Abstract

Visits to Jember Month (BBJ) is an annual event held by the Government of Jember, creating a form of tourism in the form of entertainment activities such as sports, arts, culture, and science. This study aims to analyze the occupancy rate and the number of traveller spositive effect on hotel revenues during a visit to Jember (BBJ) in Jember. The sample in this study is that there are hotels in Jember City District as much as 31 hotels. Based on calculations SPSS version 16.0 for windows found results positive effect on the occupancy rate of income in Jember. While the number of tourists no significant effect on hotel revenues. Abstract

Student Worksheet (LKS) is a printed teaching material in the form of sheets of paper containing material, summaries, and instructions for implementing learning tasks that must be done by students. This study aims to determine the image-based student worksheets used can increase student interest in economic subjects in class X in Sulek High School. Development research uses the ADDIE development model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The sample in this study were 20th grade X students. The results of the development of the image-based worksheet for the analysis phase showed that students needed material that connected the material to everyday life. The design phase designs student worksheets by adding learning objectives and concept maps in the preamble, and adding images related to the material. The development phase consists of two stages, step 1 adding images according to the material and in step 2 adding sources to the images. The results of the LKS validation that have been developed increase from stage 1 to 3.5, stage 2, which is 3.9 stage 3, which is 4.7 with very good criteria. After the implementation phase shows the learning outcomes of students before using the worksheet reached a percentage of 25% after using the worksheets the students increased, namely in the first phase reaching a percentage of 75%, in the second stage 80% and in the third stage until reaching the highest number of subjects completing the value of 90%.KeywordsStudent Worksheet, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Pencapaian studi terdorong dari beberapa konsep, diantaranya pengaruh internal dan eksternal. Penelitian disini memiliki tujuan yaitu mengetahui dorongan sosio ekonomi serta bimbel dalam pencapaian studi murid pada siswa kelas XI Ekonomi dan Bisnis. di SMK As-Salafi Balung. Penelitian ini memakai konsep ex-post facto. Variabel yang diteliti adalah pencapaian studi Ekonomi Bisnis, status sosial, serta keberadaan Bimbel. Populasi terdiri dari 34 murid yang terdaftar di kelas XI SMK As-Salafi Balung tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Metode penyatuan data memakai survei serta pengambilan gambar. Metodologi memakai analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada relasi yang relevan dalam kedudukan sosial ekonomi pada keberhasilan studi pada disiplin ilmu Ekonomi Bisnis, dibuktikan sesuai nilai p-value sebesar 0,063 melebihi ambang batas 0,05. Bimbingan belajar memiliki dampak menguntungkan yang signifikan terhadap pencapaian pembelajaran Ekonomi Bisnis, terbukti dengan nilai p 0,000 berada dalam ambang batas 0,05. Studi ini menemukan bahwa posisi sosio-ekonomi dan bimbingan belajar mempunyai dampak menguntungkan yang signifikan terhadap capaian studi Ekonomi Bisnis. Hal ini didukung pada p-value  0,000 lebih rendah dari signifikansi 0,05. Value R2 0,238 menyatakan bahwa 23,8% variasi prestasi belajar pada disiplin Kewirausahaan disebabkan oleh kedudukan sosial ekonomi serta Bimbel. Namun penelitian disini tidak menganalisis faktor tambahan yang menyumbang 76,2% penjelasan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa dan komunikasi interpersonal guru dan siswa terhadap hasil belajar secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, analisis yang digunakan adalah linier regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan dari Uji t, Pada variabel motivasi belajar siswa (x1) thitung(2,215) > ttabel( 1,978) dan nilai Sig< 0,05 (0,029) sehingga Ha1 diterima, yang berbunyi “ motivasi belajar siswa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, dan Pada variabel komunikasi interpersonal guru dan siswa (x2) thitung (2,156) > ttabel (1,978) dan Sig < 0,05 ( 0,033 ). Sehingga Ha2 di terima yang berbunyi “ komunikasi interpersonal guru dan siswa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar”. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan dari Uji F menunjukkan bahwa Fhitung(4,571) > Ftabel(3,066) dan Sig < 0,05 ( 0.012 ), maka Ha3 di terima yang berbunyi “motivasi belajar siswa dan komunikasi interpersonal guru dan siswa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar”.

Abstract

PGRI Argopuro University Jember is a university with a vision of Quality Higher Education and National Competitiveness Based on Science and Technology in the fields of Local Wisdom, Entrepreneurship and Disability in 2030. The UNIPAR Jember Disability Study and Service Center provides assistance to students with disabilities as evidence of an inclusive education environment. By assisting students with disabilities, they are more courageous to start their own business, which helps them have sufficient human capital after graduating from school. This type of research is qualitative with data collection methods in the form of observation, documentation, and interviews This research was conducted qualitatively using a descriptive approach. The results of the research showed that the mentoring went well and the target fulfillment was in accordance with the steps of the mentoring activities that had been set. Participants already have entrepreneurial planning that will be followed up immediately. The business system management has been prepared in the form of work program instructions that can be used as a reference during the course of the business.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kesiapan Universitas PGRI Argopuro Jember (UNIPAR) dalam mengintegrasikan digitalisasi dan transformasi teknologi untuk memproduksi lulusan yang siap menghadapi tantangan Industri 5.0. Analisis mencakup kesiapan infrastruktur, kurikulum berbasis digital, serta kompetensi tenaga pendidik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa universitas telah melakukan berbagai inisiatif strategis, seperti peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi, pengembangan kurikulum adaptif, dan pelatihan tenaga pendidik. Meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam adopsi teknologi dan keterbatasan sumber daya, upaya yang dilakukan telah memperkuat posisi institusi dalam menghadapi perubahan yang dibawa oleh Revolusi Industri 5.0. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini terletak pada pendekatan holistik yang mencakup analisis kesiapan infrastruktur, kurikulum, dan sumber daya manusia, serta menawarkan rekomendasi strategis bagi pengembangan pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia dalam menghadapi era digitalisasi yang berupa integrasi data kontekstual, fokus pada soft skills, dan rekomendasi berbasis bukti yang dapat diadaptasi oleh perguruan tinggi lain di Indonesia dalam menghadapi Era Industri 5.0. Ini merupakan kontribusi penting untuk mendukung transformasi pendidikan tinggi di era digital dan teknologi cerdas. Implikasi penelitian ini mencakup peningkatan literasi digital dan kolaborasi dengan industri, serta pengembangan budaya inovasi yang mendukung terciptanya lulusan yang kompeten di pasar global.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik Ditinjau Dari Employee engagement dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana perilaku tenaga kependidikan di Universitas PGRI Argopuro Jember (UNIPAR Jember) ditengah masa pandemi Covid 19 ditinjau dari employee engagement, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan kinerja. Apakah employee engagement yang dimiliki oleh tenaga kependidikan mampu menciptakan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kinerja serta menganalisis apakah OCB mampu memperkuat pengaruh employee engagement terhadap kinerja. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga kependidikan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Setelah dilakukan analisis, dapat dilihat bahwa employee engagement yang dimiliki oleh tenaga kependidikan mampu menciptakan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan dapat meningkatkan kinerja. Selain itu OCB dapat mempekuat pengaruh employee engagement terhadap kinerja. Kesimpulannnya adalah tenaga kependidikan yang telah engagement terhadap UNIPAR Jember mampu menciptakan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sehingga kinerja menjadi baik dan meningkat. Implikasinya adalah pimpinan perguruan tinggi dapat memberikan reward yang sesuai kepada tenaga kependidikan yang telah engage agar mereka tetap berkomitmen tumbuh bersama ditengah kondisi perguruan tinggi yang juga berjuang bertahan dan tumbuh.  Kata kunci: tenaga kependidikan; analisis jalur; employee engagement; Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); kinerja.  Abstract: Performance of Educators in terms of Employee engagement and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The purpose of this study was to see how the behavior of education staff at PGRI Argopuro University Jember (UNIPAR Jember) in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic in terms of employee engagement, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and performance. Is employee engagement owned by education staff able to create Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) which can ultimately improve performance and analyze whether OCB is able to strengthen the effect of employee engagement on performance. Respondents in this study were educational staff. The analytical tool used is path analysis. After the analysis, it can be seen that employee engagement owned by education staff is able to create Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and can improve performance. In addition, OCB can strengthen the effect of employee engagement on performance. The conclusion is that education staff who have engagement with UNIPAR Jember are able to create Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) so that performance becomes good and increases. The implication is that higher education leaders can provide appropriate rewards to engaged education staff so that they remain committed to growing together in the midst of the conditions of universities which are also struggling to survive and grow. Keywords: education staff; path analysis; employee engagement; Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); performance.

Abstract

The community service activity titled "Human Resource Management Assistance for Optimizing Teacher and Staff Performance" aims to improve the management of human resources (HR) at the Islamic Integrated Elementary School (SDIT) in Kencong District, Jember Regency. This assistance focused on enhancing skills in planning, performance evaluation, and the use of technology for administration. The measurement results obtained through questionnaires, interviews, and observations show significant positive impacts. The questionnaire indicated an increase in scores regarding HR management understanding, the application of performance evaluations, and administrative efficiency, which improved by up to 90%. Interviews with teachers, staff, and the principal highlighted that the activity helped improve coordination and the use of technology in administration. Observations also noted improvements in the organization and efficiency of work planning structures. Overall, this activity successfully enhanced the performance of teachers and staff by introducing more structured and technology-based HR management. These improvements are expected to have long-term impacts, both on the quality of education and HR management at the school. The success of this initiative not only affects the effectiveness of work at the school but also serves as a model that other schools can adopt to improve HR management and overall educational quality.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically analyze guidance and counseling (BK) programs in higher education institutions and their implications for service development. This topic was chosen given the importance of BK in supporting students' mental health, career readiness, and academic performance in an era of rapid social and technological change. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following the PRISMA-SCR framework, processing 1,971 articles from the Scopus database from 2020 to 2025, which were filtered down to 8 primary studies for in-depth analysis. The review findings revealed that the stepped care model and online career counseling based on life design are practical approaches to improving the accessibility and quality of BK services. Mindfulness interventions, emotional intelligence training, and the development of blended counseling services have also been proven to support students' mental health and career readiness. However, there are research gaps regarding comparative studies, the influence of cultural context, and the long-term impact of BK programs, particularly in Indonesia. The counseling education and training curriculum needs to be strengthened with a focus on metacognitive and procedural dimensions. These findings emphasize the importance of developing adaptive and evidence-based counseling services to meet students' needs holistically and sustainably, while also opening opportunities for further research to enhance the effectiveness of counseling programs in higher education, particularly in local and global contexts

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of Educational Administration and Teacher Performance on Student Discipline at SMK IT Ibnu Katsir Jember. Using a quantitative approach with an analytical survey and cross-sectional design, the research sample consists of 31 students from grades X and IX. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression and hypothesis testing. The findings indicate that Educational Administration (X1) has a negative effect on Student Discipline (Y), with a significance value of 0.916 (greater than α = 0.05) and a t-value of -0.107 (less than the t-table value of 2.048). Conversely, Teacher Performance (X2) positively and significantly affects Student Discipline, with a significance value of 0.004 (less than α = 0.05) and a t-value of 3.432 (greater than the t-table value of 2.084). Additionally, both Educational Administration and Teacher Performance together have a positive effect on Student Discipline, as indicated by a significance value of 0.003 (less than α = 0.05) and an F-value of 10.721 (greater than the F-table value of 3.33). This study highlights the critical role of Teacher Performance in enhancing Student Discipline, while Educational Administration does not show a significant impact on its own.
