Abstract

This research conducted in Jombang Tjoekir PG aims to determine how the effect of staffing and job satisfaction on employee performance. The total sample of 133 respondents and the sampling technique using random sampling. This research used path analysis. The results of the regression analysis showed that the direct effect with probability value of 0,329 and path coefficient of 0,000. So it can be concluded that supported the hypothesis 1. The result of the regression analysis showed that the direct effect on staffing toward to job satisfaction has significant effect with probability value of 0,000 and path coefficient value of 0,464, so it can be concluded that the result supported the hypothesis 2. The result of the regression analysis showed that the direct effect on staffing toward to employee performance has significant effect with probability value of 0,400 and path coefficient value of 0,000 so it can be concluded that the research result support the hypothesis 3 because there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. The total effect is larger (0.460) compared to its direct effect on the staffing of variable toward to performance of employees (0.329) and the indirect effect of (0.131). This means that the staffing variable of amplifying the job satisfaction and employee performance variable, so the hypothesis 4 is accepted. This can be shown by the Adjusted R-square value was 0.357 or 35.7% with a significance of 0.000. This means that only 35.7% performance of employees variable affected by the variable staffing and job satisfaction while the remaining 64.3% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan penjelaskan pengaruh kebijakan hutang, keputusan investasi dan profitabilitas terhadap kaitannya di dalam mengungkit nilai perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian eksplanatori. Sampel yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan food and beverages yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2015-2018 dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda sebagai alat analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan baik secara parsial maupun simultan, kebijakan hutang, keputusan investasi dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims  to determine the impact of and health on job satisfaction in Sugar Refinery Kebon Agung Malang. The number of population is 241 employees. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. Sample in this study using the Slovin formula, obtained the results as many  as 150 respondents. This study using descriptive analysis with quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection tool and using the technique of multiple linear regression analysis to measure the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable is the salvation (X1) and health (X2) as the independent variable and job satisfaction as a variable dependent (Y). The results of this research stated  that safety and health has positive and significant impact to the job satisfaction in Sugar Refinery Kebon Agung Malang. This is shown by the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.427 or 4.27% by F significance 0,000 F and partial effect also show significant impact, this study found that health variables has a greater impact  influence on other vaiables, this is the show with a regression coeficient of 0.636 DOI : https://doi.org/10.26905/jbm.v4i2.1705

Abstract

Abstract Unlikethe private  radio whoseprimary interests  is reaping  economic profitatthe  expense of orginalizing other social benefit, community radio is the one that is owned, managed by, from and for thecommunity’swellbeing. It isalocal,low-power broadcasting specifically designed for serving the entire interest of community members. Itputs audiences’ cultural identity development at it stoppriority. Unfortunately, thisi deal never materialize due to its poor human resources quality in managing the radio station and producing on-air radio program as well as its broadcaster ’sinadequate announcing skills especially with regard to broadcasting code of conduct. To makething even worst, its on-air program broadcast operates exclusively for the owner’s interest and meeting its restricted fansclub members. As such, its daily on-air radio content program does not take the people’s interest into consideration.It does not involve its other stakeholders such as village government apparatus, prominent leaders, and its faithfull isteners inboth radio management as well as radio program broadcasting development. To help solve the problem, this Ibm  project  have designed as aseries of capacity building methods by mean so inclass training as well as on the job clinic coaching for community radio staffs and practicing ads production at Communication Department Laboratory. The training  module coverson-airradio  broadcasting  codeof conduct, announcing skills, spot advertising and radio program production. To facilitate their capacities building, the project has granted aset of technical devices such as digital voice recorder and station transmitter link. Like wise,it trained radio community stakeholders on matters such as the definition, regulation of community radio along with ideal organizational structure which was solely aimed at having  them participatein  operating  radio management. There search  found  that after capacity building intervention activities, the radio personnel program broadcasting skills has improved significantly. Similarly, the  stakeholders’ skills  have  also increased. Seeing from this, radio community canoperate as villagers public sphere; anarena for deliberating on matters on common concerns and then reachinga consensus of  the problem for their sole  future betterment. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the customer is positively related to the buying decisions of consumers at Cafe Bukit Delight Malang, to determine whether the cost is positively associated with the buying decisions of consumers to Cafe Bukit Delight Malang, to determine whether convenience is positively related to the buying decisions of the consumer to Cafe Bukit Delight Malang, and to find out whether the communication is positively associated with the buying decisions of the consumer to Cafe Bukit Delight Malang.  The benefit of this research is that it becomes material for consideration, input for companies, and insights for future researchers. The results of this study can be concluded that the variables customer, cost, convenience, and communication have a significant and direct relationship with consumer buying decisions.  The results of this study indicate that the dominant influencing variable is communication.

Abstract

Modern consumers regard social media as a reference group through which they can meet their demands by trading-up purchases for the purpose of recognition in reference groups. Limited edition products are those that take advantage of consumer requirements in this way. Consumers have a more favorable view toward a brand the more closely their self-image and the brand image aligned. The purpose of this study is to examine the 4B marketing mix including Best, Bargaining, Buffer Stocking, and Bombarding towards customer attitude in the context of footwear. Using a quantitative explanatory approach, the sample of this study is 97 people who are consumers of footwear with the Converse Brand in Malang City. The research instrument used an online questionnaire and was analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using SPSS version 25. The findings showed that the variables Best, Bargaining, Buffer Stocking, and Bombarding were able to influence customers' attitudes towards Converse footwear consumers in Malang. It is hoped that through these findings, the Converse brand will increase the dissemination of information regarding product quality and retailer capabilities as well as marketing optimization in strengthening consumer perceptions regarding the brand.
