Abstract

Pengelolaan data pasien pada sebuah rumah sakit atau klinik menjadi hal yang penting demi lancarnya aktivitas di rumah sakit atau klinik tersebut. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan merancang Sistem Informasi Pengarsipan Data Pasien pada Klinik Cemara. Perangkat lunak yang dirancang memiliki fitur penambahan data diri pasien baru, menyimpan data diri pasien, menghapus data pasien yang sudah lama tidak berobat, serta mengupdate data diri pasien, jika sewaktu mendaftar ada ketentuan yang belum terpenuhi. Analisis kebutuhan sistem menggunakan analisis berorientasi objek dengan menggunakan diagram use case untuk menggambarkan fungsionalitas sistem, dan diagram kelas untuk menggambarkan hubungan antar kelas. Setelah dilakukan implementasi dan evaluasi hasil penggunaan aplikasi dilakukan pengujian baik secara alpha maupun beta. Pengujian dilingkungan pengguna menggunakan empat parameter yakni kebermanfaatan aplikasi, kemudahan dipelajari, kemudahan penggunaan dan kepuasan pengguna. Hasil evaluasi menunjukan bahwa 80% pengguna setuju aplikasi bermanfaat, 80% setuju aplikasi mudah dipelajari, dan 80% pengguna puas terhadap aplikasi tersebut. Bahkan 100% pengguna setuju aplikasi mudah untuk digunakan. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa aplikasi ini bermanfaat dan membantu dalam proses pengarsipan data pasien di Klinik Cemara.   Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Arsip, Pasien, Klinik

Abstract

Preoperational stage starts from the age of two years to seven years. Through this year children be able to be behave politely. During this stage, children have started trying to distinguish what is good and bad things. In the concrete preoperational phase the child has begun to understand some rules that applies at home or school. The level of politeness has also been better applied. There are several politeness principle that can be used as a guidance in running a social life. The widely used maxim is the maxim of generosity, the children already understand about the meaning of sharing because since childhood their parents taught about the meaning of sharing which then they practice directly in school. Approbation maxim and tact maxim are seldom used by children because they have not yet been able to apply both maxim in a socializing

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi memberikan pengaruh bagi dunia pendidikan. Perlu adanya perubahan metode pengajaran agar pembelajaran lebih interaktif. Para siswa saat ini tidak asing lagi akan teknologi internet, mobile system dan social media. Para guru perlu mengimbangi perkembangan teknologi dari siswanya tersebut. Pembelajaran online bukan lagi pembelajaran yang baru di sekolah – sekolah. Banyak sekolah yang menerapkan pembelajaran online yaitu salah satunya e-learning. Namun masih ada juga sekolah yang masih menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Salah satunya adalah SMP N 30 Semarang. SMP N 30 Semarang memiliki infrastruktur yang memadai seperti computer, internet dan server. Namun belum digunakan secara maksimal dalam proses Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar. Para guru masih kesulitan dalam menerapan pembelajaran online dalam kelasnya. Perlu adanya pendampingan dalam penggunaan sistem e-learning. Sebelumnya, sistem e-learning  telah diusulkan namun masih belum maksimal dalam penggunaannya. para guru masih kesulitan dalam menggunakan dan menerapkan sistem pada siswa. Perlu adanya sosialisasi ulang untuk mendapatkan pemahaman khusus dalam proses pembelajaran online. Peneliti mengusulkan pengabdian tentang optimalisasi pemanfaatan e-learning dimana pengabdian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan pemahaman khusus dasar e-learning dan bagaimana proses pengisian konten dilakukan.

Abstract

Banyak sekolah masih menggunakan bahan ajar konvensional dan belum memiliki bahan ajar pendamping sebagai pendukung siswa untuk lebih mudah dalam memahami materi pelajaran yang berupa Visualisasi Materi Pelajaran menggunakan animasi. Visualisasi materi pelajaran dapat memberikan pengetahuan yang lebih dibandingkan dengan menggunakan narasi atau gambar statis. Metode Kualitatif digunakan untuk menjelaskan Kegiatan Pelatihan Pembuatan Visualisasi Bahan Ajar pada SDIT Bina Insani. Kegiatan pelatihan ini merupakan solusi bagi permasalahan kurangnya kemampuan membuat visualisasi bahan ajar pada SDIT Bina Insani. Pelaksanaan diskusi hasil pelatihan pembuatan visualisasi bahan ajar dilaksanakan dengan agenda setiap guru harus mempresentasikan karyanya. Dari karya karya yang dihasilkan dapat dikelompokkan dalam 3 (tiga) kelompok karya yaitu : Kelompok I baru dapat menerapkan penggunaan teknik-teknik animasi, Kelompok II mampu membuat desain karakter dan kelompok III mampu menerapkan teknik animasi pada obyek yang akan digunakan pada visualisasi dan penggunaan audio.

Abstract

Dalam perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan di Indonesia, matematika dan bahasa inggris merupakan ilmu dasar yang harus dipelajari oleh setiap anak pelajar di Indonesia. Sehingga materi matematika dan bahasa inggris sudah dikenalkan sejak pendidikan anak  usia dini. Namun di pendidikan anak usia dini hanya diajarkan berhitung untuk matematika dan pengenalan benda pada bidang bahasa inggris. Hal ini terjadi pada TK Al Firdaus Kandri Gunungpati Semarang. Di TK Al Firdaus ini anak – anak sudah diajarkan mengeja huruf, berhitung dan juga bahasa inggris..Dalam pengabdian ini dikenalkan metode pembelajaran yang dinamakan Total Phycical Response (TPR). Metode ini merupakan metode pembelajaran di mana anak diajarkan materi dengan menggunakan gerakan. Hal ini paling cocok untuk materi bahasa inggris yang untuk mengenalkan benda dan juga melakukan suatu pekerjaan. Dalam materi matematika akan diselipkan juga materi berhitung dalam bahasa inggris dengan jari. Melalui pembelajaran ini, maka anak – anak di TK Al Firdaus semakin mencintai pelajaran berhitung dan bahasa inggris pada khususnya. Karena mengingat tempat TK Al Firdaus berada di desa wisata kandri. Sangat mendukung apabila generasi – generasinya pandai berbahasa inggris dan juga berhitung. Selain itu materi ini bisa untuk bekal memasuki jenjang berikutnya yaitu Sekolah Dasar (SD).

Abstract

It has been exactly a year into remote learning. At the beginning of the pandemic, all the things became difficult and hard to do. Shifting from classroom to remote learning was challenging for both teachers and students. “Strengthen, plan, and utilize” were chosen as the best strategies in teaching English specifically during the pandemic. When students and teachers are separated by distance, captivating a strong connection between the two becomes even more important. From thisengagement, the learning process will run on expectation. The purpose of this article are (1) to describe the implementation of novel method (strengthen, plan, and utilize ) during pandemic. (2) to discover students experiences toward this novel method. At the final result of this research found that the novel method was effective because students were enjoy, got benefit, and enhanced their English study

Abstract

Politeness principle is part of pragmatics study, and it takes place as the youngest in a branch of linguistics. Pragmatics focuses in relation to situations of speech that is influenced by the speakers, addressees and context. By the time childrens politeness getting lesser because of the lack on parental guidance and assistance to the children on the use of smart phones, television program and through internet. Parents tend to be busy either with their own smart phones or their job respectively. Children on preoperational phase of 2-7 years of age need assistance and also emphasized on politenss compensation from their parents. In this phase the child is so easy to absorb information, mimicking all the good behavior of the family environment or the surrounding community.This study uses qualitative descriptive method supported by distributing questionnaires and interview as an instrument to collect data and will be used as a main data. Samples were children 2-7 years old who are in school Yayasan Bina Amal at Jl. Kyai Saleh No. 8 Mugassari city of Semarang. They are students who are in Kindergarten and Primary school 1.Stage activities are starting with the implementation of the pre field, field, analysis and preparation of reports. The purpose of this study is to see the extent to which children in the age in politeness compensation preoperational as the development of pragmatic science studies. The result is the use Leech politeness principle got quite fulfilled. Discretion maxim usage among others (12%), politeness maxim (10%), praise maxim (20%), modesty maxim (18%), loyalty maxim (20%), sympathy maxim (20%). In addition to the percentage of the use in maxim, the closeness between mother and child greatly affect in parenting and the impact on the ability to perform speech.

Abstract

Teaching English has its own challenges, especially teaching collage students who lack enthusiasm in learning English Subject.  Short responses show that they have less attention and do not really interest on the material. Another reason are because English is not their mother tongue but an international language which is not commonly used in their daily conversations. Teaching students with a variety of backgrounds understanding in English will make lecturer have to struggle so that the material can be immediately understood. The various problems  arise during  teaching and learning process including the material itself, the way lecturers teaching in class, teaching methodology, lack of motivation, fear to speak English and  feeling bored with the textbook. To overcome the arising problems that appear in  teaching and learning process some inovation must be carried out considering the technological sophistication has been so rapid. Animated video  were chosen in teaching speaking subjects on the topic “job interview“. The implementation of the study was carried out by an experimental method involving 4 classes, 2 classes as an experimental class and 2 other classes as a control class. Implementation is conducted for one semester. The results obtained that 85% of students are very interested in the material presented, do not feel bored and monotonous, the class is more interactive because it does not seem awkwardly. The results of the tests  included the acquisition of vocabulary, grammar, fluency, and pronunciation. So it can be concluded that the class is more interactive and has improved after it has been applied using Animated Video.

Abstract

Software development comprises stages that are interrelated with one another. The analysis and design stages are the initial stages in software development. For novice software developers, diagram making as software modeling is something that can be done as an alternative in developing computer applications or systems. In this study, we carried the interface design for software modeling applications out. The application developed later is a web-based application as a solution to licensing problems and expensive software modeling tools. This study only focuses on application design, does not contain implementation and application testing. The method used in this research is a user-centered design method. This method was chosen because it uses the user as the center of the design. So we expect it that the design can adjust to the wants, needs, and needs of relevant users. After we have completed the design as a mockup, the next research is to implement and implement the applications that have been designed in this study based on the results of user feedback

Abstract

The aim of this study was to find out the types of language styles which were applied by the Gajah Mada group’s radio announcer using descriptive qualitative research method along with observation and interview as the data collection. The number of informants were 11 people, consisting of eight radio announcers and three people from radio announcer teams. The results of this study indicated that the three radios used the language style joint, which includes honesty, politeness and attractiveness. Furthermore, language styles were found on the types of language styles that can be viewed from non-language perspective according to place and audience. Then in terms of language, based on the choice of words, namely official, informal and conversational in accordance to the choice of tone using simple and medium tones, and based on the sentence structure used climax. The use of this language style is supported by the ability of public speaking by the announcer in delivering information to listeners.
