Abstract

Researchers investigated the relationship between employee engagement, meeting applications, leadership and organization performance. This research combines the social media usage model that has been developed previously with the engagement model by William Khan. This research uses quantitative methods with a population of private tertiary institutions in Aceh Province and a total sample of 280 lecturers who were taken by purposive sampling technique based on certain criteria. The results of the structural equation model analysis show that the performance of private universities in Aceh can be influenced by employee engagement, application meetings, and leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between regulatory understanding, asset management, asset knowledge, internal control standards (SPI) and apparatus behavior on the optimization of regional assets in the Aceh Province SKPA. The population in this study were SKPK/ SKPA with 4 fields/sub-fields and 2 employees in the asset sector. The analysis method used is qualitative and the results of the research show that understanding of regulations, asset management, asset knowledge, internal control standards (SPI) and apparatus behavior has a positive impact on the optimization of regional assets of the Aceh Government.

Abstract

Transjakarta bus service business entrepreneurs Pekanbaru (TMP) has not granted the rights of consumers as users of Trans Metro bus service Pekanbaru (TMP) in terms of security and safety because there is still an accident. Pekanbaru City Community as a user of Trans Metro Bus Service Pekanbaru (TMP) is not fully understand procedure and standard claimed in PT (Persero) Asuransi Jasa Raharja in case of accident. The formulation of the problem: how is the implementation of consumer protection system for public transportation service users of Trans Metro Bus Pekanbaru (TMP) in Pekanbaru City in 2016 ?. The purpose of this research: to know the implementation of consumer protection system for public transportation service user of Bus Trans Metro Pekanbaru (TMP) in Pekanbaru City 2016 in accordance with Law Number 8 Year 1999 About Consumer Protection. Primary data sources through interviews as well as secondary data sources. Data analysis technique is conducted by qualitative descriptive analysis. Transparent: book clauses already covered by insurance are included in the ticket, while the Trans Metro Pekanbaru (TMP) schedule every route is listed around Bus Trans Metro Pekanbaru bus stop, Trans Metro Pekanbaru bus (TMP) gives the opportunity to travel for free at the beginning of the operation of public transport Bus Trans Metro Pekanbaru (TMP) for 3 (three) months. Accountability: the guarantee given is to give free travel by public transportation Bus Trans Metro Pekanbaru (TMP) as much as 10 (ten) times, the user of Trans Metro Bus Service Pekanbaru (TMP) has been covered by insurance if accidents happen. Conditional: Bus Trans Metro Bus service business entrepreneurs Pekanbaru (TMP) give a report in writing the whole event to the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) Pekanbaru City. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the Aceh Kupula Indah souvenir craft business in Garot Kab. Pidie. Data collection was carried out using interviews and questionnaires to the owner of the Kupula Indah Souvenir business and the head of the District UMKM Office. Pidie. This research method is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that the Covid-19 pandemic had a bad impact on the sustainability of the Kupula Indah Souvenir craft business. Sales turnover decreased by 52% during the pandemic. The level of business productivity has become more passive during the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic. There are many obstacles in the marketing of souvenir products and the difficulty of achieving sales targets due to the continued spread of Covid-19, resulting in the government issuing a policy of limiting all public activities, which also hampers economic activities. It is hoped that the Kupula Indah Souvenir business owner should upgrade and develop new strategies in the Kupula Indah Souvenir business marketing system so that it can continue to grow and survive in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, and the MSME Service is expected to be more optimal in conducting coaching activities for business owners. and carried out evenly even though in a short time but also adequately

Abstract

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior is a set of behaviors that are carried out based on awareness as a result of learning that enables a person or family to help themselves in the health sector and play an active role in realizing personal and family health. the implementation of PHBS in households is the responsibility of every household member. According to Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) in 2013, the proportion of households that met PHBS criteria was 32.3%. The purpose of this education is to increase the knowledge of housewives about problems with PHBS. The methods used in this counseling are pre-test and post-test using questionnaires and question and answer lectures. The results of the pre test for housewives who were present at the extension activities were in the low category (18%) and after being given knowledge counseling the respondents were in the high category (81%). The conclusion regarding this counseling is that there is a very significant increase in knowledge of the respondents before being given education with after being given counseling about PHBS.

Abstract

This Community dedication was expected to be able to increase the synergy between lecturers and the community in supporting productive Ramadan in Surien village, Meuraxa District, Banda Aceh. Through this service activity, it was expected that it would be able to foster a broader curiosity and made the community independent, creative and innovative in undergoing Ramadan, even though in the midst of increasing cases of COVID-19 in Indonesia and Banda Aceh in particular, by making efforts to generate Community Resilience by socializing the Utilization of Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA), so that the Surien village community was able to use plants and land at home. The implementation of this Community dedication program was carried out in several stages of implementation as follows: Preparation of service protocols, Initial survey of target locations and problems, Meetings with geuchik and village officials, Distributing masks, Socialization the use of Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA), Ramadhan Lectures, ends with Ramadan Donation and preparation of reports. Presentation of the counseling materials was conducted by lecturing using power point slide which contained an explanation of nine types of superior family medicinal plants, as well as by inviting the public to plant TOGA. Community dedication in Surien aimed to unite or to synergize the presence of lecturers with the Surien community in the implementation of Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The success of this community dedication was assessed from the number of participants (75%), the achievement of goals (80%), the achievement of material targets (80%) and the success of planting TOGA at home (80%). The conclusion of this community dedication was that TOGA counseling could increase people's knowledge and understanding of TOGA and the 9 plants that had been clinically tested.

Abstract

Strategi untuk mengatasi anemia pada remaja putri sudah banyak dilakukan. Namun intervensi yang sudah dilaksanakan belum dapat bisa menurunkan angka kejadian anemia, oleh karena itu sangat penting dilakukan edukasi kesehatan mengenai pencegahan anemia pada remaja. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja putri tentang pencegahan anemia gizi sehingga remaja dapat melaksanakan upaya yang baik dalam mengkonsumsi makanan yang mengandung gizi yang tepat. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan tiga intervensi utama, yaitu (1) Sarapan dan Minum TTD Bersama di pesntren setiap minggu sekali sebagai satu kesatuan kegiatan; (2) Edukasi gizi yang bersifat multi-sektor dengan tujuan mempromosikan asupan makan yang sehat dan aktivitas fisik; (3) Komunikasi untuk perubahan perilaku yang relevan dan komprehensif. Sasaran kegiatan pada remaja putri Warga Pesantren AL-Zahrah. Hasil pre-test dan post-test yang dilakukan berkaitan dengan paparan materi edukasi, didapatkan data bahwa ada peningkatan nilai rata-rata sebanyak sepuluh poin dari 70 menjadi 80 poin. Evaluasi kegiatan edukasi gizi ada peningkatan pengetahuan santriwati setelah diberikan edukasi gizi seimbang tentang isi piringku, disisi lain memerikan edukasi gizi dengan metode ceramah telah terbukti bisa memberikan peningkatan pada pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku santriwati, edukasi gizi seimbang yang cukup efektif dengan adanya peningkatan pemahaman tentang gizi seimbang pada remaja putri di pesantren. Peningkatan pengetahuan dan penerapan perilaku hidup sehat pada remaja dapat tercapai dengan adanya kolaborasi antara remaja, pendidik dan orangtua serta tenaga kesehatan. Para pendidik dapat menyampaikan pesan-pesan tentang perilaku hidup sehat melalui pembelajaran di kelas, sedangkan orangtua memantau dan mengingatkan remaja selama berada di rumah. Tenaga kesehatan dalam menyampaikan pesan kunci perlu menggunakan media yang tepat sesuai dengan sasaran agar mudah dipahami dan diingat oleh audiens.
