Abstract

The education curriculum in Indonesia requires students to be able to find concepts and link them with the problems in the real world. This makes a teacher, must be able to facilitate students in building their own understanding. Microteaching, is a subject about the basic teaching that is taken by every student majoring in education as a Prospective Teacher. Based on this, the substance of the microteaching course must be able to prepare teachers in accordance with the applicable curriculum requirements. On the other hand, the life-based learning approach that promotes learning originating from life is considered very suitable to represent the demands of the curriculum. This study aims to interpret student perspectives on microteaching learning through a life based learning approach. Based on the results of the study, it is known that students find it easier to understand microteaching courses that uses a life based learning approach.

Abstract

Mata pelajaran Administrasi Pajak adalah salah satu mata pelajaran yang harus dikuasai oleh siswa SMK kompetensi keahlian akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga. Keberhasilan peserta didik menguasai materi pelajaran sangat dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi guru yang mengajarkan materi tersebut. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan materi tentang konten terbaru mengenai perpajakan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan sosialisasi tentang update konten perpajakan dengan total peserta kegiatan sebanyak 30 orang dari MGMP Kota Malang dan Kota Surabaya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penting untuk dilakukan kegiatan pelatihan/workshop untuk memberikan materi terupdate tentang perpajakan pada guru-guru produktif akuntansi. Kegiatan updating konten perpajakan ini dilakukan sesuai dengan kebutuhan para guru SMK Produktif Akuntansi dan telah terlaksana dengan baik dan lancar. Dengan update materi mengenai konten perpajakan diharapkan materi yang diberikan oleh Guru kepada para siswa nya sesuai dengan perkembangan terkini aturan perpajakan di Indonesia. Sekolah juga diharapkan untuk terus berinovasi tentang penggunaan alat simulasi perpajakan yang mempergakan secara langsung pelaporan pajak untuk beberapa kepentingan wajib pajak.

Abstract

One of the accounting software introduced in schools is Accurate Online. However, the Accurate Online learning media used in schools still needs to be further developed to be able to support teaching and learning activities more optimally. Therefore, the researcher wants to develop an Android-based Accurate Online learning media. The research phase carried out by the researcher refers to the ADDIE model. Several teachers and students at the Institute for Accounting and Finance Vocational High School who introduced Accurate Online, a media expert, a material expert, and 30 students (limited users) were the subjects of this study. The research data were collected by interview and questionnaire techniques. Researchers used descriptive qualitative techniques and descriptive quantitative percentages for data analysis. Abstract

The accounting learning process requires students to have critical thinking skills. Critical thinking is called the process of making judgments based on analysis, interpretation, evaluation, inference, explanation, and reflection. Many factors influence critical thinking, one of which is emotional intelligence. Another factor that can influence critical thinking is conflict management. This study aimed to determine the role of emotional intelligence and the ability to manage conflict from students that affect critical thinking skills in learning activities. This study was an analytic observational study and used primary data obtained from interviews with respondents. A total of 75 respondents were included in this study. Data analysis was performed with the help of SPSS using multiple linear regression. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on critical thinking. This means that the higher the emotional intelligence of students, the higher their ability to think critically. Conflict management has no effect on critical thinking. This shows that even though students have good conflict management skills, this cannot affect students' critical thinking.

Abstract

Prestasi akademik merupakan indikator untuk mengukur keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar seorang mahasiswa. Sebagian besar mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi memiliki tujuan utama untuk mencapai prestasi akademik yang bagus. Faktor yang mempengaruhi tercapainya prestasi akademik yang bagus bisa berasal dari dalam diri mahasiswa dan faktor dari luar mahasiswa, untuk itu penelitian ini mencoba untuk memeriksa pengaruh faktor motivasi belajar, self-esteem, dan social support terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi akademik; (2) Pengaruh self-esteem terhadap prestasi akademik; (3) Pengaruh social support terhadap prestasi akademik. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif eksplanasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Akuntansi Universitas Negeri Malang angkatan 2015. Metode purposive sampling ditetapkan untuk memilih 109 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi akademik; (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif self-esteem terhadap prestasi akademik; (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif social support terhadap prestasi akademik. Sebesar 52% prestasi akademik dipengaruhi oleh motivasi belajar, self-esteem, dan social support dan 48% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi belajar yang dimiliki, serta semakin tinggi self-esteem yang dimiliki, dan semakin tinggi social support yang diterima mahasiswa maka semakin tinggi tingkat prestasi akademik yang didapatkan. Saran yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini bagi peneliti selanjutnya yaitu diharapkan pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara agar mendapat informasi mendalam, dapat mengkaji faktor-faktor lain yang bisa meningkatkan prestasi akademik yang mungkin pengaruhnya lebih besar dari pada faktor yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a business commitment to act ethically, operate legally, contribute to economic improvement and improve the quality of life of stakeholders. In the modern era, the priority is no longer the property of shareholders, but the welfare of the stakeholders is a responsibility prioritized by the company. The emergence of Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Company (UUPT) and Law No.25 of 2007 concerning Investment (UUPM) marked the commencement of CSR arrangements in Indonesia. The concept of CSR contained in the UUPM and UUPT will be seen in PT. Sejahtera Usaha Bersama Jombang. As a private company that engaged in industry, especially plywood. This study aims to uncover the meaning of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from the point of view of the management of PT.SUB in- depth and comprehensively. This type of research is qualitative with phenomenology method and uses Husserl's data analysis techniques, with epoche stages, phenomenological reduction, imagination variations, synthesis of meaning and essence. Data collection in this study uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Interviews are conducted in depth to explore individual awareness with semi-structured questions. The results of this study found two perspectives on the meaning of CSR at PT. SUB Jombang. First, CSR is defined as an obligation that is in the form of compliance with regulations. Second, CSR is interpreted as awareness, namely in the form of awareness of the company growing and developing in the midst of the community environment, and the realization that CSR is a charity and shodaqoh. Corporate Social Responsibility (Tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan/CSR) merupakan sebuah komitmen bisnis untuk selalu bertindak sesuai etika, beroperasi mematuhi hukum, serta berkontribusi terhadap perkembangan ekonomi dan perbaikan kualitas hidup para aktor terkait. Di era modern, perusahaan tidak lagi memprioritaskan kekayaan dari para pemegang saham, tetapi perusahaan lebih bertanggung jawab atas kesejahteraan para pemilik saham. Diterbitkannya Undang-Undang No. 40 tahun 2007 tentang Undang-Undang Perseroan Terbatas (UUPT) dan Undang-Undang No. 25 Tahun 2007 tentang Undang-Undang Penanaman Modal telah menjadi awal tatanan CSR di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menyelidiki praktik pelaksanaan konsep CSR yang dijelaskan di dalam UUPM dan UUPT pada PT. Sejahtera Usaha Bersama (SUB) Jombang, sebuah perusahaan swasta di bidang kayu lapis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna CSR, dari sudut pandang pihak pengelola PT SUB secara mendalam dan menyeluruh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi dan metode analisa data Husserl’s, yang terdiri dari tahap epoche, reduksi fenomenologis, variasi imajinasi, serta sintesis makna dan esensi. DI dalam proses pengumpulan data, penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilaksanakan secara mendalam untuk mengetahui kesadaran individu dengan pertanyaan semi terstruktur. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan adanya dua sudut pandang mengenai arti dari CSR dari PT. SUB Jombang. Sudut pandang pertama mengartikan CSR sebagai keharusan untuk patuh terhadap peraturan. Sedangkan sudut pandang kedua mengartikan Csr sebagai kesadaran dari perusahaan untuk tumbuh dan berkembang di tengah komunitas yang peduli akan lingkungan dan diwujudkan dalam bentuk amal dan sedekah.

Abstract

The number of MSMEs that have halal certificates is still far less than large industries, including MSMEs in Kedungsalam Village, Donomulyo District, Malang Regency. Based on these problems, the Accounting Department of Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) held a halal literacy activity for MSMEs. This halal literacy activity has never been obtained by participants before. The purpose of this activity is that in the future MSMEs in Kedungsalam Village can improve product quality through halal certification, so that they can survive and compete in the globalization era. This service activity is considered right on target, because MSME products that are not yet halal certified can register through the Halal Center at UM. The UM Halal Center has been officially established since early 2019 which has a role in providing services to the community's needs for halal certification, namely accompanying, fostering, and overseeing halal product guarantees.
