Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of information literacy variables on interest in making online loans with perceived ease of use as a moderating variable. The results of this study are expected to be useful and contribute to technology-based financial services, especially in peer-to-peer lending in order to provide safe and good quality services for the community. The object of this research is Indonesia a students who are members of ABM Preneur. The data used in this study is primary data, which was obtained through the distribution of online questionnaires. The sampling method was stratified purposive random sampling. The results showed that information literacy had a negative and partially insignificant effect

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and prove the influence of perceived benefit variables on Paylater user interest with promotional attractiveness as a moderating variable. It is hoped that the results of this research will be useful and contribute to business actors being able to manage and improve their business performance. The object of the research is young entrepreneurs who are members of ABM Preneur. The total population is 71 entrepreneurs. Meanwhile, the total sample was 60 respondents obtained based on the Slovin formula. The data in this research is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. Sampling used the stratified purposive random sampling method. The analysis tool uses Smart PLS 3. The results of this research show: 1. Perceived benefits have a positive and significant effect on interest in using Paylater. 2. Promotional attractiveness does not moderate the influence of perceived benefits on Paylater user interest.

Abstract

Barlin Banana is a leading agricultural products in Bojonegoro. However, the shelflife of Pisang Barlin only 10 days at room temperature. Therefore, a lot of which iswasted because of rotten bananas. As a result, the loss is very large bananagrowers. The selling price of the product is also relatively cheap only around Rp1500 per comb. These conditions led to the welfare of farmers Barlin Banana stilllow. Farmers group Barlin Banana "Papringan" which became a partner in thePKM program is in District Papringan Bojonegoro. Farmers group Barlin Banana"Papringan" was established in 2005 with the purpose as a means of fostering theBarlin Banana Farmers so that productivity and quality of crops Barlin Bananacan be maximized. Existence of banana growers group "Papringan" is felt by thesurrounding community. Since its founding five years ago, members of this groupof banana farmers has reached 100 farmers. If we assume that each farmer groupmembers bear live an average of 3 persons consisting of a wife and 2 children, thenit implies the existence of a group of banana farmers "Papringan" relates to thefate of 400 people in the District Papringan Bojonegoro. Activities undertaken inthe stages: 1) the selection of the group's strategic objectives, 2) grant reliefmachinery and equipment which include machine vacuum fryer, spinner, sealer,tool kit, and digital scales, 3) test, 4) ttraining of machine operation , 4) monitoringand evaluation.The results of this activity is a group of farmers Barlin Banana partners have ownedmachinery and processing equipment Barlin Banana and can operate it well. Anincrease product shelf life of up to 7 months, the farmers profit increased 600%from Rp 1,000 to Rp. 6000. So that the welfare of farmers has also increased

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product development on the business growth of batik in Banyubiru Village, Ngawi Regency with the role of e-commerce as an intervening variable. The type of research used is explanatory research. The sample in this study was 60 batik craftsmen who were taken by incidental sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire and observation. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis, where X1 refers to product development variables, Y1 to e-commerce, and Y2 to business growth. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that product development did not have a positive and significant effect on business growth, and e-commerce did not mediate the effect of product development on business growth.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of perceived ease of use on interest in using pay-later with the moderation of promotion. The research object is SMEs (small and Medium Enterprises) affiliated with ABM Preneur. The sampling method used is stratified purposive random sampling. The researcher determined the sample criteria as follows: 1. SMEs affiliated with ABM Preneur, 2. Awareness or prior use of Paylater. To determine the minimum sample size, the researcher used the Slovin Technique. The population size in this study is 71 SMEs, and a sample of 60 individuals was obtained. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 3, where variable X1 is perceived ease of use, variable Y is interest in using pay-later, and variable Z is promotion. The research results show that H1 and H2 are accepted. Therefore, perceived ease of use has a positive and significant influence on interest in using pay-later. Promotion moderates the influence of perceived ease of use on interest in using pay-later. The limitation of this research is that it only analyzes the moderation of promotion and the influence of perceived ease of use on the interest in using pay-later in SMEs affiliated with ABM Preneur in Malang City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of an independent attitude on the decision to become an entrepreneur with entrepreneurial knowledge as a moderating variable. The type of research used was quantitative with questionnaire data distribution. The population and sample in this study amounted to 50 young entrepreneurs in Malang City. The data analysis method used SPSS assistance. The results showed that an independent attitude had a significant positive effect on the decision to become an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurial knowledge moderates the effect of an independent attitude on the decision to become an entrepreneur

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah untuk menanamkan dan menumbuhkembangkan jiwa social entrepreneurship pada anak yatim dan dhuafa binaan LAZIZ Sabilillah Malang. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, diketahui bahwa semua peserta pelatihan social entrepreneurship pada nak yatim dan dhuafa berbasis wisata edukasi lingkungan sangat antusias, responsif, dan merasa puas terkait semua kegiatan maupun materi yang disampaikan para mentor dan pendamping selama proses pelaksaaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Para peserta pelatihan social entrepreneurship pada anak yatim dan dhuafa berbasis wisata edukasi lingkungan berharap kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilanjutkan dengan mengembangkan potensi anak-anak yatim dan dhuafa binaan LAZIZ Sabilillah Malang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Risk on the adoption of fintech technology with attitude as a moderating variable. The type of research used is explanatory research. The sample in this study were 91 respondents, students of STIE Malangkucecwara who have businesses. The research sample is a saturated sample. The research instrument used a questionnaire and observation. The analysis used Partial Least Squares Structural Equation      Modeling (PLS-SEM), where X1 refers to the variable Perceived Ease of Use, X2 to the variable Perceived Usefulness, X3 to the variable Perceived Risk, Z to the variable Attitude and Y to the variable Adoption of fintech technology. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Risk were proven to have a positive and significant effect on the adoption of Byond by BSI fintech technology. Attitude was not proven to moderate the influence of Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Risk on the adoption of Byond by BSI fintech technology.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of effort expectancy on innovation adoption,moderated by social influence.The sample criteria determined by the researcher were:1. MSMEs that are members of ABM Preneur 2. Know or have used QRIS This study used a saturated sampling technique, resulting in a sample size of 90 individuals in the entire population.Data analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using Smart PLS version 4.1.0.9.The results showed that H1 was accepted while H2 was rejected. Therefore, effort expectancy has a positive and significant effect on innovation adoption. Social influence does not moderate the effect of effort expectancy on innovation adoption.The limitation of this study is that it only analyzes the moderation of social influence on the effect of effort expectations on the adoption of QRIS innovation among MSMEs in Malang City who are members of ABM Preneur
