Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of distance learning online (e-learning) using an LMS that is adaptive to learning styles with the asynchronous method. The research method was carried out by comparing two groups that received the same e-learning treatment, distinguished by LMS vehicle. The treatment group is a group with students who get e-learning with LMS that is adaptive to learning styles. the control group is a group with students who get e-learning with ordinary LMS. Is there a difference in the learning achievement of the two groups? This activity is carried out in vocational high schools, in PKK subjects on the subject of products and services. Statistical measurements show that there are differences in learning achievement in the two groups. The group with LMS that was adaptive to learning styles had better performance than the group with LMS that was non-adaptive to learning styles. Learning styles have not had a significant impact on student learning outcomes. However, because the content of the learning media is more in line with the domain, it is the cause of the better performance of the treatment group than the control group. The concept of asynchronous PJJ which is applied in this LMS solves the technical problems that arise. The time window lag that is realized with the asynchronous concept provides opportunities for students to receive learning content, elaborate learning with friends and teachers, do assignments and test competency learning outcomesKeyword: Learning style, asynchronous method on Web-based distance learning, LMS, Covid-19 Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) dalam jaringan (daring) menggunakan LMS yang adaptif terhadap gaya belajar dengan metode asynchronous. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan membandingkan dua kelompok yang mendapat perlakuan PJJ yang sama, dibedakan pada wahana LMS-nya. kelompok perlakuan merupakan kelompok dengan siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan LMS yang adaptif terhadap gaya belajar. kelompok kontrol merupakan kelompok dengan siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan LMS biasa. Apakah terdapat beda prestasi belajar dari kedua kelompok tersebut. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada sekolah menengah kejuruan, pada matapelajaran PKK pokok bahasan produk dan jasa. Pengukuran secara statistik menunjukkan terdapat beda prestasi belajar pada dua kelompok tersebut. Kelompok dengan LMS yang adaptif terhadap gaya belajar memiliki prestasi lebih baik daripada kelompok dengan LMS non-adaptif terhadap gaya belajar. Gaya belajar belum memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Namun karena konten media belajarnya lebih sesuai dengan domainnya menjadi penyebab prestasi kelompok perlakuan lebih baik daripada kelompok kontrol. Konsep PJJ asynchronous yang diterapkan dalam LMS ini menyelesaikan permasalahan teknis yang muncul. Jeda jendela waktu yang terwujud dengan konsep asynchronous memberikan kesempatan siswa untuk menerima konten pembelajaran, mengelaborasi belajar bersama teman dan guru, mengerjakan tugas dan uji kompetensi hasil belajar. Kata kunci: Gaya belajar, PJJ asynchronous, LMS, Covid-19

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influence of financial literacy and gadget usage intensity to shopping lifestyle of students of Universitas PGRI Madiun in academic year 2019/2020. The case of study in this research were the undergraduate students from all study programs of Universitas PGRI Madiun, with a sample size of 100 respondents who were randomly selected using Simple Random Sampling technique. This research used a quantitative approach to the type of causal associative research. The data analysis technique consisted of instrument tests which included validity and reliability tests; prerequisite test which included normality test, linearity test, multicolinearity test, and heterocedasticity test; and hypothesis test which included multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and F test. The results of the data analysis show that : (1) Financial literacy partially affects shopping lifestyle of students of Universitas PGRI Madiun, because the value of tcount > ttable (10,235 > 0,67705) and the significance value is 0,000; (2) Gadget usage intensity partially affects shopping lifestyle of students of Universitas PGRI Madiun, because the value of tcount > ttable (4,086 > 0,67705) and the significance value is 0,000; (3) Financial literacy and gadget usage intensity simultaneously affect shopping lifestyle of students of Universitas PGRI Madiun, because the value of Fcount > Ftable (546,224 > 2,70) and the significance value is 0,000.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the quality of learning by applying Edmodo's application at biodiversity class material of class 10 students in increasing student learning interest during Covid-19 period. Based on observations at SHS 3 Kerinci regency in Jambi province, Indonesia it was known that students' interest in learning biology was still low. This was due to the lack of availability of existing facilities and the learning process that is still through lectures and questions and answers. Students were less involved in exploring information about biological concepts causing low student interest in learning. The method used was Classroom Action Research. The research procedure was in the form of a cycle to know the improvement of student interest. Each cycle consists of four stages, including Planning, Acting, Observation, and Reflection. Data Collection Techniques was conducted through Questionnaire, Observation, and Documentation. This data collection used an instrument in the form of an Online Learning Interest Questionnaire and Observation Sheet conducted online. This study showed that the results of observations of student interest in online learning obtained in cycle II received criteria of very high at 96%. While the results of student interest in online learning questionnaire obtained with high criteria that was 76.74%. Based on the research done, it can be concluded that the application of Edmodo media in online learning increases student interest in biodiversity material in science class X-2 SHS 3 Kerinci regency in Jambi, Indonesia.

Abstract

Background: Biology is a pure science that is analytical and systematic. It relates to the reality of the problems experienced by students in the current biology learning process, which is a monotonous way of learning and tends to make students feel bored with the learning process carried out, so that the teaching material delivered by the teacher or educator is difficult to understand by students. This class action research aims to improve student learning motivation on Biodiversity material. Methods: This class action research was conducted in two cycles; the first cycle was carried out with one meeting and the second cycle was carried out with one meeting. Each cycle is the application of Kemmis and Mc Taggart's classroom action research consisting of 4 stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Results: The results of this study are an increase in learning motivation of students in each cycle. Conclusions: Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Motion Graphics learning media based on e-learning has succeeded in increasing students' learning motivation on Biodiversity material.

Abstract

The implementation of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) program is expected to be able to develop students' interest in reading and writing. This study aims to 1) determine the implementation of the School Literacy Movement in developing students' interest in reading and writing at SDN Ngawi Purba 2, and 2) find out the obstacles to implementing GLS at SDN Ngawi Purba 2. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were school principals, class teachers, and students. The research object is the implementation of the School Literacy Movement in developing students' interest in reading and writing which includes the habituation stage, the development stage and the learning stage. The method used in collecting data is in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis method uses the steps proposed by Miles and Huberman through data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification. The results of this study indicate that SDN Ngawi Purba 2 is a school that implements the GLS program. Students are required to read 15 minutes before learning begins. This program is in accordance with the policy rolled out starting in March 2016 by the Directorate General of Primary and Secondary Education of the Ministry of Education and Culture. SDN Ngawi Purba 2 hopes that by running this program the school will have a culture that will continue to be preserved. GLS is important to implement in order to develop students' interest in reading and writing. ABSTRAKPelaksanaan program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) diharapkan mampu mengembangkan minat membaca dan menulis siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui implementasi Gerakan Literasi Sekolah dalam mengembangkan minat membaca dan menulis siswa di SDN Ngawi Purba 2, dan 2) mengetahui hambatan implementasi GLS di SDN Ngawi Purba 2. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru kelas, dan peserta didik. Objek penelitian berupa implementasi Gerakan Literasi Sekolah dalam pengembangan minat membaca dan menulis siswa yang meliputi tahap pembiasaan, tahap pengembangan dan tahap pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data dengan langkah-langkah yang dikemukakan oleh Miles dan Huberman melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa SDN Ngawi Purba 2 merupakan sekolah yang menerapkan program GLS. Siswa diwajibkan untuk membaca 15 menit sebelum pembelajaran dimulai. Program ini sesuai dengan kebijakan yang digulirkan mulai Maret 2016 oleh Direktorat Jendral Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah Kemendikbud. SDN Ngawi Purba 2 berharap dengan menjalankan program ini sekolah mempunyai budaya yang terus dilestarikan. GLS penting untuk dilaksanakan guna mengembangkan minat membaca dan menulis siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Tabungan Mudharabah dan Deposito Mudharabah Terhadap Laba Pada Bank BCA Syariah Indonesia Periode 2011-2020. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi liniear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan keduanya berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap laba Bank BCA Syariah. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dari Uji F yang menujukkan Ha diterima karena nilai signifikansi sebesar < 0,001 < 0,05. Dari hasil uji t disimpulkan bahwa variabel tabungan mudharabah dan deposito mudharabah berpengaruh terhadap laba Bank BCA Syariah Indonesia. Hal tersebut dibuktikan berdasarkan perhitungan parsial untuk t hitung pada variabel (X1) (26,126) dan variabel (X2) (10,784) yang berarti Ho ditolak, sedangkan hasil koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar 0,4579 yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat yang ada Bank BCA Syariah 45% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Dari hasil pengujian tersebut, tabungan mudharabah dan deposito mudharabah berpengaruh positif terhadap laba Bank BCA Syariah Indonesia. Jadi semakin meningkat nya pendapatan tabungan mudharabah dan deposito mudharabah diikuti dengan meningkatnya laba Bank BCA Syariah Indonesia periode 2011-2020.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of lifestyle on product purchase decisions using the e-money application "shopee pay", (2) determine the effect of consumptive behavior on product purchase decisions using the e-money application "shopee pay", (3) determine the effect lifestyle and consumptive behavior on product purchasing decisions using the e-money application "Shopee Pay". This research method is included in quantitative research with associative causal research. As for data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The population in this study is PGRI Madiun University students who use the "shopee pay" e-money application. The sample in this study was 126 respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 26 which showed that variable X1 had a significant effect of 52.3% partially. While the variable X2 has a significant effect of 6.8% partially. While the rest is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) To determine the effect of price on boarding house selection decisions for PGRI Madiun University students, (2) To determine the effect of facilities on boarding house selection decisions for PGRI Madiun University students, (3) To determine the effect of location on boarding house selection decisions for PGRI Madiun University students, (4) To determine the effect of information quality on boarding house selection decisions for PGRI Madiun University students, (5) To determine the effect of price, facilities, location, and quality of information on boarding house selection decisions for PGRI Madiun University students. . This research method is included in quantitative research with the type of associative causal research. As for data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The population in this study were PGRI Madiun University students who used boarding houses. The sample of this research is 152 respondents. The results showed that variable X1 had a significant effect of 14.2% partially, variable X2 had a significant effect of 17.6% partially, variable X3 had a significant effect of 14.7% partially, and variable X4 had a significant effect of 22.7% partially. While the rest is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of price on customer satisfaction in baso aci acila, (2) determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in baso aci acila, (3) determine price and service quality on customer satisfaction in baso aci acila. This research method uses quantitative research with SPSS version 26 as a data processing tool. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and documentation. Isindetal sampling is used as a technique for sampling. The population in this study are baso aci acila customers. The sample in this study were 96 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the price variable test (X1) on customer satisfaction variable (Y) partially indicates a significant positive reaction. The results obtained are based on the results of the t test with a value of 0.000 <0.05 which indicates a positive result and H1 is acceptable. The partial test of service quality variable (X2) on customer satisfaction variable (Y) also shows a significant positive reaction. The results obtained are based on the results of the t test with a value of 0.000 <0.05 which indicates a positive result and H2 is acceptable. the results of the f test simultaneously show that the price variable (X1) and service quality (X2) have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with fcount > ftable 3.092 simultaneously showing positive results and H3 is acceptable. This explains that the variable price (X1) and service quality (X2) can simultaneously affect customer satisfaction at baso aci aila in Gulun, Madiun City.
