Abstract

Perwujudan nilai demokrasi di Indonesia sebagai aktualisasi kekuasaan berada di tangan rakyaat adalah dengan pelaksanaan pemilihan umum (Pemilu) dan pemilihan kepala daerah.Tahun 2018 meupakan pesta demokrasi untuk masyarakat Jawa Barat karena pada tahun ini Jawa Barat akan mengadakan pemilihan gubernur dan wakil gubernur. Ketidakberpihakan yang kurang kepada kaum disabilitas termasuk pada pengelolaan aksesbilitas pemilu bagi penyandang disabilitas di Kabupaten Karawang pada pemilu dan pilkada sebelumnya membuat peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian aksesbilitas pemilu bagi penyandang disabilitas di Kecamatan Karawang Timur Kabupaten Karawang pada Pemilihan Gubernur Jawa Barat Tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini memerlukan data-data untuk menyimpulkan hasil penelitian, terdapat dua jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Untuk menggali data dan informasi, peneliti akan melakukan melalui tekhnik wawancara dengan informan dan informan kunci, observasi non participant serta melalui studi pustaka dengan mempelajari literatur yang bersumber dari buku, jurnal elektronik, surat kabar, peraturan - peraturan dan dokumen - dokumen yang berhubungan dengan topik penelitian. Penentuan Informan dalam penelitian  ini dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling yaitu informan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan data terkait penelitian yang dilakukan perwakilan KPUD Kabupaten Karawang, serta masyarakat difable. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik validasi data dengan cara hasil wawancara dilakukan validitas dan proses triangulasi. Aktivitas dalam analisis data, yaitu data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan bahwa aksesbilitas pemilih pada pemilihan gubernur Jawa Barat masih terdapat kelemahan pada saat pra pemilihan KPUD yaitu sosialisasi aksesbilitas untuk pemilih difable tidak menjangkau seluruh kaum difable yang ada di Kecamatan Karawang Timur sehingga menyebabkan pemilih disabilitas yang memberikan hak suaranya hanya sebanyak 20 orang dari total pemilih disabilitas sebanyak 51 orang sehingga hanya sebesar 39,2% dari total seluruh pemilih difable, sehingga masih ada penyandang disabilitas yang tidak memberikan suaranya pada saat hari pemilihan.Kata Kunci: Aksesbilitas, Penyandang Disabilitas, Pilgub, Pemilu.

Abstract

AbstractTourism is a  driving in accelerating and developing regional economies.. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the parties involved in realizing the decision to visit tourist thourgh tourism services. This research is quantitative research conducted using descriptive and inferential approaches and data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and recording literartur to managers and tourists in the tourist attraction of the new soul temple. The results of testing the service quality coefficient and the decision to visit show the value of t count > t table (7.474>1.661), so Ho is rejected, indicating that there is a significant influence between service quality and the decision to visit tourists in the new soul temple thus the hypothesis is answered from the research on the effect of service quality on the decision to visit tourists at thethe new soul temple. Management of tourist objects requires efforts to improve tourism facilties and infrastructure, accessibility, and facilities found in these attraction, so that tourists feel comfortable, considering that tourists are a sources of  community income. Keywords : service quality and decisions visiting                AbstrakPariwisata merupakan pendorong dalam dalam mempercepat serta membangun perekonomian daerah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah para pihak terkait dalam mewujudkan keputusan berkunjung wisatawan melalui pelayanan wisata. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan inferensial serta teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan pencatatan literatur kepada pengelola serta wisatawan di objek wisata candi jiwa barujaya. Hasil pengujian koefisien kualitas pelayanan dan keputusan berkunjung menunjukan nilai t hitung > t tabel (7.474 > 1,661) maka Ho ditolak menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara  kualitas pelayanan dengan keputusan wisatawan dalam mengunjungi Candi Jiwa Barujaya. Dengan demikian terjawab hipotesis dari penelitian pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan di Candi Jiwa Barujaya. Pengelola objek wisata memerlukan upaya peningkatan sarana dan prasarana wisata, aksesbilitas serta fasilitas yang terdapat pada objek wisata tersebut, agar para wisatawan merasa nyaman, mengingat wisatawan merupakan salah satu sumber pendapatan masyarakat. Kata Kunci :         kualitas pelayanan dan keputusan berkunjung

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price on purchases at coffeeshop cafe.in Karawang. This research method uses descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study was 140 respondents. The validity of the data in this study consisted of validity, reliability and classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests. The data analysis used in this research is Simple Regression Analysis. The results of this study are Price and Purchase Decisions have a correlation of 0.89 which means there is a very strong relationship. Price also affects purchasing decisions at the Café.in Karawang cofeeshop where the price variable gives an indication of 89% influencing purchasing decisions and the remaining 11% is influenced by other factors that are not examined

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk melihat penghasilan maksimal pada van photo photo copy yang menggunakan metode penugasan maksimasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuktikan seberapa besar pengaruh dari penerapan metode penugasan maksimasi terhadap penghasilan maksimal. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan data-data yang diperoleh melalui studi pustaka dan studi lapangan yang dihasilkan dari hasil observasi dan wawancara secara langsung kepada pemilik usaha van photo photo copy dan salah satu konsumen. Berdasarkan penelitian terhadap penghasilan maksimal, pemilik usaha van photo photo copy mampu meningkatkan penghasilan dengan cara selalu memperhatikan loyalitas pelanggan dengan menerapkan 5s dalam melakukan pelayanan, memberikan penawaran negosiasi produk dan menetapkan harga produk atau tidak menaikikan harga walaupun dari harga permodalan meningkat karena dampak dari mahalnya barang pembelian modal.

Abstract

This research aims/objectives of this research are to find out, analyze, explain online customer reviews about selling electronic products in the shoppee marketplace, online customer ratings about selling electronic products in the shoppee marketplace, purchasing decisions of electronic products in the shoppee marketplace, the relationship between online customer reviews with online customer ratings on selling electronic products in the shoppee marketplace, the effect of partial online customer reviews on purchasing decisions of electronic products in the shopee marketplace, the effect of stimulants between online customer reviews and online customer ratings on buying electronic product decisions in the shoppee marketplace. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches and sampling using the Malhotra sampling technique which resulted in a sample of 115 respondents. The analysis technique used is the Likert scale analysis technique and path analysis with the help of the sequential interval method (MSI), Microsoft Office, and SPSS version 26. 0. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, this research proves that. The correlation coefficient between the variables Online Customer Review and Online Customer Rating obtained a value of 0.661 which means that it is quite strong, positive and significant between online customer reviews and online customer ratings. the partial effect of online customer reviews on purchasing decisions has a value of 27.8%. The effect of online customer ratings on purchasing decisions has a value of 42.0%. The simultaneous effect of online customer review and online customer rating is 69.8% while the remaining 30.2% is another variable not examined.

Abstract

The research conducted aims to identify, analyze, and explain how the partial and simultaneous influence between celebrity endorsers and word of mouth on the decision to purchase Ms Glow Di Skincare Products Regency Bekasi. Study this use type study quantitative with method descriptive and verification. Population on study this that is visitors to MS Glow Distributor Bekasi Regency in 2022. Population year 2022 searching for use trend linear . Sample which will in test in study this amount 320 people with withdrawal sample use slovin . Study this use technique Non probability sampling with purposive technique . Data analysis techniques use analysis of the scale and range analysis path (Path analysis) with tool analysis software SPSS 21 for windows. Based on results study which conducted showing The correlation coefficient between celebrity endorser variable and word of mouth of 0.589 correlation level currently, enough strong. Influence Partial celebrities endorser to decision purchase as big 3.8% whereas word of mouth to decision purchase own contribution which more big that is as big 27.5%, in a manner simultaneous total influence celebrities endorser and word of mouth to decision purchase as big 0.436% whereas the rest as big 56.4% is influence else that no be measured on study this.

Abstract

Education is a source of progress for a nation, because through education the quality of human resources in a nation can be improved. The demand to improve the quality of education in fact requires educational human resources and other human resources in order to work more optimally. Human resource management education has an important role to improve the quality of education, one of which is the development and improvement of the competence of teachers and principals. Human resource management is a human resource development that has the aim of planning, implementing, recruiting, training, and developing careers for employees or employees as well as initiatives in organizational development within an organization or a company. Human resource management is basically a way or method of managing human resources to support the achievement of organizational goals. There are five HR domains that are considered important in the development of human resources in education, namely professionalism, competitive power, functional competence, participatory excellence and cooperation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran, menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh terkait pengaruh dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Jaya Perkasa Auto Indonesia Kecamatan Tamelang Kabupaten Karawang, Jawa Barat. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Untuk analisis verifikatif yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan jumlah sampel 40 responden dengan teknik non probability sampling dengan pendekatan sampling jenuh. Adapun aplikasi yang digunakan adalah Microsoft Office dan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian analisis verifikatif  didapat bahwa terdapat penagruh secara parsial antara variabel stres dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan masing – masing sebesar 41,8% dan 30,2%. Yang mana nilai memiliki arti bahwa ia memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 41,8%. Sedangkan motivasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar30,% .Sedangkan hasil uji secara simultan variabel Kompensasi dan Motivasi secara bersama – sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 66,8%.

Abstract

This research uses descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. The population used in this research was consumers of the Mie Gacoan restaurant in the Karawang branch from January to May so that the total number of consumers on average was 42,387 people and the sample used was 397 respondents with a sampling method using the Slovin formula. This research uses a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling technique. data analysis techniques using path analysis using Microsoft Office and SPSS tools. The results of this research show that the correlation between the Service Quality and Product Quality variables is 0.840, so it can be concluded that the correlation level is very strong and in the same direction. There is a partial influence between the variables Service Quality and Product Quality on Consumer Purchasing Decisions and there is also a simultaneous influence between the Service Quality and Product Quality variables on Consumer Purchasing Decisions of 0.651 or 65.1% and other variables not examined are 0.349 or 34.9 %
