Abstract

News is one of the important needs for people in various parts of the world. Through the news, the public can know the various information that is happening in the community such as economic, political, health, criminal, and natural disasters. Increasing information needs every day to make some agencies to be able to present the news quickly, accurately, reliably, and accurately through print and electronic media that can be enjoyed by news readers. Increasing the amount of news gained every day resulted in large data accumulation of text documents either online and offline. This makes it difficult in searching and classifying documents as needed. To simplify the classification of text document news in Indonesian, one of them by using the method of NBC and K-Means Clustering. Where the calculation of NBC done not randomly, while the calculation for K-Means Clustering done randomly in this study the calculation is done 5 time on each document so the accuracy result is less accurate when compared with NBC The highest accuracy result obtained from the research of news classification with nbc method is 50% and the average for the whole of the four documents is 45.33%, while the highest accuracy result of the classification using k_means method is 100% and the overall result is 53.26% with details Document_0 obtained an average yield of 54%, document 1 the average yield of 60%, document 2 the overall average yield of 42.56%, and document 3 the overall average yield of 52.48%.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence is one part of computer science that makes machines (computers) can do work like humans and computers is possible to be able to think. However, for now in accordance with the development of games and artificial intelligence applied. In artificial intelligence based games, there are many techniques adapted from the field of artificial intelligence to be applied to the game. Some of them are: Chasing and Evading, Movement Patterns and Pathfinding, Neural Networks and Genetic Algorithms (Genetic Algorithm). Pathfinding method is most easily encountered in game-type games where we designate a character (player) to be moved to a particular location by clicking on the location to be addressed. The player will move in the right direction, and "smart" can find the shortest path or avoid the obstacles. Artificial intelligence is needed in the making of the game, which is to design and produce fun games and inter-safe machine that is smart and interesting to play. The results of this study is a game that there are three types of artificial intelligence that is stupid enemies, brutal enemies and intelligent enemies programmed using pathfinding method with game maker software that is Unity3D.

Abstract

Management of human resources (HR) of a company affect many aspects of the determinants of the success of the company's work. One of the most important in the management of human resources in a company is the selection of employee recruitment to spur employee morale in improving dedication and performance, but in PT.Bimasakti Multi Synergy company current selection method of employee acceptance still use manual calculations, so needed Decision Support System (DSS) in optimizing employee recruitment selection. DSS for employee recruitment aims to provide information, guide, provide predictions and directing information to the personnel in order to make better decisions. To support the accuracy of the data on the DSS for employee recruitment processed by a system then required a method that can serve as an automatic selection of each data criteria are diverse, the method chosen is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). SAW method is appropriate for the decision-making process because it can determine the weight value for each attribute, then proceed with a ranking process that will select the best aternatif from some of the best alternatives. The result of the DSS for employee recruitment can assist the personnel department of PT.Bimasakti Multi Sinergy Company to recommend applicants to the management section. This is because the results of the assessment are granted eligibility status such as RECOMMENDED or NOT RECOMMENDED. The results can then be displayed based on the largest or smallest value, making it easier for the personnel to choose the best alternative from a number of available alternatives.

Abstract

Cultural heritage is the cultural heritage is immaterial in the form of objects of cultural heritage, the heritage buildings, structures of cultural heritage, cultural heritage sites, and the heritage area of land and / or water that needs to be preserved its existence because it has significant value for the history, science, education , religion and / or culture through setting process. Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) is famous for its culture and has a lot of cultural heritage. Since the number of cultural heritage in the DIY necessary to the Cultural Heritage Mapping System is beneficial to the community, school children, local tourists and foreign tourists in search for locations and information about cultural heritage in DIY. Materials used in this research is the cultural heritage of data obtained from the Department of Culture DIY. The methodology used is literature study and observation. Heritage Mapping System was built using the programming language PHP, HTML, CSS, MySQL database, Apache web server, text editor Notepad ++ and Android Studio IDE. Heritage Mapping System was built in two different systems, namely the system of web-based and mobile-based system Android. Web-based systems used for processing the data that has three actors, namely admin, manager and operator. This system uses a database that is integrated with other mapping system. While the Android mobile-based system used by the user and assist users in getting the information, the location and route location within cultural heritage in DIY.

Abstract

With the development of science and technology, the use of computer services in all aspects of life already is a necessity, especially in industry. Loverandliars engaged in the production of goods, depending on sales and demand for individual and inter-industry. This thesis discusses the application of fuzzy logic in solving optimization of production amount, in this case using Tsukamoto method and the method of Mamdani and Sugeno method as a comparison. From this method is expected to estimate the amount of production and sales is based on the number of requests that are applied in a decision support system. Enough so that in making decisions with input data required by DSS (Decision Support System), to be processed by the method Tsukamoto to be output (output) in the form of the determination of the amount of goods to be produced. The first step problem solving optimization Tsukamoto products by using the method of determining the variables that are firmly set, the second step is to convert the input into a set of fuzzy variables with fuzzification process, the third step is a data processing method Fuzzy set minimum and maximum. In the process variable input data using an application supporting the Netbeans 8.0 editor. From the analysis of direct comparison with the original data in the calculation of production at the company Loverandliars can be concluded that the method that most closely is the truth value of production obtained by processing the data using the method Tsukamoto.

Abstract

Outstanding Student Selection is one of the activities which is held once every year in AKPRIND Institute of Science & Technology Yogyakarta. The first winner will be sent to the Kopertis level. Outstanding Student Selection process that has lasted still not use computerized system. One of the systems that can be applied is the decision support system with a method and a tool. The method that implemented in this system is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This method chosen because it can break a complex problem into sub-sub problems and arrange it to an hierarchy. The tool that used in this system is Laravel framework. This Decision Support System in Outstanding Student Selection can help Administration of Student and Alumnus Bureau with the result of the calculation that applying AHP method and the result of the calculation that applying Mawapres Sarjana 2015 guide. Decision Support System in Outstanding Student Selection is a system that could support the decision making process. This system is expected to make the decision making process more easy and faster.

Abstract

Institute for Research and Empowerment (IRE) Yogyakarta is a survey institution established in 1994. It has purpose to ease the respondent for completing the dynamic data interactively. E-voting mobile application is used to perform the survey study in society focused on government policy or social conditions that examined by IRE.There are three steps in doing the poll process. Firstly, the users register in the application, and then do the poll for some survey. After that, the user can get the result of the survey in form of the data and recapitulation of the data.The process of completing the survey is easy and interactive. The application is supported by dynamic data utilizes My SQL data base system. The system was divided into applications. They are mobile application and administrator web. The administrator web is used to process the data. Almost all of types of android version are able to run this application so the respondents will be easy to install and run the application.

Abstract

The management information system architecture for academic forms for filing permits live and study for foreign students in Indonesia case study at Institute of science and Technology AKPRIND Yogyakarta is used to replace the old system which is still manual. So the purpose of this information system is expected to simplify and speed up in making the papers relating to the foreign students. The method that used for the research is a waterfall method with model analysis of OOADM (Object Oriented Analysis and Design Method) and the architecture of model design using UML (Unified Modeling Language). Design of manufacturing system using Yii Framework language, Postgre SQL and Apache Web Server. The results of this research are expected to form the academic management information system to permit the filing of a live and study for foreign students in Indonesia case study at Institute of science and Technology AKPRIND Yogyakarta can provide much convenience in the process of making the letters associated with foreign students so that more quickly and efficiently.

Abstract

Banyaknya pengguna komputer yang bermasalah dengan penanganan kerusakan komputer, dirasakan perlu dibuat suatu software atau sistem yang dapat membantu memecahkan permasalahan komputer. Software yang dimaksud adalah suatu software sistem pakar yang berfungsi sebagai pengganti organisasi atau seorang yang ahli dalam bidang penanganan kerusakan komputer. Kerusakan komputer terdiri dari dua bagian penting yaitu Perangkat Keras (Hardware) dan Perangkat Lunak (Software), bagian pertama adalah hardware komputer berupa alat yang dapat dilihat dan dipegang seperti: monitor, keyboard, mouse, CPU (Central Processing Unit) dan semua perangkat didalamnya. Pada penelitian ini adalah salah satu metode dari Bacward Chaining, yaitu menggunakan pendekatan goal driven, yang dimulai dari harapan apa yang akan terjadi atau hipotesis dan kemudian mencari bukti yang mendukung atau berlawanan dengan harapan. Backward Chaining ini memerlukan perumusan dan pengujian hipotesis sementara. Metode Backward Chaining ini digunakan jika suatu aplikasi menghasilkan tree yang sempit dan dalam. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah metode prototype. Perancangan sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode UML. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman berbasis web yaitu PHP dan MySQL sebagai database. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya sistem pakar diagnosa kerusakan komputer yang dapat mempermudah pengguna awam menangani masalah komputer khususnya di bagian perangkat keras komputer (Hardware) dengan aplikasi berbasis web dan mempermudah pengguna awam dalam menangani masalah perihal hardware komputer.
