Abstract

The Helpdesk system is a system to facilitate the reporting of technological information damage. Helpdesk systems are already widely used or developed somewhere with a wide variety of technologies and systems. Monitoring system as a process to collect data from various sources and helpdesk as the implementer of the monitoring system is required to be active to monitor reports from users. The helpdesk is a center point where problems or issues are reported in a coordinated and coordinated manner. The helpdesk is a complementary part of a function, service, and is responsible for problem solving. This is one of the obstacles in the implementation of work is still found errors in the process of handling remote hands or trouble shoot reports daily, weekly and monthly. Because currently the data and problem handling reports are still manual so it is difficult to see the status of handling. Helpdesk design system at PT. TH Indoplantations is a system where to facilitate users or customers and the Helpdesk data center division in processing a technical problem that occurs in the data center or customer or user devices located in the data center PT. TH Indoplantations. Based on the concept and design of a web-based helpdesk system at PT. TH Indoplantations can help in dealing with interference that occurs in customer devices.

Abstract

This study uses data collection methods by means of observation, interviews, and literature study, namely by making direct observations on the object under study and asking for the necessary data, as well as interviews or questions and answers to the resource person to complete the data and obtain the necessary information. The author raises the issue of the absence of a special program to store data and make reports in the Warehouse Section at PT. Creative Clothing Creations Branch. The company also manages incoming goods data, outgoing goods data, returned goods data, calculated in the inventory data. This activity is very important, increases efficiency, and determines its performance in terms of inventory cost savings. Previously, data processing was done in a conventional way, using Microsoft Excel and Word. By designing a computerized system using PHP and MySql applications, goods data and supplier data can be stored in a database to facilitate daily transactions in the warehouse. This system was created to be able to manage inventory data, goods receipt transactions, goods expenditure transactions and reports. The designed information system is expected to minimize the shortcomings of the data collection and recording system that has been used so far so that work activities are more controlled.

Abstract

A good communication within the company requires a good and optimal information system. Especially in information systems related to customer relations to management called CRM (Customer Relationship Management) in the company. Customer data is the main data that is important to be developed in the business of a company, especially a business engaged in the service sector. If the customer data has not been thoroughly processed, the customer data will have no function and have no effect on the progress of the company. Because of the very important function of this module, customer data is the most important data needed and can be developed for business continuity in general. The importance of processing customer data, researchers will design the development of the Vipos application at PT Amarta Eksis Digdaya which focuses on the customer relationship management module with the Pieces Method. The Pieces method consists of several stages which include Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service which are techniques for identifying and solving problems that have occurred in information systems. The conclusion of this analysis resulted in the identification of the main problems of a system and provide solutions to these problems.

Abstract

The inventory system is a very important asset for every company. Inventory is a problem that is often faced by PT. Fatijja Digital Indonesia because the processing of data that is still manual is enough to hinder a work process that takes place so that there are often mistakes in calculating the stock of goods, recording outgoing goods, recording incoming goods, making invoices and month-end reports, for that the company needs an inventory application system using a MySQL database that can solve all existing problems, So that admins can carry out all activities to be effective and efficient. In developing this system, researchers used the waterfall method. The result of this study is a web-based inventory application system that is expected to make it easier for admins to manage incoming and outgoing goods

Abstract

Kedai Cheese.Box merupakan sebuah usaha dibidang makanan yang berdiri pada tahun 2019 yang beralamat di Utan Kayu Utara, Matraman, Jakarta Timur. Namun sampai pada saat ini Kedai Cheese.Box masih manual dalam sistem transaksi penjualan yang masih menggunakan nota tertulis. Selain itu, Kedai Cheese.Box juga mempunyai permasalahan lain seperti sistem transakasi pembayaran yang masih manual dan tidak adanya rekapan data yang mencakup hasil laporan penjualan secara terkomputerisasi. Maka penulis mencoba merancang aplikasi sistem informasi bebasis web, untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi yang akan dibuat ini penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan waterfall, dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan data base mySQL yang akan menyediakan sistem informasi transaksi pemesanan dan pembayaran, serta menyimpan dan mengelolah rekapan data hasil laporan penjualan. Dengan dibangunnya sistem informasi ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan pelayanan yang baik, efektif, dan efisien.

Abstract

Quantum perceptron adalah merupakan metode jaringan saraf tiruan yang memadukan antara algoritma perceptron dengan komputasi quantum. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan analisis quantum perceptron untuk memprediksi jumlah pengunjung pada ucok kopi Pematangsiantar pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Dalam memprediksi jumlah pengunjung pada Ucok Kopi Pematangsiantar, peneliti menggunakan data pengunjung sebelumnya pada masa panedmi Covid-19. Variabel yang digunakan adalah 10 varibel dimulai dari x1 sampai dengan x10. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah analisis quantum perceptron untuk memprediksi jumlah pengunjung ucok kopi Pematangsiantar.
