The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of career development in influencing competence on teacher performance. The study was conducted in all the high schools in Jember. The variables used in this study consisted of competence, career development and teacher performance. The type of research is a quantitative approach research with explanatory research methods. The population is all economics teachers in Jember City Public High School. The method used to determine the sample is purposive sampling with the criteria of permanent teachers who have worked for 2 years at a minimum. Data analysis method uses path analysis. After being analyzed, the results of the t test and path analysis, can be seen that competence has a significant effect on teacher career development and teacher performance. The analysis also shows that career development is able to mediate competence in teacher performance. A teacher who has competence, it will be easy to develop a career which will have an impact on performance. Professional teachers, will always have high demands in their work, so with competence and good career development, the performance will also be better.

Fakta di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa ekonomi bisnis sering dianggap sulit oleh para siswa. Hal ini diindikasikan oleh hasil belajar siswa yang kurang memuaskan yang berakibat pada proses belajar mengajar yang kurang memuaskan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi bisnis dengan model pembelajaran multiple intelligences semester gasal kelas X AP 1. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan metode pengambilan data metode observasi dan metode dokumemter. Setelah dilakukan penelitian di dapatkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran multiple intelligences Data yang diperoleh dari pra tindakan, siklus I, dan siklus II menunjukkan adanya peningkatan Prestasi belajar siswa (kreatifitas dan evaluasi). Dimana prestasi belajar siswa (kreatifitas) pada komponen bertanya pada guru 13,88% meningkat menjadi 30,55%, komponen menjawab pertanyaan guru yang sebelumnya 22,22% pada pra tindakan meningkat menjadi 36,11%, komponen memberi pendapat yang sebelumnya 16,66% pada pra tindakan meningkat menjadi 19,44%, untuk komponen memahami tugas yang diberikan pada pra tindakan 30,55% meningkat menjadi 69,44%. Sedangkan perolehan prestasi belajar siswa (evaluasi) dengan perolehan nilai evaluasi < 60,00 pada pra tindakan 50% meningkat menjadi 36,11%, nilai 60 ? 69 pada pra tindakan 33,33% meningkat menjadi 41,66%, dan perolehan nilai 70 ? 80 pada pra tindakan 16,67% meningkat menjadi 22,22%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah dengan model pembelajaran Multiple Intelegences dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar Siswa kelas X AP 1 SMK Negeri 4 Jember, serta model pembelajaran ini dapat diterapkan sebagai salah satu alternatif pembelajaran pada mata pelejaran Ekonomi Bisnis.

Metode pembelajaran berkembang di saat dunia menghadapi pandemi Covid 19. Dimana seluruh manusia dibatasi untuk berinteraksi. Segala aspek terdampak tanpa terkecuali dunia pendidikan. Dengan segela keterbatasan, pendidikan harus berjalan agar dunia tidak menjadi gelap akan ilmu. Muncullah metode pembelajaran secara daring atau tatap muka dengan online antara pendidik dan siswanya. Berjalan seiring waktu dan 3 tahun berlalu dengan pembelajaran daring, banyak metode digunakan secara online agar kegiatan pembelajaran dapat berlangsung. Pandemi mulai dapat diatasi dengan kesadaran masyarakat, akhirnya pada beberapa sekolah terutama pondok mulai memberanikan diri dengan sekolah tatap muka, bahkan setahun setelah pandemi sekolah pondok tetap muka dengan protokol yang ketat. Keputusan tersebut diambil karena seperti yang telah dijelaskan bahwa tidak semua siswa memiliki ponsel android, tidak semua siswa menguasai teknologi, dan siswa bosan jika dirumah saja. Siswa merasa pembelajaran tersebut tidak efektif. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah siswa kelas XI SMK Darus Sa’adah Kec. Ajung Kabupaten Jember. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMK Darussa’adah Kec. Ajung Kabupaten Jember dengan jumlah responden 30 siswa. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Uji Paired Sample t test.Hasil uji Paired menunjukkan signifikansi 0,000<0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1diterima yang artinya Ada pengaruh metode pembelajaran based learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa Kelas XI SMK Darus Sa’adah Kecamatan Ajung. Model PBL akan memungkinkan siswa lebih mengerti dan memahami suatu konsep atau aturan, karena mereka menghubungkan materi pelajaran dengan dunia nyata. Dengan demikian siswa akan berpikir kritis dalam memecahkan masalah, dan mendapatkan hasil belajar yang maksimal.

Mothers can take the time to help with the plastic plastics business by helping to clean the plastic that has been collected. Increased income in the family not only allows for husband, wife can also help. Increase family costs.

Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah dengan model pembelajaran Multiple Intelegences dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar Siswa kelas X AP 1 SMK Negeri 4 Jember, serta model pembelajaran ini dapat diterapkan sebagai salah satu alternatif pembelajaran pada mata pelejaran Ekonomi Bisnis.

The development program will be successful by improving the position of women in the community according to one millennium development with one of the indicators of achievement by 2015 promoting gender equality and women's empowerment and ensuring the sustainability of environmental functions. The extent to which such rights and obligations can be exercised by women is not only dependent on others but also on the nature of the dependence and independence of the woman herself. This study aims to analyze and know how the influence of socio-economic conditions on the attitudes of women workers to their profession as measured from the level of education, family income and burden of family dependents. The population in this study is all women batik craftsmen in Sumberjambe Village Jember. This research is explanatory research that is research to test the relation or influence between hypothesized variables. In this study there is clearly a hypothesis that will be tested the truth. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the analysis shows that the socio-economic condition influences the attitude of the batik craftsmen worker in Sumberjambe Village.

One of the problems on the progress of educational level that is still a lot of basic education age children can no longer go on to secondary school level let alone up to the college level. Many factors affect the condition. The main factors that the ordinary is the reason the family is expensive tuition fees for middle school to College, so that parents are more likely to send his son to elementary education only. Most parents sent his son worked after graduating from SD and SMP, whether it be labor or help parents traveling etc. This happens on the fishing communities in the village a reality Puger Kulon, still many fishermen did not continue her studies up to College. This research is explanatory research classified as research i.e. research to examine relationships between variables that influence or hypothesized. A form of statistical analysis used was Multiple Linear Regression Models. The results of this research show that there are partial and simultaneous influence aspects of social and economic conditions against the interest of the child the family fishermen to continue their education into college. This is shown by the value standard of sig 0,00 < 0,05. The conclusion from this study is there is influence aspects of social and economic conditions against the interest of the child the family fishermen to continue their education into College in district Puger Puger Jember Regency of Kulon Village.

This Research was conducted to analyze and know whether there is an effect of the enter reneurship learning and enterpreneurial motivation on the enter reneurial interest of IKIP PGRI Jember students partially and simulta. This type of research was quantitative research. Primary data was collected thought questionnaires distributedto the students of IKIP PGRI Jember Economic education department at 2016 and 2017 academic year. The population of this research was 121 students. The sample of thisresearch was 40 respondents of the economic education department at 2016 and 2017 academic year. Hypothesis test used multiple linier regression analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis used t-test or partially that is between enterpreneurship learning obtained tcount (2,482) > ttable (2,021) with a significance of 0,018 so that there is an influence on student enterpreneurship interest. t-test data analysis or partially that is between enterpreneurial motivation obtained tcount (2,093) < ttable (2,021) with a significance of 2,093 so that there is an influence on student enterpreneurship interest. from the data analysis used f-test of simultareonly that is between enterpreneurship learning and enterpreneurial motivation.

Abstrak: Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik Ditinjau Dari Employee engagement dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana perilaku tenaga kependidikan di Universitas PGRI Argopuro Jember (UNIPAR Jember) ditengah masa pandemi Covid 19 ditinjau dari employee engagement, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan kinerja. Apakah employee engagement yang dimiliki oleh tenaga kependidikan mampu menciptakan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kinerja serta menganalisis apakah OCB mampu memperkuat pengaruh employee engagement terhadap kinerja. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga kependidikan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Setelah dilakukan analisis, dapat dilihat bahwa employee engagement yang dimiliki oleh tenaga kependidikan mampu menciptakan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan dapat meningkatkan kinerja. Selain itu OCB dapat mempekuat pengaruh employee engagement terhadap kinerja. Kesimpulannnya adalah tenaga kependidikan yang telah engagement terhadap UNIPAR Jember mampu menciptakan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sehingga kinerja menjadi baik dan meningkat. Implikasinya adalah pimpinan perguruan tinggi dapat memberikan reward yang sesuai kepada tenaga kependidikan yang telah engage agar mereka tetap berkomitmen tumbuh bersama ditengah kondisi perguruan tinggi yang juga berjuang bertahan dan tumbuh. Kata kunci: tenaga kependidikan; analisis jalur; employee engagement; Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); kinerja. Abstract: Performance of Educators in terms of Employee engagement and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The purpose of this study was to see how the behavior of education staff at PGRI Argopuro University Jember (UNIPAR Jember) in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic in terms of employee engagement, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and performance. Is employee engagement owned by education staff able to create Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) which can ultimately improve performance and analyze whether OCB is able to strengthen the effect of employee engagement on performance. Respondents in this study were educational staff. The analytical tool used is path analysis. After the analysis, it can be seen that employee engagement owned by education staff is able to create Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and can improve performance. In addition, OCB can strengthen the effect of employee engagement on performance. The conclusion is that education staff who have engagement with UNIPAR Jember are able to create Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) so that performance becomes good and increases. The implication is that higher education leaders can provide appropriate rewards to engaged education staff so that they remain committed to growing together in the midst of the conditions of universities which are also struggling to survive and grow.
