Abstract

In the 2022/2023 academic year, the independent curriculum will be implemented simultaneously, including in Mojokerto Regency. This study aims to analyze the readiness of teachers in implementing the independent curriculum in Mojokerto, especially at the junior high school level. This type of research, descriptive research with survey method. The survey reveals teacher readiness in terms of knowledge and attitude. Knowledge related to knowledge of independent curriculum policies, independent curriculum structure, learning and assessment as well as the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project, while attitudes related to attitudes taken by teachers in preparing the implementation of an independent curriculum. Respondents in this study were junior high school teachers in Mojokerto. The results obtained were teacher readiness in the aspect of knowledge with the 10 questions given to respondents obtained that all questions gave positive responses knowing and very knowing more than 50%, and there were 2 questions which answered 100% knowing and very knowing related to Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project, Learning Achievements, Learning Objectives, and Learning Objective Flow. And teacher readiness from the Attitude Aspect with 12 questions given to respondents obtained 11 questions giving positive and very positive responses with a percentage of more than 50%, and there is one question, namely how often to compose learning assessments in an independent curriculum less than 50%, namely 43%. From these results, more than 50% of teachers were ready to implement the independent curriculum in terms of knowledge and attitudes.

Abstract

This community service activity has been carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Lengkong, Nganjuk Regency. The problem faced by service partners is the lack of quality in the learning process in implementing the new paradigm curriculum, especially the lack of teachers who make lesson plans and the lack of teacher innovation in learning. The purpose of this service is to improve the quality of learning in implementing the new paradigm curriculum, through lesson study in partner schools, especially improving the quality of teachers in making lesson plans and improving the quality of teachers innovating in the implementation of learning. The service method used is to provide training in the form of technical guidance to teachers at partner schools related to the new paradigm curriculum and lesson study. The results achieved from this service are improvements in the quality of teacher learning, especially for grade 7 teachers who apply the new paradigm curriculum by 85% .

Abstract

Community Partnership Empowerment was implemented at SMP Negeri 2 Kemlagi, Mojokerto, East Java. The partner's problem is that there is still a lack of knowledge about the character of the Pancasila student profile based on local wisdom according to the school context. The aim of this service is to increase the knowledge of teachers and school principals in understanding the character education of Pancasila student profiles based on local wisdom according to the school context through the use of the independent teaching platform. The method of service carried out is by providing reinforcement to teachers and school principals regarding Pancasila student profile character education based on local wisdom according to the school context using an independent teaching platform in the form of training. The results obtained from this service are from the evaluation results of the participant attendance level being 100%, while the percentage increase in partner knowledge in using the independent teaching platform to increase the capacity of teachers and school principals related to strengthening the character of Pancasila student profiles based on local wisdom according to the context and needs of the school shows that the results are increasing the capacity of training participants by 80%.

Abstract

This training activity was part of the Community Partnership Empowerment activity. This activity was carried out in partnership with SMP Negeri 2 Puri which was located in Mojokerto district, East Java province. The Partner was about 8 kilometers from Universitas Islam Majapahit. The background for implementing this training was due to the lack of knowledge and skills of teachers regarding the implementation of positive discipline in schools. This results in a lack of awareness in improving one's own competence, especially in taking part in workshops and utilizing independent teaching platforms. The aim of this training was for partners to have self-awareness and continue to improve their competence by continuously participating in workshops and utilizing the independent teaching platform, so that teachers have the knowledge and skills to plan and manage the implementation of positive discipline in schools. The method of activity carried out was to provide material about the application of positive discipline to teachers, as well as examples of its application in schools. The results of this training activity were based on the results of the pretest that has been carried out, the average score for teacher knowledge regarding the application of positive discipline was 61.0 and teacher skills were 50.0. And based on the results of the knowledge posttest, the average score was 90.5 and skills was 88.5.  From this activity it can be concluded that there has been an increase in teacher knowledge about the application of positive discipline by 51.5% and skills by 80.3%.

Abstract

The partner for community service activities within the scope of Community Partnership Empowerment was the Farmers Group with the name Margo Rukun Farmers Group which was located in Seno hamlet, Sidomulyo village, Mojokerto district, East Java province. The partner location was approximately 3.7 km to the east of the Majapahit Islamic University. The problem faced by partners in the production sector was that partners still do not have agricultural machinery in the form of hand tractors, so partners are forced to rent hand tractors when cultivating agricultural land. This increases the burden on production costs, which results in higher production costs. The solution implemented was to provide a grant for 1 unit of hand tractor and provide knowledge and skills on how to operate a hand tractor. The method used in this service activity was providing assistance to farmer groups in the form of providing a grant of 1 unit of hand tractor and providing knowledge and skills on how to operate a hand tractor. The results of this community service activity were that 1) the partner has 1 additional agricultural machine tool asset in the form of a hand tractor, 2) the partner has additional knowledge and skills on how to operate a hand tractor, and 3) the partner does not need to pay rental fees for hand tractors, so that production costs decrease. With these three efforts, the agricultural production of farmer groups has increased.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in Seno hamlet, Sidomulyo village, Mojokerto district, East Java province. This activity is in partnership with the Margo Rukun farmer group. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide information to members of the farmer group about several mentoring program activities carried out for the Margo Rukun farmer group in Sidomulyo village in the fields of production and marketing. The method of this activity is a community education method in the form of socialization in the form of direct face-to-face meetings between the community service implementation team and members of the farmer group. This socialization is the delivery of mentoring programs in the fields of production and marketing. Mentoring in the field of production is mentoring in the use of hand tractors to cultivate agricultural land and the use of electric pest sprayers. While mentoring in the field of marketing is the use of digital marketing for marketing agricultural products. The results achieved in this community service activity are that members of the farmer group know and understand the various mentoring activity programs that will be applied to the farmer group. The farmer group strongly supports the mentoring activities in the use of hand tractors to cultivate agricultural land, mentoring in the use of electric pest sprayers and mentoring in the use of digital marketing for marketing agricultural products.
