Abstract

In this research the author uses a quantitative research approach. What is meant by quantitative research will emphasize the quality of the data or the depth of the data obtained. The data that will be used in this research data is primary data. The population of this research is all customers who shop at Lazada Semarang e-commerce. Lazada provides a guaranteed product return application service to help consumers if there are problems, the products offered meet consumer needs and desires. Abstract

The aim of this research is to test trust mediating the influence of live streaming and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions for skincare products at the Tiktok Shop. This type of research is quantitative research. The population of this research is 100 consumers who shop for skincare at the Tiktok Shop. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that live streaming has a positive and significant effect on trust, online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on trust, live streaming has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, trust has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, trust mediates the influence of live streaming on purchase decisions, and trust mediates the influence of online customer reviews on purchase decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to examine the influence of celebrity endorsers and brand image on repurchase interest mediated by brand trust. This type of research is quantitative research. The population of this study is all Tokopedia e-commerce consumers as many as 100 consumers. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that celebrity endorsers were not significantly positive for brand trust, brand image was significantly positive for brand trust, celebrity endorsers were significantly positive for repurchase interest, brand image was significantly positive for repurchase interest, brand trust did not mediate the influence of celebrity endorsers on repurchase interest, brand trust was able to mediate the influence of brand image on repurchase interest, Brand trust is significantly positive about buyback interest.

Abstract

Kondisi keuangan yang tidak sehat dapat menyebar luas dan menyebabkan tekanan jangka panjang, yang mengakibatkan kendala pada kegiatan investasi, arus modal, dan kinerja perusahaan. Dengan demikian, penting bagi bisnis untuk mengenali faktor-faktor yang dapat menyebabkan kegagalan organisasi dan mengambil tindakan yang tepat untuk menghindari kebangkrutan. Penelitian ini melakukan pengukuran tekanan keuangan usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) di Pekalongan selama periode tiga tahun yaitu tahun 2021 sampai 2023. Pengukuran rasio keuangan sebagai prediktor adalah rasio likuiditas yaitu Leverage to Asset dan Return on Asset. Sampel dipilih berdasarkan kelengkapan data keuangan UKM dari tahun 2021 hingga 2023. Penelitian ini melibatkan 53 UKM batik di Pekalongan. Temuan signifikansi 5% menunjukkan bahwa model yang dikembangkan dapat meramalkan masalah yang dihadapi UKM dalam hal keuangan. Hasil yang diperolah menunjukkan stabilitas keuangan, profitabilitas dan utang perusahaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada kemampuan bertahan dari kebangkrutan. Ketidakpastian dari variabel independen ditunjukkan dengan nilai R-Square sebesar 59,4%. Kata kunci: Financial Distress, Prediksi Kebangkrutan, UKM, Batik, Machine Learning
