The study was based on revenue growth rate earring district within the last 3 years experience fluctuate. The level fluctuates due to un optional sources of local revenue. The purpose of this study is to analyze the local revenue of the Subang district from 2017 to 2019. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results showed that the growth rate of local revenue in Subang Regency has fluctuated. This study aims to identify and analyze the impact of e-commerce adoption on the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The TOE model framework is used, but the individual context is added as a criticism of the framework as an influential factor in e-commerce adoption. Six intriguing variables were examined with five hypotheses. The questionnaires were distributed to 191 MSMEs in the food and beverage industry using Google forms and sent via WhatsApp application in order to derive their opinions or assessments, which were used as the data collection method in this study. In this study, structural equation modeling-partial least squares (SEM-PLS) was used as an analytical tool. The results of the study show that there is a significant relationship between technology, organizations, and individuals and the variable e-commerce adoption, which is expected to have a significant impact on MSME performance. MSMEs should be better able to take advantage of the opportunities presented by the business environment to improve their performance through the use of e-commerce. As a result, MSME owners are advised to use explicit competitive strategies through various activities carried out by the functional departments of the organization, such as emphasizing their advantages or expertise. In addition, the government must continue to take steps to improve human resource skills in e-commerce through various coaching, competency, and training opportunities.

Introduction/Main Objectives: Organizations must be responsive in an increasingly complicated and competitive business environment. Background Problems: To stay relevant, the leader's role must be maximized in cultivating and promoting the people resources they have. This is still a problem of leadership style applied in a business organization. Novelty: The transformational leadership style is the solution to a company's uneasiness in the face of a more dynamic and disruptive business environment, particularly for SMEs that are still learning how to execute the optimum leadership style.Research Methods: A quantitative technique based on variance Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Squares (PLs) was used to acquire a better understanding of the relationship between variables. An online questionnaire was used to collect responses from SMEs employees in the food and beverage sector in Karawang Regency, Indonesia. Finding/Results: Transformational leadership has a good and significant impact on organizational commitment and work performance, according to the findings. Similarly, the commitment organizational to work performance. Organizational commitment, on the other hand, does not appear to be a significant mediating variable between transformational leadership and work performance. Conclusion: Although transformational leadership can have beneficial effects on employees like commitment and intimacy, it's important to remember that during the present Covid-19 pandemic, employees require a decent income from their work

Studi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang faktor-faktor utama yang dapat membentuk behavioral intention (BI) konsumen untuk mengadopsi m-commerce melalui model terintegrasi antara UTAUT2 dan SERVQUAL. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei kepustakaan. Sumber informasi yang digunakan adalah website publikasi jurnal Emerald, Sciencedirect, ResearchGate, dan Googlescholar. Pengetahuan hasil studi ini selain berkontribusi secara teoritik tetapi juga dapat membantu praktisi untuk mendapatkan lebih banyak petunjuk mengenai aspek utama m-commerce yang harus dipertimbangkan. Sebab, m-commerce telah menjadi semakin penting dalam lingkungan bisnis saat ini. Fakta tersebut didukung dengan jumlah pengguna ponsel di dunia mencapai 5,3 miliar pada bulan Juli 2021. Desa Panyingkiran merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di Kecamatan Purwadadi Kabupaten Subang mempunyai potensi dalam pengembangan usaha sentra industry kecil dan menengah khususnya dalam pengolahan makanan. Olahan makanan yang ada kurang mempunyai nilai jual pada masyarakat luar yang disebabkan kemasan yang kurang menarik. Kemasan yang digunakan bukan hanya untuk menarik konsumen tetapi juga untuk memperpanjang umur dari produk yang dihasilkan. Tujuan dari pengandian ini merupakan mengedukasi masyarakat untuk lebih peka terhadap kebutuhan konsumen dan dapat bersaing dengan produk yang lebih menarik. Metode yang dilaksanakan melalui proses sosialiasi, mini lokakarya sampai dengan proses pendamping dalam pelaksanaan program. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh masyarakat, pelaku usaha (kelompok Ginanjar), perangkat pemerintah Desa Panyingkiran. Bentuk luaran dari pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu respon positif dari para stakeholder yang terlibat atas proses pendampiangan pengemasan produk olahan makanan dan pemasaran menggunakan media sosial. Untuk itu, diperlukan proses pendampingan Tim KKNM Universitas Subang dapat bekerja selaras dengan kebutuhan yang akan dikembangkan pada kegiatan pendampingan. Rekomendasi kepada para pelaku usaha agar tetap mencari informasi dalam pengembangan produk untuk dapat diterima di pasaran dan lebih aktif menggunakan media sosial untuk pemasaran yang lebih luas.

Abstrak Compreng salah satu kecamatan yang berada di kabupaten subang, didominasi sektor pertanian. Hal ini didukung dengan kondisi luas areal yang luas, ditambah dengan irigasi yang memadai. Sisi lain dalam sektor tersebut mempunyai tantangan dari segi cuaca/ iklim dan hama. Tikus merupakan salah satu hama yang sangat merugikan karena merusak tingkat produktivitas padi. Dengan kondisi demikian, hama tersebut harus dikendalikan dengan ekosistem burung hantu. Model pengabdian yang dilakukan dengan sosialiasi dan pembuatan rumah burung hantu. Keikutsertaan masyarakat dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini merupakan bagian dari kunci keberhasilan program ekosistem burung hantu. Karena kesadaran dan kemauan dari masyarakat sendiri yang dapat menjaga keberlanjutan program. Diharapkan ekosistem burung hantu dapat mengendalikan/ mengurangi hama tikus yang ada di lahan pertanian masyarakat. Hama ini tidak dapat dhilangkang secara tuntas, namun pengendalian hama dapat ditekan dengan menggunakan ekosistem dan tidak menggunakan pestisida yang akan merugikan tingkat kesuburan tanah. Kata Kunci: Strategi pengendalian, Ekosistem burung hantu, Partisipasi masyarakat Abstract Compreng, a sub-district in Subang Regency, is dominated by the agricultural sector. This is supported by the condition of the large area, coupled with adequate irrigation. However, this sector faces challenges from weather/climate and pests. Rats are a particularly damaging pest, damaging rice productivity. Under these conditions, these pests must be controlled by an owl ecosystem. The service model is carried out through socialization and the creation of owl houses. Community participation in these community service activities is key to the success of the owl ecosystem program. Community awareness and willingness are key to ensuring the program's sustainability. It is hoped that the owl ecosystem will control/reduce the rat infestation in community agricultural land. While this pest cannot be completely eradicated, it can be reduced by utilizing the ecosystem and avoiding pesticides that can harm soil fertility. Abstrak Salah satu indikator pembangunan daerah yang ditetapkan melalui berbagai doumen perencanaan di Kabupaten Subang adalah Indeks Literasi Membaca Masyarakat. Indikator ini dipandang sangat penting karena berkorelasi secara langsung dengan pengembangan kualitas sumber daya manusia melalui pemanfaatan bahan bacaan, baik yang tercetak maupun elektronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur Indeks Literasi Masyarakat Kabupaten Subang 2025. Selain itu, penelitian juga akan mendeskripsikan nilai Indeks Literasi Membaca Masyarakat melalui pola kewilayahan berbasis kecamatan yang tujuannya untuk mempermudah implementasi prioritas peningkatan Indeks Literasi Masyarakat pada tahun 2026 dan tahun-tahun berikutnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survey yang berlangsung selama 2 bulan di 30 kecamatan. Dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitisn, melalui survey ini dilakukan pengumpulan data dari 114 responden yang ditetapkan secara merata di seluruh kecamatan dengan menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling berdasarkan domisili, usia, dan latar belakang profesi. Survey mendeskripsikan persepsi masyarakat atas 5 dimensi, yaitu: Frekuensi Membaca, Durasi Membaca, Jumlah Bahan Bacaan, Frekuensi Akses Internet, dan Durasi Akses Internet. Hasil Survey menunjukkan bahwa nilai Indeks Tingkat Literasi Membaca Masyarakat Kabupaten Subang 2025 mencapai 52,62 dengan kategori Sedang. Selain angka agregat, hasil survey juga menyajikan skor Indeks Tingkat Kegemaran Membaca tiap kecamatan. Berdasarkan penghitungan ini, diajukan rekomendasi berbagai langkah kebijakan yang sebaiknya ditempuh oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Subang berbasis wilayah kecamatan sebagai alternatif langkah prioritas untuk tahun 2026, bahkan juga untuk tahun-tahun berikutnya. Kata kunci: literasi, prioritas, kebijakan, kewilayahan. Abstract One of the regional development indicators established through various planning documents in Subang Regency is the Community Reading Literacy Index. This indicator is considered very important because it directly correlates with the development of human resource quality through the utilization of reading materials, both printed and electronic. This study aims to measure the Community Literacy Index of Subang Regency in 2025. In addition, the study will also describe the value of the Community Reading Literacy Index through a district-based spatial pattern with the aim of facilitating the implementation of priorities for improving the Community Literacy Index in 2026 and the following years. This research used the quantitative approach with a survey technique that took place over 2 months in 30 sub-districts. Using a questionnaire as the research instrument, this survey collected data from 114 respondents who were evenly distributed across sub-districts using a stratified random sampling technique based on residence, age, and professional background. The survey describes the public's perception of 5 dimensions, namely: Reading Frequency, Reading Duration, Number of Reading Materials, Internet Access Frequency, and Internet Access Duration. Survey results indicate that the Literacy Level Index of Reading for the Subang Regency community in 2025 reached 52.62, categorized as Moderate. Besides the aggregate score, the survey also presents the Reading Enthusiasm Level Index score for each district. Based on this calculation, recommendations for various policy measures that should be taken by the Subang Regency Regional Government are proposed, based on district areas, as an alternative priority step for 2026, and also for the following years.
