Abstract

Data processing fixed assets include recording and calculating depreciation of fixed assets is not computerized. In preparing the report, it is also not fast enough and accurate. The purpose of this study to simplify and streamline the process data fixed assets so that the work can be completed on time with a precise and accurate results. The applications to be built is a desktop-based and multi user which each user has the authority according to his or her rights. Methods of data collection using observation, book study method, and the method of interview. This information system development using the waterfall while the data flow method is structured method DFD (Data Flow Diagram) in illustrating functional model and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) to illustrate data model . The programming language is using Visual Basic.Net with MySQL Database applications . The information system cost of depreciation of fixed assets can calculate the depreciation by the straight-line method and determine the end of fixed assets benefit and result reports of fixed assets depreciation, complete with the economic life, depreciation rates, accumulated depreciation, book value and expiration of the useful life of fixed assets.

Abstract

Dalam upaya meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap Mahasiswa Politeknik IndonusaSurakarta menerapkan sistem pembayaran mahasiswa. Sistem pembayaran mahasiswa diPoliteknik Indonusa dilakukan secara offline artinya Sistem Pembayaran Mahasiswa beradadi Politeknik indonusa, sehingga mahasiswa harus datang langsung ke bagian pembayaranmahasiswa di Politeknik Indonusa untuk melakukan pembayaran kuliah. Biaya kuliah yangharus dibayarkan mulai dari biaya pendaftaran, uang pembangunan, seragam dan atribut,biaya laboratorium, biaya SPP dan lain-lain. Dengan semakin bertambahnya jumlahmahasiswa sehingga semakin bertambahnya tingkat kesibukan bagian pembayaranmahasiswa dalam memberikan pelayanan pembayaran kepada mahasiswa. PoliteknikIndonusa Surakarta mulai merintis kerjasama dengan Perbankan untuk menerimapembayaran mahasiswa, dalam hal ini Politeknik Indonusa berkerjasama dengan BRISyariah untuk penerimaan pembayaran mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantukerjasama antara Politeknik Indonusa Surakarta dengan BRI Syariah dalam penerimaanpembayaran mahasiswa yaitu dengan menerapkan integrasi sistem dengan model host to hostsistem antara server yang ada di Politeknik Indonusa dengan BRI Syariah. Dalam penelitianini proses pembayaran yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa dapat dilakukan VIA ATM, ATMMini, Teller BRI Syariah dan E-Banking sehingga mahasiswa dapat melakukan pembayarankapanpun dan dimanapun.Hasil penelitian ini telah diterapkannya sistem pembayaran mahasiswa PiliteknikIndonusa Surakarta secara online yaitu dengan bekerjasama dengan BRI Syariah denganmodel sistem Host to Host Sistem.

Abstract

XYZ Company in the process of delivering receivable payable information is done by the way, the Director came directly to the company to know the due date receivable payable still using the manual system by admin seeing the accounts payable one by one. As a result, the information of due date receivable payables is less quickly submitted to the owner of the company. The puspose of designing and building a system of receivable payable information on Batik Rahmawati Company is, that the system expected would provide quickly and correctly information to the company. In this research, the researcher proposed the use of web-based accountspayable information system to provide receivable payable information to owner and the due date of receivable payable information of the accounts payable to the supplier or customer. The system that has been used is developed to computerize based (towards computerization) by using online web and using the waterfall development system method and by using designtools DFD ( Data Flow Diagram ). The testing is done by using Black box test which gives result that the web run as expected. The testing user who gives result agrees thet the system of the receivable payable information is feasiable and could help the user knowing the amount of the due date receivable payable. The conclusion of we-based receivable payable system is, that application could facilitate easilythe owner, suppliers, costomers of XYZ Company to know the receivable payable.

Abstract

In 2020, there was a disease that horrified the world. Where pneumonia resembles, this disease originates from a virus similar to coronavirus and is called Covid-19. Covid-19 was received from Wuhan, China. Spread throughout the world and mostly for locking to break the Covid-19 distribution chain. Therefore, this paper was made to submit opinions about ideas put forward on the e-bracelet system as a Covid-19 early detection device connected to a smartphone application to see the results of its detection testing. Reference to early detection of Covid-19 presence of body temperature sensors, distance and heart rate. The method of use of this paper is the method of library study and the existence of a design system called the prototyping method. Literature study is carried out by gathering information relevant to topics that are the object of research from books, scientific papers, theses, dissertations, and journals, while the prototype used is development before leading to actual large / scale production. The results will be obtained is proof of our acceptance, our heart rate is not normal, can know our distance from the crowd is not controlled. And this e-bracelet is designed so that when 2 or more e-bracelet at the same place when it is turned on, the continuity will be notify on the application interface handphone. Mild symptoms of Covid-19 are, dry throat, sudden shortness of breath, loss of acuity of smell. The way to avoid this is by diligently washing hands, carrying hands, adhering to health protocols. The idea of converting this bracelet as an early detection of Covid-19 symptoms which can measure body temperature, distance, and heart rate as a reference to support from the self that is issued.
