Abstract

Pontimarket merupakan komunitas UMKM yang berdomisili di Kota Pontianak, dimana sangat membutuhkan adanya sistem informasi akuntansi yang dapat membantu para pelaku UMKM dalam melakukan transaksi penjualan. Sistem yang ada pada Pontimarket saat ini masih dilakukan secara sederhana dengan menggunakan alat bantu buku dan Microsoft Excel sebagai media pencatatan transaksi penjualan. Hal tersebut dapat memungkinkan terjadinya kesalahan dalam pencatatan transaksi, kurang akuratnya laporan yang dibuat, keterlambatan dalam pencarian data yang diperlukan dan membuka peluang sehingga mudah untuk melakukan manipulasi data. Penulis membuat sistem informasi penjualan produk berbasis web pada Pontimarket untuk memudahkan konsumen melakukan transaksi pemesanan penjualan secara online. Sistem informasi akuntasi Penjualan Berbasis Web dalam pembuatannya penulisan menggunakan aplikasi Framework Codigntiner dengan bahasa pemograman hxpertext preprocessor (PHP) program ini juga menggunakan beberapa software pendukung dalam pembuatan webnya seperti Xampp sebagai server lokal, Google Chrome sebagai web browser dan MySql sebagai database server.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi memberikan dampak yang luas di berbagai sektor dan bidang industri , tidak terkecuali bidang akuntansi secara khusus dibagian keuangan . pada perkembangannya baik perusahaan atau instansi dalam pengolahan data keuangan akuntansi masih secara sederhana dan dapat dikatakan masih secara konvensional sehingga kemungkinan kesalahan-kesalahan sering terjadi, serta akurasi data kurang tepat yang menyebabkan salah perhitungan. Pengolahan data APBDES yang sederhana masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan beberapa masih menggunakan pencatatan sederhana menggunakan kertas, sehingga menghasilkan beberapa laporan yang kurang akurat antara laporan satu dengan yang lainnya. Aplikasi  penerimaan kas pada bumdes desa jirak yang akan di bangun dapat digunakan untuk Kaur Keuangan dan Bendahara Aplikasi ini dirancang dapat mengolah data pengguna, data pejabat, serta data anggaran Pendapat dan Belanja Desa (APBDES). Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, diharapkan dapat membantu Kaur Keuangan dan Bendahara dalam mengolah data APBDES lebih efektif , efisien serta akurat.Technological developments provide a broad impact in various sectors and industries, is no exception in the field of financial accounting in particular. on the development of good companies or agencies in the processing of financial accounting data in a simple and still can be said still conventionally so the possibility of mistakes often occur, as well as the accuracy of the data is less precise that cause incorrect calculations. APBDES simple data processing is still using Microsoft Excel and some still use a simple logging to use paper, resulting in some of the less accurate reports between report to each other. Abstract

Bidang Akuntansi telah mengalami berbagai kemajuan dalam hal pengolahan transaksi keuangan sehingga informasi akuntansi dengan mudah dapat diolah dengan cepat. Namun beberapa perusahaan atau instansi dalam pengolahan data keuangan akuntansinya masih secara sederhana sehingga kemungkinan kesalahan-kesalahan sering terjadi serta akurasi data kurang tepat. Pengolahan Data Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa (APBDES) pada Kantor Desa Bakau Kecamatan Jawai. Pengolahan APBDES yang masih sederhana dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Pengolahan data APBDES yang sederhana ini menghasilkan beberapa laporan yang kurang akurat antara laporan satu dengan yang lainnya, padahal antara laporan tersebut sangat berkaitan. Maka dari itu, Penelitian dalam Tugas Akhir ini, membahas Aplikasi Pengolahan Data Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa (APBDES) yang dirancang untuk Kaur Keuangan, Bendahara, dan Aparatur Desa. Aplikasi ini dirancang dapat mengolah data pengguna, data pejabat, data periode, data akun, data bidang, data program, data kegiatan, serta data anggaran Pendapat dan Belanja Desa (APBDES). Laporan yang dihasilkan aplikasin pengolahan data APBDES ini antara lain : Laporan APBDES, Laporan Rencana Penggunaan Dana, Laporan Buku Kas Umum, Laporan Penerimaan, Laporan Pengeluaran dan Laporan Pertanggungjawaban. Dengan adanya aplikasi pengolahan data APBDES pada Kantor Desa Bakau Kecamatan Jawai ini, diharapkan dapat membantu Kaur Keuangan, Bendahara dan Aparatur Desa dalam mengolah data APBDES lebih mudah, cepat dan Akurat.

Abstract

Abstract—Information technology is a general term that describes technology that helps us create, convert, store, communicate and provide information. One of the information technologies is information systems, the purpose of using information systems is to form a single entity that integrates data, processes and stores and distributes information. CV Bela Usaha is a business engaged in vehicle washing services such as cars and motorcycles. Until now, CV Bela Usaha has 5 business branches, and every day it is able to provide services for up to 30 transactions at each branch. Cash out transactions need to be carefully recorded and evidence of their use is kept, cash outflows are needed to purchase or pay operating expenses. Where in every transaction, both cash in and cash out are recorded on the media book, they have not used a computer system. Based on the above background, the author will develop an accounting information system to manage cash in and cash out transactions based on a website. By utilizing the cash inflow and outflow management information system at CV Bela Usaha, which is based on this website, the data backup process is easy to do so as to minimize damage and loss of stored data, and make it easier for users to get reports from each transaction.

Abstract

The Sompak Awe Jaya Cooperative currently manages conventional data, namely recording every savings and loan transaction in a ledger, which is then summarized in Microsoft Excel. Calculations for financial transactions use a calculator, so it takes a long time to process them. So the authors are interested in designing a savings and loan information system at the Sompak Awe Jaya cooperative. The idea of this design is that the finance department can efficiently process savings and loan data, automatic financial calculations are carried out by the system, and membership registration through the application will increase work efficiency. Meanwhile, cooperative managers can track savings and loan activities, view financial transaction data, receive reports, and print existing reports and this system is accessed by two actors, namely admin and finance. Therefore the author aims to create an accounting information system for processing savings and loans so that data management is carried out efficiently and effectively and helps secure existing data because the data is stored in the database. This design uses entity relationship diagram modeling and logical record structure for database design while modeling system flow using user case diagrams, deployment diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams.

Abstract

Adau Kapuas is a company operating in the transportation services sector. In processing income and costs, Adau Kapuas Limited liability companies still use bookkeeping as a data collection medium, such as recording payment and expenses, which are processed starting from recording ticket sales and goods delivery transactions, which process passenger data and goods delivery data. The income obtained from tickets and delivery of goods and the total costs are then entered back into the computer. This proves the difficulty faced by Adau Kapuas, namely having to do work twice daily. This research discusses the application of income and cost processing at Adau Kapuas Pontianak. This application was designed using Netbeans IDE 8.2. It can process admin data, types of goods, types of income, costs, bus classes, destinations, ticket sales transactions, delivery of goods, income transactions, and cost transactions. The reports produced by this application include ticket sales reports, goods delivery reports, income reports, and cost reports. With the income and expense processing application, it is hoped that it can support the performance of Adau Kapuas Pontianak in processing income and expense transactions and presenting reports more easily, quickly, and accurately.

Abstract

KPN Ikhlas is a Civil Servant Cooperative that provides various services to its members, one of which is a savings and loan service. KPN Ikhlas membership is open to all permanent employees in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of West Kalimantan Province which is located at Jalan Sutan Syahrir No. 12 Pontianak. Using the right system development method, namely the Extreme Programming (XP) method which can be used with small to medium sized teams, has the advantage of dealing with frequent changes, being able to adapt quickly to changing needs, and overcoming problems with change through fle ible designs and features. Constraints encountered in one of the data that is still offline. The data processing system is not fully computerized. The risk of miscalculation in savings and loan transactions. General journal reports are still recorded manually without structured arrangements based on the period. There are no special records for saving, borrowing, installments and taking transactions. Delays in the preparation and reports of financial withdrawals. Switching from a manual system to a computerized one will be safer and easier because the process of filling in data must be in accordance with standard forms that are made so that data is stored safely. This system is used to support ongoing data management and in making transaction reports to run quickly so as to minimize errors in inputting report data.

Abstract

PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance is a car showroom company that serves car sales on credit, which is located on Jl. Ayani Megamall Complex Block B. No. 35 36.PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance is a company as an intermediary or service that helps or cooperates with partners in the car loan process. The partner is a limited liability company that sells car units on credit, but if the prospective buyer wants a car loan, the partner will obtain data on the prospective customer's credit application which will then be processed through Mandiri Tunas Finance. Therefore, there are still many partners who need a place to disseminate information on car units with the credit method so that they are widely known by external parties and make it easier for the car loan financing process. So the author makes a website-based car loan financing application at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance uses the PHP (Hypertext Processor) programming language, where this application is made for prospective customers to be able to access the website to apply for a car loan easily and simply select the desired car unit on the website

Abstract

Almal Laundry is a washing service business that still uses book records or notes to manage incoming cash, outgoing cash and recapitulation reports. The methodology used in this study uses the waterfall method. The results of the following research are in the form of an application system design that is able to manage incoming and outgoing cash data. This web-based cash-in and cash-out data management application was created using the programming language PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) as a tool and running the software, Sublime Text 3 as the source code editor, MySQL as database, Php MyAdmin as database editor, and Xampp version 7.3 .6 as the web server. And the output generated in this web-based application includes general ledger reports, cash-in and cash-out reports. With the application of cash in and cash out at the web-based Almal Laundry Pontianak, it is hoped that it can manage cash in and cash out data more effectively and efficiently and the current application system is more conducive

Abstract

Abstract — The rapid development of technology in the current era, in addition to providing positive impacts, certainly also has negative impacts. In Indonesia, based on data from the Cyber Crime Directorate (Dittipidsiber) website, the crime rate related to the ITE Law (Information and Electronic Transactions) is increasing day by day. This encourages digital forensic investigators to be able to develop a concept or method that can be adjusted to digital cases, for example cases of digital data manipulation such as photos or documents. Metadata is an information structure that describes, explains, places in a place or makes it easier to find something, use or manage and sources of information. Metadata can also be interpreted as data about data or information about information. One method or approach that can be done in cases of digital files (photos, videos or documents) can be done using forensic metadata analysis. This is because metadata stores information related to a file. By developing a library from java (metadata-extractor) based on open source and developed in the Netbeans 8.0 application, it will make it easier for an investigator or forensic investigator to conduct a forensic metadata approach, which is expected from the results can be used as valid evidence in the digital forensic investigation process. Keywords – Metadata, Digital Forensics, Cyber Crime, Metadata Analysis, Digital Evidence
