Abstract

Bina Sarana Informatika University has a lot of campuses, one of which is in the Jatiwaringin area. In marketing activities, UBSI has a team called Markom. One of the success factors of UBSI's marketing is determined by visits to high schools around the UBSI Jatiwaringin campus, where this activity is carried out as a form of cooperation between UBSI and the school in carrying out promotions for campus events whose target is class XII students. In carrying out campus marketing activities, UBSI Jatiwaringin has 15 target schools around the campus. In carrying out the visit, Markom had problems in determining which schools to visit first, because in carrying out campus marketing activities, Markom only provided time with a duration of 08:00-12:00 by making visits starting from the UBSI Jatiwaringin campus and returned to the UBSI Jatiwaringin campus. So it is necessary to have an optimal route pattern to determine the minimum route in the school visit process. To overcome these problems need to apply a method. In this study the Saving Matrix method was used to determine the path and distance of visits to schools with optimal visiting times. The data obtained is in the form of school names, distances, and travel routes from UBSI Jatiwarigin to the schools to be visited. From the results of data processing, it was obtained that the visit time was 6 days with 6 routes with a travel time of 233 minutes which previously did not have rules for using routes but only based on estimates and urgency which sometimes took 8 days. The results of this study indicate that by using the Saving Matrix method the time needed is more optimal because the steps taken are appropriate in solving travel route problems and easy to implement.

Abstract

Currently the cultivation of plants by means of hydroponics is partly a hobby and some are a necessity. The cultivation of hydroponic plants requires a touch of technology such as the Internet of Things (IoT). This technology is very important in order to get crop yields that have good quality and quantity. The Riyadusalihin Islamic Boarding School currently implements plant cultivation by applying hydroponics, because the activities at the Islamic boarding school are quite dense so that in farming they rely on estimates to regulate the temperature and humidity of the air resulting in failure in hydroponic farming such as vegetables not growing well, lack of quality of the plants vegetables and many vegetables wither and eventually die. The purpose of using IoT in smart farming is one of them in the cultivation of vegetable plants so that they can monitor plants without disturbing the activities of the students and can be controlled remotely so that they can condition or stabilize the temperature and humidity of the air in plants. In this study applying IoT technology using the Blynk application, where this application is one of the advances in information technology which is quite popular among smart phone users because the user interface is quite simple, many features are presented by Blynk and easy to access, with the operating system controlled. with Arduino Nano via ESP 8266 and temperature sensor DS18b20 so that monitoring of plants can be done easily and the plants will grow well by having good quality and quantity and the students can get good nutrition which can be obtained from foods such as these vegetables. Keywords: Android, Hydroponics, IoT, Smart Farming   Abstrak Saat ini budidaya tanaman dengan cara hidroponik sebagian menjadi hobi dan ada juga yang menjadi kebutuhan. Dalam budidaya tanaman hidroponik dibutuhkan sentuhan teknologi seperti Internet of Things (IoT). Teknologi ini sangat penting agar mendapatkan hasil tanaman yang memiliki kualitas dan kuantitas yang baik. Pesantren Riyadusalihin saat ini menerapkan budidaya tanaman dengan menerapkan hidroponik, karena kegiatan di pesantren cukup padat sehingga dalam melakukan bercocok tanam dengan mengandalkan perkiraan saja untuk mengatur suhu dan kelembaban udara sehingga mengalami kegagalan dalam bercocok tanam hidroponik seperti sayuran kurang tumbuh dengan baik, kurangnya kualitas dari tanaman sayur serta banyak sayuran yang layu dan akhirnya mati. Tujuan penggunaan IoT pada smart farming ini salah satunya pada budidaya tanaman sayur agar dapat memonitoring tanaman dengan tidak mengganggu aktifitas para santri dan dapat dikendalikan melalui jarak jauh sehingga dapat mengkondisikan atau menstabilkan suhu dan kelembaban udara pada tanaman. Pada penelitian ini menerapkan teknologi IoT dengan menggunakan Aplikasi Blynk, dimana aplikasi ini merupakan salah satu kemajuan teknologi informasi yang cukup populer di  kalangan pengguna smart phone karena user interface yang cukup sederhana, banyak fitur yang disajikan oleh Blynk dan mudah di akses, dengan sistem pengoperasiannya dikendalikan dengan Arduino Nano melalui ESP 8266 dan sensor suhu DS18b20 sehingga memonitoring tanaman dapat dilakukan dengan mudah dan tanaman akan tumbuh dengan baik dengan memiliki kualitas serta kuantitas yang baik dan para santri bisa memperoleh gizi yang baik bisa didapat dari makanan  seperti sayuran tersebut. Abstract

Almayra Jaya Ban is a company operating in the trading business sector which faces complexity in managing various products originating from several different suppliers. The main problem faced by this company is the difficulty in processing different supplier data for optimal evaluation in terms of supplier potential, quality of goods, and availability of goods from various suppliers. Supplier selection is an important decision that can affect operational performance and profits for the company. To increase accuracy and objectivity in decision making, this research uses collaboration between the Naive Bayes Method and the Exponential Comparison Method (MPE). Through experiments and sensitivity analysis, the results show that the integration of these two methods produces more stable and reliable decisions. Validation is carried out using historical data and trials to ensure accuracy. So by collaborating between the Naive Bayes Method and MPE it can be an effective approach in the decision making system for selecting motorbike tire suppliers, by providing more accurate, objective and accountable decisions for this company. The results of this research obtained a decision in selecting suppliers by selecting 7 alternative suppliers to be retained in the motorbike tire procurement cooperation, namely: Dermaga Jaya Motor with a score of 218.90, Ardendi Jaya Sentosa with a score of 217.90, Kumala Motor with a score of 213.08, Sinar Maju Motor got a score of 209.90, Raissa Jaya Motor got a score of 200.90, Nias Jaya Motor got a score of 198.18, Ciruas Jaya Motor got a score of 195.00.

Abstract

Bina Sarana Informatika University (UBSI) is a private university in Indonesia with a large number of students across various study programs. This study focuses on the Information Systems program. A challenge was identified in determining the type of competency certification that aligns with students' interests and talents. The objective of this study is to compare two methods, namely AHP and MOORA, to assist students in selecting the appropriate certification. The criteria considered in this research include Student Interest, Market Demand, Certification Cost, Certification Duration, and Career Prospects. The three alternatives evaluated are the Database Proficiency Test, Program Analysis Competency Certification, and Programmer Certification. Data analysis using the AHP method showed that the Database Proficiency Test achieved the highest score of 0.41, followed by the Program Analysis Competency Certification with a score of 0.33, and the Programmer Certification with a score of 0.26. Similarly, data analysis using the MOORA method yielded comparable rankings: the Database Proficiency Test scored 0.303, the Program Analysis Competency Certification 0.287, and the Programmer Certification 0.276. After comparing the two methods, both AHP and MOORA produced the same results, with the Database Proficiency Test ranking first, followed by the Program Analysis Competency Certification and the Programmer Certification. This finding indicates that the Database Proficiency Test is the most preferred certification among students in the Information Systems program.

Abstract

Measuring patient satisfaction is one of the main indicators of measuring the quality of service in health facilities. Health service providers have difficulty measuring patient satisfaction, problems that are often complained about based on patient perceptions include late arrival of doctors at the clinic, lack of toilet cleanliness, long examination times, and the attitude of some nurses who are not friendly. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the level of satisfaction of patients who were treated at the Karunia Doctor's Practice using the Fuzzy Servqual method. Service quality was analyzed through five dimensions in the Servqual framework, namely tangible evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results of the study showed that the gap value of the five dimensions was negative, indicating that the quality of service provided did not meet the expectations of patients who were treated at the Karunia Doctor's Practice. The dimension with the highest gap value was tangible evidence with a value of -0.77, while the lowest gap value was in the reliability dimension. Thus, it can be concluded that the tangible evidence dimension requires special attention to improve service quality.

Abstract

The components found in laptops are generally the same as those in personal computers (PCs), but they are designed to be smaller, lighter, and more energy-efficient. As technology has advanced, laptops have also undergone many improvements, including in design, processor speed, memory capacity, feature additions, and efficiency in terms of time and space. Additionally, the prices of laptops today are relatively affordable. PT. Varsindo Kimia Abadi is a company engaged in the chemical industry. Currently, the company is facing a challenge in selecting the right laptop for new employees, considering the many brands and specifications available. Therefore, the author aims to provide the best recommendations for laptop selection. In the data analysis process of this research, two methods are adopted: AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). The research results indicate that the best choice for a work laptop is the Asus X441MA with a score of 0.6717, followed by the Lenovo Ideapad IP V130 with a score of 0.5913, and the Asus X407MA as the third alternative with a score of 0.5458.

Abstract

The lecture system at BSI University has practicum courses, where the teaching and learning process is 20% theory and 80% practicum by learning software according to current technological developments. In the practicum-based teaching and learning process, there are several problems including understanding the content of the material delivered by the lecturer, communication between students in class and lecturers because there are many discussions, in practicum learning made in groups to make projects, this group cohesiveness is also an assessment in achieving predetermined targets, the learning atmosphere also supports the teaching and learning process, the process of lecturer assessment of students will be the final result of learning and teaching activities. In the practicum course, 4 credits are provided and this 4 credits time is still considered insufficient to complete quite a lot of material at each meeting, from these problems the author wants to know the prediction of student success rates in practicum course learning. This study uses the naive bayes method with a total sample of 130 samples from the results of a questionnaire distributed to students with 20 questions, so that this study results in that students feel successful in practicum course learning with an accuracy level of 100%, a precision level of 100%, and a recall level of 100% after being processed using rapidminer 5 software.

Abstract

Suatu sistem yang dapat menentukan peringkat dengan cepat dalam proses seleksi dan mengetahui nilai tertinggi serta terendah dari suatu masalah yang terjadi bisa diartikan dengan Sistem pendukung keputusan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menyelesaikan studi kasus dalam menentukan keputusan pemilihan dompet digital yang digunakan sebagai alat pembayaran pada transaksi pembelian dikalangan mahasiswa Universitas BSI program studi Administrasi Bisnis dan Administrasi Perkantoran, dimana banyaknya dompet digital yang bisa digunakan oleh mahasiswa dengan banyaknya penawaran-penawaran yang menarik sehingga membuat bingung dalam memilih dompet digital yang efektif dan efisien untuk kalangan mahassiwa. Oleh karena itu dibuat suatu sistem yang dapat digunakan untuk mendukung keputusan tersebut dengan menggunakan empat kriteria yang digunakan yaitu kerjasama merchant, promo dan penawaran menarik, layanan customer service serta kemudahan aplikasi dalam membantu proses penentuan pemilihan dompet digital. Dimana sistem pendukung keputusan ini menggunakan metode MOORA berdasarkan nilai bobot kriteria yang sudah ditentukan. Pada penelitian ini dihasilkan pemilihan dompet digital dikalangan mahasiswa sesuai peringkat dalam penelitian yaitu GoPay, ShopeePay, OVO, Dana, dan LinkAja.
