekraf) uses this system to help automate graduation calculations from manual to automatic by inputting several values ​​(Pre & Post Test, Behavior, Assignments and Quizzes, Reports and Comprehensive Test) with all the value provisions reached the test threshold (70). The Naive Bayes method is one of the general classification methods used by SPK and is based on the Bayes theorem with the assumption that each feature or factor used in classification is independent of one another. This system is designed to facilitate an effective and efficient decision-making process in transmitting training participants whether they can continue to the next level of training. This research was carried out in the period from March to June 2023 at PPSDM Parekraf. The data studied uses and analyzes by taking samples of ongoing training data. Hopefully, this SPK will help with more accurate and efficient decisions in determining the graduation of Basic Tourism training participants, the current conditions regarding value processing are still carried out manually. This system is recommended to be used as a medium or tool to support the results of participants' agreements which initially used manual calculations to become automatic. To test the data, it is done by collecting the data and values ​​of the training participants, then preprocessing the data using the Naïve Bayes method into a decision support system.

Abstract

In the context of Indonesia's resource-rich development, poverty remains a major challenge, especially in Papua Province which has the highest poverty rate. Although Papua is rich in resources such as minerals, tropical forests, and biodiversity, challenges such as economic inequality, lack of infrastructure, and social conflict hinder economic and social progress. This research aims to implement the K-Means Clustering algorithm to cluster districts/cities in Papua based on poverty indicators, including the percentage of poor people, poverty line, average years of schooling, human development index, poverty depth index, poverty severity index, unemployment rate, and per capita expenditure. The research methodology includes data collection from the Central Statistical Agency (BPS), data processing through cleaning and transformation stages, and application of K-Means Clustering to determine the optimal cluster using the elbow method and silhouette score. The results show that the districts/cities in Papua can be grouped into two main clusters: C0, which indicates high poverty rates and C1, which indicates low poverty rates. This research is expected to provide a strategic foundation for the government to design more focused and effective development policies in reducing poverty in Papua.

Abstract

In today's digital age, based on a lot of business competition to attract consumers who still use promotions through brochures or websites, then with the advent of Augmented Reality (AR) technology, business entrepreneurs especially in the field of IT Hardware can adopt AR technology in the marketing of its products. The technology can display 3-dimensional objects in real time, so consumers can see hardware IT models more interactively and interestingly. In supporting AR development, the study used the MSER (Maximally Stable Extremal Regions) algorithm identified as one of the best image capturers due to its resistance to changes in angle of view, scale or pixel, and lighting, as well as sensitivity to blurred imagery by testing based on pixel density by intensity, in terms of accuracy of light reusability rate, as well as the speed at which 3D objects appear based on distance when reading markers. Thus the researchers get the appropriate test results that the tighter the pixels then the more perfect the AR object will appear, and also with sufficient light intensity and suitable distance, the easier it will be to appear perfect. The results of this study resulted in an application that runs on the android platform as one of the supporting in the marketing promotion of IT Hardware products in a more interactive way, because the use of AR with MSER algorithm is very helpful for the company to more clearly provide in detail and detail regarding the 3D object specifications of a product that wants to be sold without carrying the product, and can also help consumers to see products marketed by other sellers or companies so that consumers will be interested in buying IT Hardware products from PT. Unibless.
