Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain information related to the effect of locus of control, integrity, interpersonal nd sports in karawang district. Survey was conducted in this research with 100 sample of public servants selected randomly. Data have been analyzed by path analysis. The findings of this research show that (1) locus of control effects directly on job satisfaction (2) integrity effects directly on job satisfaction and (3) interpersonal communication effects directly on job satisfaction (4) locus of control effects directly on interpersonal communication; and (5) integrity effects directly on interpersonal communication. Based on those findings it can be concluded that any concern toward locus of control, integrity, interpersonal communication should be put into strategic planning of human resources development in increasing job satisfaction of public servants of departement of education, yout and sport in karawang district. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. BRI Cabang Karawang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel 48 responden dan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskritif kuantitatif. Karena itu analisis yang digunakan adalah analisi statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara pasrsial dan simultan variabel motivasi dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. BRI Cabang Karawang. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (Uji F) dan hasil Uji Parsial (Uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja PT BRI Cabang Karawang.

Abstract

Career competence, competency, and work happiness all help the Office of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of West Java Province function better. This study will explore the effect of both partially and concurrently on employee performance improvement mediated by work satisfaction. This research is quantitative and uses path analysis together with multiple regression and mediation models to verify and analyze data. This research used Proportionate Random Sampling to choose 143 employees from a total population of 222. The results revealed that career advancement has a 36.78 percent influence on work satisfaction. Competence has a 2.75 percent effect on work satisfaction. Career development has a 31.63 percent impact on employee performance. Competence influences employee performance by 0.0398 or 3.98 percent. Job happiness has an 8.18 percent impact on employee performance. a combined impact of 0.4378 or 43.78 % This suggests that career growth and competency characteristics contribute 43.78 percent to work satisfaction, while the remainder contributes 56.22 percent.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In leading the market PT. Polysindo Eka Perkasa always ensuring quality, competitive prices,excellent service and reliability. This can be shown by production results in 1996 amounted to137,956,343.6 kg and compared with 2001 amounted to 140,964,592.1 kg.Knives analysis resultsby SWOT, use Internal Factors Analysis Summary (IFAS), that the total value of strength factor1,90 and a total value of weakness 1,70. With the basis this analysis, the value of IFAS matrix0,20. While Eksternal Factors Analysis Summary (EFAS) shown the total value of opportunityfactor 1,65 and threat factor 2,10. So by analysis the value of EFAS matrix -0,45 therefore bySWOT analysis diagram at quadrant 2 using by diservikasi strategy with develop quality andcompetitive price competition with the long-term and do corporate (MOU) with the long-term bytransport fleet in order to distribute on time. The results of the distribution made fiber productionsafety triangle with associated components is the Marketing Manager, Production Planning andControl Components Control Quality of the distribution of the goods on target. Abstract

ABSTRAK Di era globalisasi perkembangan teknologi semakin berkembang, berkembangnya teknologi informasimengakibatkan dunia semakin sempit dan batas-batas negara semakin kabur. Namun, dilain pihak masyarakatsemakin menuntut adanya keterbukaan sebagai dampak dari informasi yang semakin transparan. Kondisi inimembentuk kecenderungan baru yaitu pentingnya komunikasi (communication). Oleh karena itu, masalahkomunikasi adalah masalah penting yang dewasa ini dihadapi oleh lembaga-lembaga bisnis dan ekonomi maupunlembaga pemerintah. Berbagai usaha digunakan oleh lembaga-lembaga tersebut untuk menciptakan suatukomunikasi dan hubungan yang baik dengan lembaga-lembaga yang terkait. Mewujudkan profesialisme bagianhumas yang efektif dan efisien dalam penyebarluasan informasi pembangunan yang seimbang menjadi tujuandalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT dan metode subyektif dengan pembobotan skala likert (15)sehingga diperoleh peta kekuatan organisasi yang terletak di kuadran I yaitu optimalkan komitmen goodgovermance dengan memanfaatkan pekembangan teknologi informasi yang menginteraksikan antara kekuatan danpeluang yang dianggap mampu dalam meningkatkan kinerja pembinaan petugas humas dalam menyebarluaskaninformasi kepada masyarakat di Kabupaten Karawang. Abstract

ABSTRAK Arah pembangunan bidang kesejahteraan sosial di Kabupaten Karawang mengacu pada pembangunan nasionalbidang kesejahteraan sosial yaitu pembangunan manusia Indonesia seutuhnya dan pembangunan seluruhmasyarakat Indonesia dengan kekhususan ciri sasaran garapan sesuai dengan lingkup cakupan pembangunanbidang kesejahteraan sosial. Adapun kekhususan ciri sasaran garapan pembangunan bidang kesejahteraan sosialadalah manusi yang tidak dapat melaksanakan fungsi sosialnya, termasuk dalam lingkup cakupan sasaran garapanini adalah penyandang cacat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalh untuk mengetahui peran Dinas Sosial KabupatenKarawang dalam upaya mengoptimalkan pemberdayaan penyandang cacat. Instrumen analisis yang digunakanadalah Analisis Kebijakan Publik yaitu dengan menggunakan Analisis perumusan masalah model William N Dunndan Kajian Manajemen Stratejik dengan menggunakan Analisis stratejik dan pilihan metode SWOT terhadapFaktor Kunci Keberhasilan sehingga rendahnya penanganan penyandang cacat di Kabupaten Karawang harusmendapat perhatian serius dari Dinas Sosial sebagai instansi yang bertanggung jawab langsung secara teknisdalam pembinaannya, kondisi tersebut disebabkan oleh kompetensi aparatur yang belum memadai. Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan peniliti ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi tentang komunikasi interpersonal PNS dalam kepuasan bekerja yang berkaitan dengan locus of control dan integritas. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Pendidikan, Pemuda, dan Olahraga Kabupaten Karawang  dengan menggunakan metoda survei dan sampel sebanyak 100 PNS secara acak. Data yang dikumpulkan dapat dianalisa dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal, locus of control dan integritas berpengaruh langsung pada kepuasan kerja PNS. Berdasarkan pada temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal, locos of control dan integritas harus dimasukkan dalam perencanaan strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja PNS di Dinas Pendidikan, Pemuda, dan Olahraga Kabupaten Karawang.Kata kunci: peningkatan kepuasan kerja, peningkatan komunikasi interpersonal, peluang berprestasi dan promosi jabatan PNS.

Abstract

Equity and Word of Mouth are some of the factors in retail companies that can be used as a reference for consumers to make purchasing decisions on a product brand. Ifna company wants to strengthen its brand among the people, then the company must have a good marketing strategy so that its brand is always remembered by consumers even though many similar products are circulating in the market. This study aims to determine how much influence Brand Equity and Word of Mouth have on Purchasing Decisions on Umama brand products. The method used is descriptive and verification with quantitative approaches. Data were analyzed using path analysis and hypothesis estingv using t test and fntest. The results showed that BrandnEquity had a partially positive effect as evidenced by the tcount of 18,412 with a significant value of 0,000, which means positive, Word of Mouth also had a partially positive effect as evidenced by a tcount ofn5,174 with a ignification value ofn0,000, which means positive, andnBrand Equity and Word ofnMouth which simultaneously have apositive effect on purchasing decisions as evidenced by a calculation of 53,753 with a significance value ofn0,000 which means that purchasing decisions can be influenced by Brand Equity and WordnofnMouth by 77.4% and the rest is influenced by other variables of 66.9% which is not contained in this study.
