This study aims to determine the effect of selling prices and distribution costs on the volume of bulk asphalt sales at PT. Main Aceh Facilities in Lamreh Aceh Besar. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research data processing was carried out using the SPSS for windows software model. The results showed that the selling price variable partially had a significant effect on the sales volume of bulk asphalt at PT. Sarana Aceh Utama, because the t-count value is greater than the t-table value or Ha is accepted, namely (17.876 > 1.672) and the significant level is below 0.05, i.e. (0.000 < 0.05) and the distribution cost variable partially has no significant effect on sales volume of bulk asphalt at PT. Sarana Aceh Utama, because the t-count value is smaller than the t-table value, namely (-3.661 <1.672) and the significant level is below 0.05, namely (0.001 <0.05) or Ha is rejected. The selling price and distribution cost variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the sales volume of bulk asphalt at PT. Sarana Aceh Utama, because the calculated F value is greater than the table F value, which is (1689.417 > 3.16) and the significant level is below 0.05, namely (0.000 < 0.05) or Ha is accepted.

This study aims to determine the effect of network quality, service quality, emotionality, and cost on customer satisfaction of telkomsel card users, either partially or simultaneously. the population in this study were telkomsel card customers in the village of Bukit Ewih Tamidelem. The sampling technique used was random sampling with a total sample of 87 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and for hypothesis testing, t-test and f-test are used. The results showed that: (1) the value of t-count> t-table (5.080>1.66298), then the results partially there is a positive influence between network quality on customer satisfaction. (2) The value of t-count> t-table (1.999 > 1.66298), then the results partially have a positive influence between service quality and customer satisfaction. (3) The value of t-count>t-table (4.672>1.66298), then the results partially have a positive influence between emotional and customer satisfaction. (4) The value of t-count>t-table (2.791>1.66298), then the results partially have a positive influence between costs and customer satisfaction. (5) Network quality, service quality, emotionality, and cost simultaneously affect customer satisfaction in the village of Bukit Ewih Tamidelem, Central Aceh district. With the value of f-count>f-table, that is (51.120>2.01). From the results of multiple linear regression equations, it can be seen that network quality, service quality, emotionality, and costs have a positive influence on customer satisfaction

The purpose of this community service activity is to utilize used goods into items of economic value, which are part of the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education. This service activity is carried out in the form of training for the community in Gampong Lamjame Lamkrak, Simpang Tiga Sub-District, Aceh Besar District. The number of participants who participated in this training was 18 people. The materials used in this training are: used cans, wrapping paper, coffee sachets, glue, markers, yarn, and patchwork. The method of implementing this activity is to teach how to make moneybox and bags from used goods, besides that, socialization activities about the love of saving from an early age are also carried out so that children's saving spirit increases. The enthusiasm of the participants in participating in this activity is very high and it is hoped that this activity will be useful for the children and young women of Lamjame Lamkrak Village.

Sektor pertanian memegang peranan penting dalam pembangunan perekonomian Indonesia. Salah satu faktor yang menjadi perhatian khusus adalah bagaimana meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman tanpa merusak lingkungan. Penggunaan pupuk kimia secara berlebihan akan mengganggu keseimbangan ekosistem, dan lama kelamaan tanah akan menjadi tandus. Saat ini penggunaan pupuk kimia oleh petani telah melebihi dosis yang dianjurkan, sehingga dapat mengganggu keseimbangan ekosistem tanah. Akibat penggunaan pupuk kimia yang berlebihan, mikroorganisme pengurai seperti zat rensik dan cacing tanah perlahan punah. Pemanfaatan jerami padi dan kotoran ternak (kotoran hewan) merupakan salah satu alternatif yang sangat tepat untuk mengatasi hal di atas. Untuk menghindari penggunaan pupuk kimia yang berlebihan, salah satu alternatifnya adalah dengan mengubah limbah pertanian dan peternakan menjadi pupuk organik (bokashi). Hingga saat ini limbah pertanian seperti jerami padi dan kotoran sapi telah tersedia dalam jumlah yang sangat banyak namun belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Mitra usaha utama dalam program kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah Kelompok Tani Makmur Jaya, Desa Dilib Lamteungoh, Kecamatan Sukamakmur, dan Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Kelompok usaha ini terdiri dari ibu-ibu dan remaja putri yang dibentuk pada tahun 2020, saat pandemi COVID-19 masih melanda nusantara. Kelompok tani yang hanya berjarak 17 km dari Kampus Universitas Syiah Kuala (USK) ini memanfaatkan lahan kosong di area sebelah balai desa untuk bercocok tanam berbagai tanaman dan sayuran yang hasilnya dijual kepada warga dan/atau ke pasar Sibreh/Samahani.

The results of the study show that profitability has a partial effect on stock prices in pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Liquidity has a partial effect on stock prices in pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Solvency has a partial effect on stock prices in pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Every company have to prepare financial statements and these reports must be reported, but there are companies that report financial statements that are not on time, which causes some companies to not report audited financial statements. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of company size, solvency, profitability, and company age on audit delayThis research is a type of quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The sample in this study amounted to 39 companies. The sampling method in this study used a purposive sampling method. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical methods, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that company size has a significant effect on audit delay. Solvability has no significant effect on Audit Delay. Company Profitability has a significant effect on Audit Delay. Company Age The company has a significant effect on Audit Delay. Company Size, Solvability, Profitability, Company Age simultaneously or jointly affect Audit Delay.

This research was conducted on the millennial generation at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Banda Aceh City. The sample in this study was the millennial generation who saved at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Banda Aceh City as many as 96 respondents. The samples were taken using stratified random sampling technique. Taking into consideration that the population is varied, has different characters, is heterogeneous and the exact number is not yet known. The model used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that trust and service quality simultaneously influence the interest in saving of the millennial generation at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Banda Aceh City. Trust influences the interest in saving of the millennial generation at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Banda Aceh City. Service quality influences the interest in saving of the millennial generation at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Banda Aceh City. The correlation coefficient (R) value is 0.692, which shows that the degree of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 0.692 or 69.2%, so interest in saving has a close and positive relationship with trust and service quality. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.479, meaning that interest in saving can be explained by trust and service quality by 0.479 or 47.9%. Meanwhile, the remaining 52.1% is explained by other variables outside of this research which might influence interest in saving.

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of profitability and firm size simultaneously on zakat expenditure in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The data used in this study are secondary data and primary data obtained from the company's financial statements. The technique used as an analytical tool in this study is by using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 23 program. In this study hypothesis testing was carried out using the t test which is a partial test and the F test which is a simultaneous test at a 95% confidence level. The results of the study show that profitability has an effect on zakat expenditure in Indonesian Islamic commercial banks with a β1 value of 0.507 with the calculation results of β1 ≠ 0 or the tcount value (4.971) is greater than the ttable value (1.995). Firm size has an effect on zakat expenditure at Indonesian Islamic commercial banks with a β2 value of 0.427 with the calculation results of β2 ≠ 0 or the tcount value (5.958) is greater than the table value (1.995). Profitability and company size simultaneously influence the issuance of zakat on Indonesian Islamic commercial banks with a Fcount value (26.012) greater than Ftable value (3.132). The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained with a value of 0.514 means that by 51.4% changes in the variable bond (zakat expenditure on Indonesian Islamic commercial banks) can be explained by changes in profitability, company size and company age. Meanwhile, the remaining 48.6% is explained by other factors outside the three variables described above, such as liquidity, company performance, stock prices and others.

Abstract: When investing funds in a company, an investor must pay attention to the stock returns they will receive. Apart from that, investors must also pay attention to the company's performance as well as other factors such as: inflation, Rupiah exchange rate and interest rates and so that investors can benefit from the investment. This study aims to find out the impact of inflation, Rupiah exchange rate and interest rates on stock returns in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. to determine the impact of the rupiah exchange rate on stock returns in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. To find out the impact of interest rates on stock returns in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. To determine the impact of inflation, interest rates, and the rupiah exchange rate on stock returns in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. research used is quantitative research. This study uses purposive sampling, data collection techniques namely documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is to use multiple linear regression results. The results of the t-test statistical analysis for the inflation variable have a significant negative effect on stock returns in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. The results of the t-test statistical analysis for the rupiah exchange rate variable have a negative and significant effect on stock returns in LQ45 companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia for the 2016-2021 period. The results of the t-test statistical analysis for the interest rate variable have a negative and significant effect on stock returns at LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. Inflation, interest rates and rupiah exchange rates simultaneously and significantly affect stock returns.
