Abstract

Road improvements in the city of Tarakan are mostly carried out to support people's welfare. roads in coastal areas in general are far from good, this is seen from the difficulty of access. the coastal area of the city of Tarakan is very dependent on land transportation facilities to meet their daily needs. this research was taken from a road improvement project, so that risks will be observed from the point of view of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service as the project owner. The methodology used is conducting questionnaires and interviews. respondents from this study were the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service. with the type of qualitative description research. The results obtained in this study were in the form of risk identification that occurred during the road improvement project on the binalatung road in Tarakan City which had 93 overall risk variables after the method of analyzing probability and statistical relevance obtained a risk event rank of 35 variables.

Abstract

Tourism as a support for the economy of a region requires special attention to attract tourists both from home and abroad. Nunukan Regency as an area directly adjacent to the State of Malaysia still lacks infrastructure. The need for supporting infrastructure adds to the attractiveness of a tourist area. So to know what are the needs of tourist areas need to be done research by identifying.The research method used is descriptive statistics with respondents from Stakeholders in Nunukan Regency, data obtained by the dissemination of questionnaires and interviews. This research object is a potential tourist area as well as tourist attractions in Nunukan Regency.The results that have been obtained from this study there are 3 variables including Access, accommodation, Facilities with a total of 17 indicators. Where there are 3 invalid indicators such as the existence of roads through land transportation, the existence of places of worship, passive recreational facilities (Seating, campfires). Identification obtained with a percentage value of 85% is available facilities to enjoy the beauty of nature, this is because the dominant tourism in Nunukan Regency is Natural Beauty.

Abstract

Tarakan City is a developing city for development where the city has undergone many developments so that it requires quality human resources in managing development. If human resources are able to manage development with good quality, it can be said to be successful in the development process. To improve the quality of a construction project, it is necessary to pay attention to the determination of workers with good quality, therefore before starting the construction of a construction project it is necessary to make a selection made by the contractor of the foremen workers which is important so that the foremen selected have good quality. So far, the discussion in Tarakan City is not yet known how the foreman's performance affects the quality of construction project work in Tarakan City.In this study, the type of research used is quantitative research using a Likert scale. Place and time of research in the Project for Improving the Quality of Slums in the Karang Rejo Area of Tarakan City. The data used is the foreman's performance data on construction projects in Tarakan City with the foreman's performance aspects seen are work ability, participation, work facilitation, bias, providing examples of experience on the quality of construction projects in Tarakan City. Supporting data from the internet, books and so on.The results obtained from this study are the indicators that most influence the quality of construction work in Tarakan City, namely the foreman's ability to read and understand working drawings, being able and skilled in doing his work, being able to organize materials. well and able to organize the tools well. able to solve problems that occur in the field.

Abstract

In orderTanjung Pasir is a coastal area located in the Mamburungan village, which is located at the very end of East Tarakan. In the Tanjung Pasir area, there are RT, one of which is RT 18. In this area most of the people make a living as fishermen and seaweed. Responding to this, researchers are interested in seeing the potential of the coast of the sand dune and how the forms of tourism management exist in the sand dune. In this study used qualitative research methods using a qualitative descriptive approach (Qualitative Descriptive). The location of this research is in the Mamburungan Village, Tanjung Pasir Village, Tarakan Timur District, Tarakan City, the survey was conducted several times, namely interviews in November and December 2019. The data collection stage used was that there were several techniques, namely Observation, Interview, Documentation, and Field Notes. . The data obtained are primary data, namely the results of direct interviews and the distribution of questionnaires to the community around the coastal area of Tanjung Pasir. In addition to primary data, there is also secondary data obtained from the internet and other sources. In this study, validation and rehabilitation were also tested. The results show that the potential of the ecosystem in the Tanjung Pasir area is very good and the sea conditions are also strategic for fishermen to be used as a place of livelihood by some local residents. The potential for tourism development is very good if done.

Abstract

Development of road facilities and infrastructure in order to meet the need to improve the welfare of the community. Contract of project activity is carried out to bind both parties in this case, Owner and contractor as an interested party has the purpose to bind the rights and responsibilities in completing project activities. Performance based contracts are the innovative contracts presented by the Indonesian government to improve the quality of construction of road construction. The risk of applying this type of contract will be investigated so that it will be known to the highest risk, given the performance based contract has 4  stages such as design, build, operate, and maintenance. The project that implements the performance based contract under study is the Bojonegoro-Padangan road project, East Java.  In the process of knowing the highest risk variable that occurs in the implementation, the researcher uses a simple probabilistic concept to determine the highest risk of each stage of a performance based contract. The correspondent of the contractor is PT Pembangunan Pembangunan (Persero) Tbk - PT Basuki Rahmanta Putra (Joint Operational) on the road construction project Bojonegoro – Padangan, East Java. The results obtained from this study from the implementation of performance-based contracts on the Bojonegoro-Padangan road construction project with the highest risk event gain is at the Design stage: Project budget. Build Stage: The vendor's offer price is higher than estimated. Operate Phase: Cashflow delay. Maintenance Stage: Short-term focus fails to minimize long-term costs.

Abstract

Air merupakan salah satu elemen utama kehidupan makhluk hidup, sehingga semua mahluk hidup sangat memerlukan air. Untuk mencukupi kebutuhan air bersih pada masyarakat dapat menggunakan air hujan, air tanah dan lain-lain, penggunaan sumber air tanah perlu diketahui potensi jumlah maupun mutunya. Penyebaran air tanah dideskripsikan secara vertikal dan horizontal, deskripsi air secara horizontal dapat dilihat melalui penyebaran formasi geologi yang bertindak sebagai akuifer. Untuk mendapatkan kondisi hidrogeologi dan geologi perlu dilakukan kajian dengan menggunakan metode geolistrik melalui resistivity meter. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, peneliti menerapkan keunggulan boost converter pada desain resistivity meter yang diusulkan. Konfigurasi Elektroda yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Schlumberger dengan parameter yang terukur ialah arus listrik (I), beda potensial (V) dan spasi elektroda, sedangkan parameter yang dihitung adalah tahanan jenis ( ). Data hasil pengukuran diolah untuk didapatkan penampang model resistivity 1 dimensi (1D) bawah permukaan. Berdasarkan hasil eksplorasi geolistrik dan perhitungan-perhitungannya menunjukkan keberadaan akuifer air tanah pada kedalaman 6.54 -56.67 m dengan tahanan jenis 36.98 Ωm dan perkiraan litologi adalah pasir.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kapasitas parkir dan model kapasitas parkir motor pada area FKIP UBT. Objek penelitian adalah luas lahan parkir, jumlah mahasiswa, dosen, dan staff FKIP UBT, serta rata-rata durasi parkir motor. Dengan menggunakan teknik observasi diperoleh data mengenai volume parkir motor, akumulasi parkir motor dan durasi parkir motor di area parkir FKIP UBT. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan bantuan Microsoft Excel dan SPSS 22. Kapasitas Parkir Motor Sebelah Selatan Dekanat FKIP sebanyak 37 kendaraan, Parkir motor Plasa UBT sebanyak 1496 kendaraan, Parkir Motor Sebelah Utara Dekanat FKIP sebanyak 80 kendaraan, Parkir Motor Sebelah Barat Gedung FKIP sebanyak 50 kendaraan, dan tidak terdapat motor pada Parkir Sebelah Timur Dekanat FKIP. Dengan menggunakan regresi linier diperoleh Model kapasitas parkir untuk motor adalah Y = 0,667X1.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses rantai pasok material semen dan meninjau pihak-pihak yang terlibat didalamnya dan untuk mengetahui rantai pasok material semen pada proyek kontruksi di Kota Tarakan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey yang dilakukan dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada responden yang berkaitan dengan objek penelitian pada proyek konstruksi yaitu para kontraktor yang sedang menjalankan proyek konstruksi di Kota Tarakan. Hasil data yang diperoleh berdasarkan skor yang dihasilkan dari kuesioner dengan cara perhitungan yaitu skor yang diperoleh dari responden dibagi dengan jumlah responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan  Proses pertama yang dilakukan dalam rantai pasok material semen di kota Tarakan yaitu melalui logistik yang melakukan pemesanan semen melalui SMS ataupun telepon pada pihak pengecer/supplier yaitu kepada costumer service. Selanjutnya pihak kontraktor melakukan proses pembayaran dengan cara transfer. Proses terakhir yaitu pengiriman semen dari distributor kepada pengecer/supplier kemudian dikirim ke proyek konstruksi. Adapun pihak yang ikut terlibat dalam proses rantai pasok material semen di Kota Tarakan yaitu pabrik, distributor, pengecer/supplier, logistik proyek, bagian keuangan, dan pekerja gudang pada proyek konstruksi. Selanjutnya manajemen rantai pasok material semen pada proyek kontruksi di Kota Tarakan termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik dapat dilihat pada presentase indikator kualitas produk semen yang digunakan sesuai permintaan tergolong dalam kategori sangat baik (nilai 4,27), indikator perencanaan pemilihan produk semen termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik (nilai 4,32), dan indikator Pengolahan dana untuk pembelian produk material tergolong dalam kategori sangat baik (nilai 4,27). Dengan demikian diharapkan para kontraktor proyek kontruksi yang ada di Kota Tarakan dapat dipertahankan dan dapat ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Pengembangan sarana dan prasarana di Kota Tarakan, menjadikan daya tarik masyarakat untuk bermukim khususnya di wilayah pesisir. Dimana wilayah pesisir menjadi tempat bermukim yang memiliki faktor-faktor yang menarik untuk dikaji. Prasarana dan sarana diwilayah tersebut akan diteliti untuk dikembangkan sehingga lebih dapat mensejahterakan masyarakat dalam memperoleh fasilitas dari pemerintah Kota Tarakan. Objek penelitian ini adalah kelurahan Selumit pantai yang berada di pesisir barat  Kota Tarakan propinsi Kalimantan Utara, dengan responden sebanyak 100 orang dan menggunakan metode Deskriptif untuk membahas data-data yang berhubungan dengan keadaan sebenarnya. Hasil yang diperoleh didapat 8 faktor yang terdapat dalam pengembangan sarana dan prasarana dengan 16 variabel di wilayah pesisir barat kota Tarakan.

Abstract

Pengembangan wilayah di Kota Tarakan menjadi prioritas pembangunan. Peningkatan di Jalan Binalatung Kota Tarakan diLakukan dalam rangka mempermudah warga kelurahan pantai amal untuk dapat melaluinya dengan alat transportasi atau berjalan kaki untuk mempermudah dalam memenuhi kebutuhan. Fungsi jalan sebagai akses trasportasi darat memiliki peran penting karena itu selama proses pembangunan harus mengutamakan kualitas yang sesuai mutu rencana, Untuk mendapatkan kualitas yang sesuai mutu rencana diperlukan identifikasi risiko. Objek penelitian ini adalah Jalan Binalatung Kota Tarakan, koresponden berasal dari kontraktor pelaksana. metode yang digunakan adalah penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara yang nantinya diolah dengan indeks risiko. Dari penelitian ini di identifikasi terdapat 41 Variabel dari 9 Kategori risiko pada peningkatan Jalan Binalatung Kota Tarakan yang dimiliki oleh kontraktor.
