Abstract

UPTD Ngrajek as a provider of freshwater fish in Muntilan, Kab. Magelang serves an average of 150,000 fish per month from tilapia, carp, tawes, catfish, catfish and carp. So, we need a system that can predict the amount of supply and demand for freshwater fish to minimize stock shortages. The Trend Moment method is used because of the advantages of using historical data that is not even or odd. The results of the application of the Trend Moment method in the forecasting system with data from December 2018 - May 2021, it is known that the error value using the MAPE test is 19.11%. This value indicates that the forecasting results on the system are good. In testing the system using alpha testing (blackbox method) and beta testing (questionnaire). 20 respondents stated that the system is easy to operate (81%), easy to transact (98%). complete information (84%), complete features (73%), forecasting information (89%), user friendly (56%), and effective (80%).

Abstract

Optimization is a process of solving a problem so that it can provide the best conditions that can provide a maximum or minimum value. In a business, optimization of stock procurement is an important thing, including in terms of product sales. If the stock of a product is empty then the sales potential decreases. Therefore we need a method to optimize the stock so that it can supply consumer demand and ultimately increase sales. Data mining can be applied in the sales system by creating a sales classification model for the best-selling products. In this study, the sales classification of the best-selling products at electronic stores was carried out using Naïve Bayes. The data used in this study is data on sales of electronic products for 3 months. In the early stages, preprocessing is carried out, namely by encoding labels. Model testing was carried out using percentage split and cross validation with several trials. Through the use of percentage split, the best accuracy is obtained at 93.3% with a comparison of 30% of test data and 70% of training data. The best accuracy using cross validation was obtained by 84% for 7-fold. The classification system that has been created is capable of classifying the best-selling products every quarter of a year. Through the use of the best-selling product classification system, the store can find out the best-selling product stock so that the stock is not empty. Thus the procurement of store stock can be more optimal and sales will increase.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah memberikan pengaruh terhadap dunia pendidikan khususnya dalam proses pembelajaran. Kemampuan mengolah informasi secara cepat,tepat dan efektif di era revolusi industri 4.0 harus dimiliki oleh siswa sebagai generasi muda penerus bangsa. Pengalaman belajar selama di sekolah menjadi suatu hal yang penting agar siswa mampu menghadapi tantangan di masa depan. Salah satu komponen penting yang harus diberikan di sekolah adalah kegiatan membaca dan menulis secara terintegrasi. Electronic Book (E-Book) adalah salah satu media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang digunakan untuk proses pengembangan kreatifitas siswa khususnya untuk kegiatan membaca dan menulis . Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan e-book interaktif bagi siswa SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Mertoyudan Magelang. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan bakat dan kreatifitas siswa SMK di bidang teknologi informasi. Materi pelatihan meliputi pengenalan e-book dan teknis pembuatan e-book menggunakan aplikasi Calibre dan Adobe Photoshop CS3. Pelatihan ini memberikan manfaat bagi siswa dalam membuat ide-ide baru dan menarik yang dapat dituangkan dalam pembuatan e-book interaktif. Akhir dari kegiatan ini menghasilkan 15 e-book modul pembelajaran yang didesain dengan menariksehingga memudahkan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

SMP Muhammadiyah Pujotomo Magelang memiliki banyak siswa dengan keberagaman sifat, dan masalah siswa. Saat ini jarang/tidak pernah ada siswa yang mampu untuk dapat mengungkapkan masalah yang terjadi kepada seorang guru Bimbingan Konseling, hal ini terjadi karena banyak siswa yang enggan untuk ketemu langsung ke guru. SMP ini merupakan salah satu sekolah yang telah memanfaatkan aplikasi e-konseling. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan dalam bentuk pendampingan secara komprehensif kepada siswa dan guru di SMP Muhammadiyah Pujotomo dalam hal pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi, dan tentang Bimbingan Konseling siswa, serta pelatihan dalam penggunaan aplikasi e-konseling. Kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh seluruh siswa, guru dan wali kelas, mereka sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan tersebut, hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan keterampilan dan kreativitas guru dalam memanfaatkan media internet untuk melakukan konseling dengan siswa. Wali kelas dapat secara rutin memonitoring kasus/permasalahan siswa perwaliannya berdasarkan data yang disimpan dalam aplikasi, dan peningkatan siswa untuk mengungkapkan minat terhadappelajaran, hoby dan Self Disclosure siswa ke Guru BK. Berdasarkan grafik kunjungan siswa ke aplikasi ecounseling mengalami peningkatan yaitu berdasarkan data terdapat 98 konsultasi dari total 116 siswa, hal ini diharapkan untuk terus meningkat agar sekolah dapat memberikan treatment khusus ke siswa yang memiliki masalah di sekolah maupun dengan keluarga.

Abstract

This community service activity focuses on the use of information technology to do business and market products belonging to the residents of Sugihmas village. Activities are carried out through training and mentoring. The result of this activity is the utilization of e-commerce and social media applications for marketing activities that can cover a wider market. With this information technology use training program, it is hoped that it will be able to improve the economic quality of the Sugihmas villagers through product innovation from plastic waste recycling and strengthening digital marketing.

Abstract

Nutritional status is an important factor in assessing the growth and development rate of babies and toddlers. Cases of malnutrition are increasing, especially in magelang city. Because nutritional problems (Malnutrition) can affect the health of toddlers. Therefore, this study aims to predict the level of prevalence of malnutrition with the Naïve Bayes method. This research uses an observational design, a single center study at the Magelang City Office, using the Naïve bayes method which is used as an application of time series data, and is most widely used for prediction, especially in data sets that have many categorical or nominal type attributes. The Naïve bayes method is used to predict such cases of malnutrition. The results of this study show that the Naïve Bayes method succeeded in predicting the magnitude of cases of malnourished toddlers in Magelang City with an accuracy percentage of 75% due to the very minimal amount of training data, and the areas that have the most malnutrition are in three areas, namely Magersari, North Tidar and Panjang.

Abstract

Online news is one source of data that is always up to date and provides information or factual data. The search engine is one of the features for users to be able to enter keywords based on the expected category quickly. The development of education in Indonesia makes it essential to discuss, in this study using unstructured data in online news with the keyword Education included as a parameter, and adding search methods in the field of Artificial Intelligence so that the data becomes more accurate. Data that used here was from online news, namely CNN Indonesia, Detikcom, and Liputan6. Using Python Programming with depth-first search method (DFS), when compared with the results data for relevant news. Web erosion using DFS will be very helpful in searching because this method can check the date data was sent and then track the destination URL. Of the three online media sites, Detikcom produces the highest monthly data yielding an average of 885 news about education. At the same time, Liputan6 has the least amount of data on average, 28 news per month, but the data obtained are very relevant compared to Detikcom and CNN Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menghadirkan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web dengan notifikasi WhatsApp untuk memudahkan pengingat Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) pegawai di RSUD Tidar Magelang. Menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD),pengembangan sistem ini fokus pada efisiensi pengelolaan data dan pengurusan STR. Melalui analisis kebutuhan sistem dan workshop design RAD, struktur database, antarmuka pengguna, dan logika bisnis sistem terperinci. Hasil implementasi mencakup database yang memfasilitasi pengelolaan data pegawai dan STR, serta fitur notifikasi otomatis melalui WhatsApp yang memberikan pengingat penting kepada pegawai klinik. Proses ini meningkatkan ketaatan terhadap peraturan dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode RAD dalam mengembangkan sistem informasi pengingat STR dengan notifikasi WhatsApp pada RSUD Tidar Magelang. Sistem ini mengoptimalkan efisiensi pengelolaan data dan pengurusan STR dengan menggabungkan database terpusat dan notifikasiotomatis melalui platform populer. Evaluasi uji kelayakan menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan 86% dengan kategori "sangat memuaskan", berdasarkan respons dari 10 responden yang mencakup berbagai peran di rumah sakit, mulai dari pegawai IT, admin SDM, hingga pegawai klinis.Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa sistem informasi pengingat STR berbasis web dengan notifikasi WhatsApp berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi pegawai dan pengurusan STR di RSUD Tidar Magelang. Sistem ini memberikan solusi praktis dalam mengatasi kendala-kendala yang ada dalam pengelolaan data, terutama berkaitan dengan validitas STR. Meskipun ada keterbatasan, penelitian ini memberikan landasan yang kokoh untuk pengembangan dan pengoptimalan lebih lanjut, termasuk eksplorasi integrasi dengan sistem lain di rumah sakit dan pengujian di lingkungan yang lebih luas. Keseluruhan, sistem ini membuktikan potensi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan administratif di rumah sakit, menjadikannya alat yang dapat diterima dengan baik oleh berbagai pengguna.

Abstract

In carrying out its duties and functions to serve the community in the land sector, BPN Magelang Regency is still experiencing several obstacles such as in terms of filing and determining service priorities in 21 sub-districts in Magelang Regency. To improve the quality of BPN services in Magelang Regency, this research will build a system to assist file management and grouping of service priorities by implementing the K-Means Clustering method. The K-Means Clustering method was chosen because this method can calculate the grouping of several alternatives based on the criteria. The result of this study is that the application of a synchronized web-based PTSL application can make it easier for PTSL officers to manage land title registration files. In addition, the integration of K-Means Clustering calculations that are implemented into the system can be used as an approach tool in determining which districts are the priority for handling land certificate.
