Abstract

The final project is a crucial requirement for students to complete their studies. At STMIK Jayakarta, the final project monitoring process is still conducted manually using Google Classroom, Google Forms, and WhatsApp. This approach leads to difficulty tracking student progress, data security vulnerabilities, data loss risks, and communication challenges. This study's primary objective is to design a comprehensive web-based monitoring information system that integrates the final project process, from initial registration and guidance to the thesis defence and issuance of the provisional graduation letter. The research design focuses on system modelling, and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) methodology is employed to define system requirements and structure the system's design. The primary outcomes include a detailed system architecture that addresses efficiency, transparency, and accuracy in final project management. The results indicate that this web-based system will significantly improve manual methods, offering better tracking, security, and communication capabilities. In conclusion, this study demonstrates that the proposed system design can serve as a strong foundation for developing a fully functional application, enhancing the effectiveness and transparency of final project management for all stakeholders.

Abstract

Digital Transformation cannot be separated from the support of Internet connections. The Global Internet Network only recognizes Public IP Address. The Internet Service Provider (ISP) will provide a Public IP Address to customers who subscribe to a business or Enterprise service. Companies with branch offices that subscribe to broadband internet services typically receive private IP addresses, which limits the availability of public IP addresses for systems or other purposes. This paper aims to utilize the Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP) and Ethernet over IP (EoIP) tunnel protocol features on MikroTik Routers for sharing a Public IP address, with a special focus on public IP Address version 4 (IPv4). Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP) is used to establish a Virtual Private Network (VPN) between the Head Office and Branch Office. Then, Ethernet over Internet Protocol (EoIP) is utilized to create a bridge network. Based on the test results, the Public IP Address was successfully detected on the internet network during bandwidth testing, and the route to the internet network was seen passing through the gateway from the Public IP address prefix of the Head Office. To demonstrate that Public IP Addresses can be used in Branch Offices. This model can be a solution for companies to share Public IP addresses between the head office and the Branch Office.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology in the digital era has brought significant changes to various sectors, including trade and distribution. The use of technology allows businesses to improve operational efficiency, accelerate workflows, and support more accurate decision-making. Digital transformation also helps minimize errors and maintain service quality. Manual inventory recording at the Dermaga Baut Mandiri Store in Tangerang causes difficulties in monitoring inventory availability, a high risk of data errors, and delays in reporting, which impacts operational and service continuity. This study aims to design and implement a web-based inventory recording application using AppSheet as a no-code solution to improve accuracy, efficiency, and ease of inventory management. The method used is a prototype method with stages of communication, rapid planning, initial design, prototype creation, and testing and feedback. Data were collected through observations and interviews with store owners and staff, then analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results show that the developed application is able to accelerate the recording process, display minimum stock notifications, and generate real-time stock reports that are easy to print in PDF format. Users found the app easy to use, helpful in inventory monitoring, and faster decision-making. The app, designed using no-code technology for operational digitization, is expected to improve competitiveness and customer service quality.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology offers opportunities to improve the efficiency and quality of academic event management, including seminars and workshops. This study aims to design and develop a web-based application that facilitates the digital management of seminars and workshops at STMIK Jayakarta. The application includes key features such as online attendance recording using a unique event code, real-time interactive Q&A submission, and automatic certificate generation for both participants and speakers. The system adopts a two-role model—admin and non-admin—where non-admin users may act as participants, moderators, or speakers depending on the event, allowing for flexible role assignments. Developed using HTML, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL, the application improves data accuracy, reduces the risk of data loss, and simplifies administrative processes. This system is expected to serve as a foundation for future development of similar academic applications.

Abstract

Manual identification of maize leaf disease presents significant challenges, including time- consuming processes, dependence on expert availability, and a high risk of misdiagnosis due to similar symptoms among different diseases. These limitations often lead to delays in disease management, unstable crop yields, and economic losses for farmers. This study aims to address these issues by evaluating the performance of different optimizers in classifying maize leaf disease using transfer learning with the MobileNetV3-Small architecture. A total of 2,850 images of maize leaf disease were used and divided into training, validation, and testing sets. Model evaluation involved systematically comparing the Adam, RMSprop, and SGD optimizers by training each configuration under identical conditions and assessing the resulting model performance. The results show that the RMSprop optimizer provides the best performance with 92.98% accuracy, 93.08% precision, 92.98% recall, and 92.98% F1-score. Based on the evaluation, selecting an appropriate optimizer is essential to improve accuracy and reliability of transfer learning models in maize leaf disease classification. These findings highlight the potential to advance smart agricultural systems by enabling more accurate disease detection, which can reduce crop failure risks and enhance disease management in maize production.

Abstract

Pada artikel jurnal ini membahas tentang analisis penerapan sistem keamanan Software-Defined Wide Area Networking yang ada di Kantor Pusat Direktorat Jenderal Pajak. Saat ini, Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) masih mengandalkan jaringan tradisional untuk menghubungkan Data Center dan Disaster Recovery Center ke kantor-kantor vertikalnya. Namun, dengan pertumbuhan aktivitas dan volume data yang terus meningkat, jaringan tradisional menghadapi tantangan dari sisi manajemen, efisiensi, dan terutama keamanan. Teknologi Software-Defined Wide Area Network hadir sebagai solusi inovatif untuk mengatasi berbagai kelemahan yang ada pada WAN tradisional. SD-WAN mampu menyederhanakan manajemen jaringan dengan memisahkan perangkat keras dari kontrolnya, serta menyediakan koneksi yang lebih fleksibel, aman, dan mudah dikelola. SD-WAN tidak hanya mengoptimalkan kinerja jaringan, tetapi juga memberikan kemudahan dan kecepatan tanpa harus melibatkan tenaga IT di lokasi.

Abstract

Monitoring the water level at smart home system is an effort to increase the comfort and safety of its residents. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a water level monitoring application that can be implemented to smart home system using the ESP8266 NodeMCU, HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor, MQTT protocol, and the Flutter framework. By implementing Flutter as an open-source framework for creating applications, it can be monitor water levels in real-time accessed from various platforms: such as Android, iOS, Web, Windows, macOS, and Linux. The test expected to function correctly and provide accurate and real-time information regarding water levels in the surrounding area and can be accessed using various platforms. This research likely to be successful because previous studies conducted the same components in this study.

Abstract

instansi pemerintah, termasuk Kantor FOLU di bawah Kementerian Kehutanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas jaringan internet di kantor tersebut menggunakan metode Quality of Service (QoS) dengan empat parameter utama: throughput, delay, jitter, dan packet loss. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pemantauan selama tiga hari menggunakan aplikasi Wireshark. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa parameter packet loss dan delay berada dalam kategori sangat bagus sesuai standar TIPHON, dengan nilai packet loss 0% dan delay rata-rata 5,05 ms. Sementara itu, throughput rata-rata sebesar 1299,67 Kbps dikategorikan bagus. Namun, nilai jitter menunjukkan kualitas yang buruk, dengan rata-rata di atas 500 ms, yang mengindikasikan ketidakstabilan transmisi data pada jaringan. Berdasarkan temuan ini, direkomendasikan peningkatan infrastruktur jaringan dan manajemen lalu lintas data untuk meningkatkan stabilitas koneksi, khususnya untuk aplikasi real-time seperti video conference. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi acuan perbaikan layanan internet bagi instansi pemerintah lainnya.

Abstract

TK Pelita adalah sekolah yang masih menggunakan cara yang manual dalam pencatatan dan pelaporan pembayaran SPP. Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan (SPP) adalah biaya yang dibayarkan kesekolah untuk menunjang sarana dan prasarana sekolah. Perkembangan teknologi telah memberikan banyak kemudahan dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Proses pecatatan dan pembuatan laporan pembayaran di TK Pelita sangat memakan banyak waktu dalam penerjaannya karena masih menggunakan cara yang manual. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dialami oleh admin dibutuhkan sistem informasi pembayaran SPP yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah pekejan admin dalam melakukan pencatatan dan pembuatan laporan pembayaran SPP. Metode Design Thinking merupakan metode pengembangan sistem yang melakuan pendekatan kepada pengguna dalam mendapatkan informasi untuk menganalisis kebutuhan yang dibutuhkan penguna. Dengan merancang sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan oleh admin sekolah diharapkan sistem ini dapat mempermudah pekerjaan admin dalam melakukan pencatatan dan pembuatan laporan pembayaran SPP. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem telah mampu membantu admin dalam melakukan pencatatan langsung terhadap sistem dan sistem juga telah berhasil membuat laporan pembayaran SPP secara otomatis yang sangat membantu pekerjaan admin.
