Abstract

The development of technology and information has been very rapid. An online-based information system is used to simplify the work to be more effective and efficient. The development of technology and information is also encouraging the government to continue to innovate, the government began to apply online-based information systems that facilitate communication with the society, this system is known as E-Government. Therefore, the researcher considers it is important to conduct the research  An Analysis of Policy Implementation Jakarta Smart City Based on  Qlue and Crop in East Jakarta Transportation Sub-Department of Transportation. The problem formultion in this research is how is the implementation of Jakarta Smart City based on Qlue and Crop application in East Jakarta Sub-dept. From that problem formulation, so this study aims to find out the implementation of Jakarta Smart City based  on Qlue and Crop application in East Jakarta Sub-Departement of  Transportation. The method used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through interviews to informant. The result of this research is a description of the implementation of Jakarta Smart City policy based on Qlue and Crop in East Jakarta Sub-Department of Transportation based on the theory of Edward involving 4 things namely bureaucratic structure, resources, disposition, and communication. From the results of research that the implementation of E-Government in East Jakarta Sub-Departement of Transportation is easy for the public also Transportation Departement about the problems faced by the society. And during the observation, the implementation of E-Government is already running quite well. But there are also suggestions that the researcher proposes the provision of rewards and the addition of Unit Qlue personnel to improve the implementation of Jakarta Smart City based on Qlue and Crop policy will be so much better.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine Environmental Sanitation Services Quality Analysis in the Village of Cipedak Jagakarsa District South Jakarta Administration Municipality. This study using interviews with key informants (key informants), such as the Secretary of the Village Cipedak, Staff Village Cipedak, consultative council Village (LMK RW 04), Chairman of the Pillars of Citizens (RW 06), Chairman of the Pillars Stairs (RT 01 RW 05), Public figure, and PPSU With the question of Tangibles), Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy.Service quality theory of Fitzsimmons (in Sedarmayanti, 2014: 276), namely: Tangibles, Reliability, responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. Based on the research results can be the result of: Tangibles, less distribution provision of bins in the form of a trash can, unavailability germor in RW 01 and RW 03 and the capacity germor amount that needs to be added on other RW, as well as the number of working equipment that is still lacking in support of the task of cleaning services.Responsiveness, responsiveness PPSU is good enough in responding to the waste problem that occurred in the Village Cipedak. It is shown from the complaints of citizens about the waste that is delivered swiftly and deftly PPSU officers immediately respond or respond to citizen complaints. Assurance, the findings indicate the presence of obstacles in the phase lug and garbage collection appear to have aligned between the community and officers PPSU in terms of collecting garbage in Shelter Trash (TPS) Meanwhile, of which there are still people who throw garbage at polling stations outside schedule determined so that it still looks rubbish in TPS are not finished transported. Empathy, PPSU officers in street litter attention to cleanliness is good enough, but the drains/river is still not optimal in handling. Reliability (reliability), is technically handling the problem of garbage in drains/river, but not right in accordance with the manner and method in cleaning up the garbage that was in the drains/river.

Abstract

The waste problem that occurs in almost a number of big cities in Indonesia has a serious impact on these handling efforts. Through the policy launched by the City Government itself, efforts to deal with waste in the city environment itself continue to be carried out and pursued together. Depok City as one of the cities in the West Java region is highly committed to the waste problem that occurs in the Depok City Area.Every day the city of Depok has to deal with 1,250 tons of mounting waste, causing concern for the Depok City Government to immediately handle the waste problem. With the issuance of the Depok City Government Regulation Number 5 of 2015 concerning Waste Management, it has become an important issue of the Depok City Government's work program in the success of the waste management program.The main program carried out by the Depok City Government is through the Strategy  Duck Garbage which is expected to be able to solve the waste problem in Depok City. In this study the author uses a qualitative descriptive research method with government informants as competent sources and can answer the strategies carried out by the Depok City Government itself. In addition to Interview with informants, the author also uses Observation and Study of documents to support information

Abstract

The government of Indonesia guarantees equal rights and status of every citizen in obtaining services. However, in reality, various problems still occurredsuch as complicated service procedures andthe length of time and infrastructure services. Ineffective and inefficient bureaucracy services hamper health service processes to officers/employees and their families in the Ministry of the State Secretariat. Therefore, the Minister of State Secretary issued the Ministerial Decree of the State Secretary No. 14 year 2012 regarding Service Standard of Working Unit in the Ministry of the State Secretariat. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Ministerial Decree of the State Secretary No. 14 year 2012 is implemented, especially Basic Health Service Standard in the Division of Health Services, General Bureau, The Public Ministry of the State Secretariat. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach to describe the implementation of Basic Health Service Standard in the Division of Health Services, General Bureau, The Ministry of the State Secretariat. The study found that the Division of Health Services, General Bureau, General Affairs, the Ministry of the State Secretariat has not implemented all the policies of basic health service standard. However, in most cases it does not hamper the implementation of health services to the officers/employees and their employees in The Ministry of the State Secretariat.

Abstract

This study wants to know and analyze the index of community satisfaction with public services at the Bekasi City Public Service Mall. In practice, the sources of information for this research are called informants who are interviewed as a data collection technique, they are figures who are considered capable of providing information related to the concepts being studied, other techniques used are observation and document review. Based on the discussion of the research results, it is concluded that the Bekasi City Public Service Mall in general has been running well according to the applicable rules and regulations, but not yet optimal, namely regarding the building infrastructure which is the place for the Bekasi City Service Mall which is not strategically located on the border of Bekasi City. not in a city that is the center of administrative and environmental activities for the residents of Bekasi City

Abstract

Perkembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah yang dilanda pandemi Corona Virus Deseasa 2019 atau yang kita kenal dengan Covid 19 ditantang untuk dapat bangkit kembali dengan mengembalikan semangat berusaha melalui informasi, edukasi serta bimbingan secara online kepada 20 pelaku usaha yang diselenggarakan oleh Insitut Ilmu Sosial Dan Manajemen Stiami Jakarta yang difasilitasi oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat bekerjasama dengan Dinas Pariwisata Ekonomi Kreatif Provinsi Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta. Dengan menggunakan non probability sampling dari data BPS di Bulan Juli 2020 didukung dengan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dari Dosen dilakukan upaya pemberdayaan para pelaku usaha tersebut melalui fasilitas daring.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penertiban Pedagang Kecil Mandiri studi kasus pelaksanaan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 8 Tahun 2007 di Kelurahan Cipete Selatan Kecamatan Cilandak Jakarta Selatan. Banyaknya Pedagang Kecil Mandiri yang memanfaatkan trotoar dan bahu jalan membuat kawasan wilayah Cipete Selatan terlihat tidak tertib dan kurang rapi sehingga mengganggu kenyamanan pengguna fasilits umum di kawasan tersebut, Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta melalui Satuan Polisi Pamong Prajanya mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk menertibkan kawasan tersebut. Adapun teori yang digunakan adalah efektivitas yang dikemukakan oleh Lance A. Berger, Martin J sikora (dalam Mlangeni, 2017), ada 3 kunci utama dalam efektivitasi yaitu: Commitmen, Competence, dan Coordinating dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan tehnik wawancara, studi pustaka serta observasi langsung di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Coordinating, Comitment, dan Competence telah dilakukan secara efektif, karena rata-rata dari hasil wawancara yang diperoleh sebagian besar menyatakan bahwa penertiban pedagang kecil mandiri memberikan dampak positif dilihat dari lingkungan menjadi teratur bersih, rapi, nyaman dan trotoar atau jalanan yang semula mengakibatkan kemacetan sebelum diberlakukannya penertiban pada jam yang ditentukan dan setelah dikembali pada fungsinya semula, para pejalan kaki atau kendaraan lain dapat melintasi trotoar dan jalan sebagai mana mestinya, dan jalanan menjadi lancar tidak macet karena jalanan menjadi lebar kembali.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of fingerprint attendance and compensation on the level of effectiveness of the performance of employees of the Bina Mandiri Syariah Cooperative in bekasi city. The population in this study was all employees at the Bina Mandiri Syariah office in Bekasi City. using total sampling technique, all 27 employees were used as research respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with t-test and F test. Based on the results of the study, the regression equation was obtained as follows: Y' = 10.027 + 0.395 X1 + 0.399 X2+ e. This regression equation shows that performance is affected by the use of fingerprint attendance and compensation. The results of another study concluded that the use of fingerprint attendance and compensation had a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Bekasi Bina Mandiri Syariah Office so that all research hypotheses were accepted.

Abstract

Persoalan sampah yang semakin meningkat seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk yang menyebabkan meningkatnya jumlah konsumsi dalam masyarakat yang menghasilkan sampah yang tidak sedikit. Jumlah penduduk yang semakin meningkat mengakibatkan jumlah sampah semakin bertambah. Besarnya timbulan sampah yang ada sangat erat kaitannya dengan jumlah penduduk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan Analisis Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Kegiatan Bank Sampah di RW 007, Kelurahan Kalibaru, Kecamatan Cilodong, Kota Depok dalam Pengelolaan Sampah. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan Bank Sampah telah membentuk suatu upaya baru dalam hal: Pemungkinan, Penguatan, Perlindungan, Penyokongan dan Pemeliharaan dalam masyarakat. Meningkatnya kesadaran kritis masyarakat akan pentingnya pengelolaan Bank Sampah sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kesehatan lingkungan serta mengatasi persoalan sampah yang ada, mengharapkan masyarakat memiliki kesadaran kritis terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya sangatlah diharapkan masyarakat mampu membuat keputusan yang bijak dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangganya. Penyadaran yang dilakukan oleh pengurus dan pengelola Bank Sampah berupa penyadaran tentang pentingnya pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga dan dampak yang ditimbulkan jika sampah rumah tangga yang dihasilkan oleh warga tidak dikelola dengan baik. Aspek penguatan dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan mengelola sampah dengan baik serta memberikan kepercayaan diri kepada masyarakat akan pentingnya kontribusi mereka kepada kebersihan lingkungan. Aspek perlindungan dari sisi ekonomi diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat dalam memperoleh penghasilan lainnya di luar penghasilan utamanya. Tujuan pembangunan masyarakat yang sehat melalui upaya penyokongan sebagai bagian dari tujuan pembangunan yang modernisasi. Pemerliharaan sebagai bagian dari usaha perubahan pemikiran masyarakat akan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan yang kondusif dan bersih.
