Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Economic Growth (PE), Regional Original Revenue (PAD) on the Human Development Index (HDI) in 23 districts/cities in Aceh province for 5 (five) years, namely 2013-2017. The method used is panel data regression analysis. The chow test results show that the best model for this panel data is the fixed effect model. This study concludes that independent variables are simultaneously significant towards the Human Development Index. Partially significant economic growth is positive for the human development index in districts/cities in Aceh province. And local original income is significantly positive towards the Human Development Index, meaning that economic growth and local revenue can increase the Human Development Index in districts/cities in Aceh province. From these findings, it can be interpreted that the ability of the independent variable can account for, 54.51% of the Index Human Development. And the remaining 45.49% is explained by other variables not included in this study. The district/city government is expected to increase economic growth and local revenue so that it will continue to contribute to improving the Human Development Index.

Abstract

The number of people continues to grow means economic needs are also increasing, so it needs additional revenue every year. This can be achieved by increasing the aggregate output (goods and services) or Gross Regional Domestic Product every year. This study aims to determine the comparison of the leading economic sectors of Banda Aceh City as an information and consideration in the planning of economic development. Using secondary data in the form of Gross Regional Domestic Product of Banda Aceh City Period 2012-2016. The analytical tools used are Location Quotient (LQ) analysis, Shift Share Analysis. Location Quotient analysis results show that the calculation of Shift-Share Gross Regional Domestic Product  of Banda Aceh without Oil and Gas Regency during the period of 2012-2016 shows that the value of Proportional Shift (P) there is a positive value of Mining and Quarrying and Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, while for the sector - sectors with negative Proportional Shift (P) values have one sector, namely Processing Industry. The sectors are categorized as the basic sector in the economy of Banda Aceh City which has LQ> 1 value ranging from the largest is the service sector of the company and the water supply sector, waste management, waste and recycling. The sectors are categorized as non-base sector because it has LQ <1 value ie agriculture, forestry and fishery.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis, menganalisa dan menentukan sektor potensial perekonomian sehingga dapat dijadikan sektor unggulan yang maju danberkembang di Provinsi Aceh. Dengan menggunakan data sekunder yaitu data PDB danPDRB (Produk Domestik Regional Bruto) tahun 2012-2016, dengan menggunakan metodeAnalisis Location Quotient (LQ). Hasil perhitungan LQ Provinsi Aceh selama 5 tahun,maka dapat teridentifikasi sektor-sektor potensial dan non potensial. Perlunya meningkatkanProduk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) atas dasar harga konstan agar merumuskanstrategi pengembangan potensi wilayah yang paling menguntungkan di masa mendatangdengan mengembangkan sektor potensial yaitu 1. sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan, dan Perikanan;2. sektor Konstruksi; 3. sektor Perdagangan Besar dan Eceran; Reparasi Mobil dan SepedaMotor; 4. sektor Transportasi dan Pergudangan; 5. sektor Real Estate; 6. sektor AdministrasiPemerintahan, Pertahanan dan Jaminan Sosial Wajib; dan 7. Sektor Jasa Kesehatan dan KegiatanSosial. Ketujuh sektor tersebut di Provinsi Aceh merupakan sektor potensial, yaitu sektor yangtingkat spesialisasinya lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan sektor yang sama di wilayah nasional.Pemerintah Provinsi Aceh untuk dapat memperhatikan dan mengembangkan sektor-sektorekonomi, dengan menggunakan kebijakan yang potensial dalam pengembangan sektor ekonomidan memberi dampak untuk meningkatkan kemajuan daerah dan kesejahteraan masyarakat yangberkelanjutan.

Abstract

Many companies have been consuming natural resources and energy in unsustainable systems in recent years. This has released many greenhouse gases and has caused various problems, especially for the environment, social and economic, originating from waste disposal and climate change, especially at the local level. However, many organizations have started implementing their work system with Green Management. This is due to the growing concern over pollution, depletion of natural resources and global warming. The application of Green Management to the world of work currently has various obstacles. These bottlenecks can be reduced by prioritizing bottlenecks as critical so that higher priority constraints can be used first to address issues more effectively with resources. Priorities like this are crucial, especially for developing MSMEs with minimal resources. This paper specifically aims to identify the factors hindering Green Management's implementation. The TOPSIS fuzzy method is used in making decisions by prioritizing obstacles from an environmental, social, and economic perspective. The results of the investigation indicated that lack of awareness/information, technology risks and weak policies were obstacles to implementing GM. Prioritizing barriers with different perspectives is one way to assist in making decisions or policies, especially for industry and MSMEs, in mitigating these obstacles more effectively.

Abstract

management of village funds in the village requires proper accountability, transparency and community participation. This study aims to examine the effect of accountability, transparency and community participation on the effectiveness of managing village funds. This research belongs to the category of quantitative research, the type of research used is associative. The population in this study were all heads of families in the village of Lambheu totaling 2079 families. While the research sample is100 people. The result shows that there are simultaneous influences of accountability, transparency and community participation on the effectiveness of managing village funds (Case Study of Gampong Lambheu, Darul Imarah District, Aceh Besar District). fcount value of 53.392 with a significant value of 0.001. The probability value (0.001) is less than 0.05. Partial testing also has an effect where tcount X1 > ttable (2.787> 1.986), tcount X2 > ttable (3.444> 1.986), and tcount X3 > ttable (3.099> 1.986). Meanwhile, the moderation test is known to strengthen the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The R-square coefficient is 0.625, meaning 62.5%, the proportion of changes in village fund management can be explained by changes in the variables of accountability, transparency and community participation. From this study it can be seen that there is a simultaneous and partial influence.

Abstract

Competence is a factor that influences increasing employee work productivity, work productivity has a relationship with competence. Work productivity is a function of competence, attitudes and actions. Competency is a characteristic of knowledge, skills, behavior and experience to carry out a particular job or role effectively. The aim of this research is to determine the magnitude of the influence of supervision, competency and work training on the work productivity of employees at the Aceh Province Education Service. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire and data analysis uses multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the t test (partial) for the monitoring variable, it has a value of tcount>ttable (2.428>1.566), with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then Ha is accepted. The results of the t test (partial) for the competency variable have a value of tcount>ttable (2.862>1.566), with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then Ha is accepted and the results of the ttest (partial) for the job training variable have a value of tcount>ttable (3.000 >1.566), with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then Ha is accepted. This means that job training has a partial effect on the work productivity of employees at the Aceh Provincial Education Service. Based on the results of the f test (simultaneous), it concludes that the value of Fcount>Ftable is (5.262>2.264), with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then Ha is accepted. This means that supervision, competency and job training simultaneously influence the work productivity of employees at the Aceh Provincial Education Service

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the simultaneous influence of the promotion mix, price and product quality on customer satisfaction with Digital by.U internet card users at PT. Telkomsel Banda Aceh. This research was conducted on Digital by.U internet card users at PT. Telkomsel Banda Aceh, while the object of this research is the promotion mix, price, product quality and customer satisfaction with a selected sample of 98 people. The data analysis equipment in this research uses a Likert scale and multiple linear regression data analysis. The research results show that the promotion mix, price and product quality together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with Digital by.U internet card users at PT. Telkomsel Banda Aceh obtained Fcount > Ftable (67.780 > 2.701) at a significance level of 0.000, then the research results also prove that the individual promotion mix has a significant effect on customer satisfaction for users of the Digital by.U internet card at PT. Telkomsel Banda Aceh with a regression coefficient value of 0.160 with a significance level of 0.000. The research results also prove that price, individually, has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with Digital by.U internet card users at PT. Telkomsel Banda Aceh with a regression coefficient value of 0.112, with a significance level of 0.004 and individual product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a regression coefficient value of 0.157 with a significance value of 0.000 at a = 5%. It is hoped that the results of this research will be useful for PT. Telkomsel Banda Aceh to be able to further increase customer satisfaction in the future.

Abstract

Human resource management is an activity that must be carried out by every company to produce quality human resources. Perumdam Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh City implements an incentive program as additional income outside of salary or wages for Perumdam Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh City to encourage increased employee work productivity. The aim of this research is to determine the magnitude of the influence of incentives, work facilities and motivation on employee work productivity at Perumdam Tirta Daroy, Banda Aceh City. The employee population at Perumdam Tirta Daroy, Banda Aceh City is 215 employees and the sample taken after using the Slovin formula is 68 employees. Based on the results of the t test (partial) the incentive variable value tcount>ttable (2.489>1.669), with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that incentives have a partial effect on employee work productivity, then the test results (partial) regarding the work facility variable have a value of tcount>ttable (1.767>1.669), with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that work facilities have a partial effect on employee work productivity and the results of the t test (partial) work motivation variable value tcount>ttable (1.772>1.669), with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that work motivation has a partial effect on employee work productivity. Based on the results of the f test (simultaneous), it was concluded that the value of Fcount>Ftable was (8.889>2.750), with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that incentives, work facilities and work motivation simultaneously influence employee work productivity at Perumdam Tirta Daroy, Banda Aceh City

Abstract

This research was conducted on the millennial generation at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Banda Aceh City. The sample in this study was the millennial generation who saved at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Banda Aceh City as many as 96 respondents. The samples were taken using stratified random sampling technique. Taking into consideration that the population is varied, has different characters, is heterogeneous and the exact number is not yet known. The model used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that trust and service quality simultaneously influence the interest in saving of the millennial generation at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Banda Aceh City. Trust influences the interest in saving of the millennial generation at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Banda Aceh City. Service quality influences the interest in saving of the millennial generation at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Banda Aceh City. The correlation coefficient (R) value is 0.692, which shows that the degree of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 0.692 or 69.2%, so interest in saving has a close and positive relationship with trust and service quality. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.479, meaning that interest in saving can be explained by trust and service quality by 0.479 or 47.9%. Meanwhile, the remaining 52.1% is explained by other variables outside of this research which might influence interest in saving.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work intensity and discipline on the performance of Jaya District office employees, Aceh Jaya Regency. The research methodology in this study is a complete survey/enumeration method, with a total sample and population of 32 employees of the Jaya District office, Aceh Jaya Regency. The analysis used was multiple linear analysis, data processing with the help of SPSS program analysis. The results of the research show that intensive and disciplinary variables influence the performance of employees at the sub-district office of Jaya District, Jaya Regency, simultaneously and partially.
