Abstract

Desentralisasi fiskal yang diterapkan sejak era reformasi memberi peluang yang cukup besar kepada daerah untuk mengelola keuangan secara mandiri sesuai dengan kebutuhan daerahnya. Selain itu, daerah memiliki keleluasaan menggali potensi sumber daya di daerah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah. Namun, kewenangan yang besar ini tidak selalu berkorelasi positif. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari bagaimana kebijakan tata kelola penganggaran dijalankan. Artikel ini berusaha menganalisa anggaran daerah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja dan kemampuan anggaran daerah dengan mengambil kasus APBD Kabupaten Lebak tahun anggaran 2018-2020. Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan terhadap sejumlah indikator yang digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja tata kelola dan kemampuan keuangan daerah Kabupaten Lebak periode anggaran 2018-2019 dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara garis besar kinerja keuangan (APBD) Kabupaten Lebak belum menunjukkan performa yang baik. Berbagai indikator memperlihatkan hasil kurung memuaskan dengan nilai persentase rendah.

Abstract

Abstrak—Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh masih belum optimalnya hasil belajar matematika siswa khususnya pada materi sifat-sifat bangun datar di SD Negeri Cicenang 1 Kecamatan Cigasong Kabupaten Majalengka di Kabupaten Majalengka. Berdasarkan temuan-temuan hasil pengamatan awal, permasalahan tersebut muncul disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yang diantaranya adalah kurang sesuainya model pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru dalalm kegiatan pembelajaran sehingga menyebabkan hasil belajar siswa masih belum sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Penerapan model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan berbagai kriteria merupakan  salah satu usaha dalam perbaikan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas sehingga model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan rencana awal yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak tiga siklus dan pada masing-masing siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi sifat-sifat bangun datar. Pada siklus satu dari 25 siswa hanya 13 siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar, sedangkan pada siklus dua yang mencapai KKM sebanyak 23 siswa atau 92% tuntas dengan KKM 70. Kata kunci: Hasil Belajar, Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw.

Abstract

This article discusses protest voting in the context of regional elections, which contest between a single pair of candidates against an empty box. Empty box is presented to provide alternative options to citizens who are not interested in choosing a pair of candidates. This article argues that the empty box becomes an instrument for voters to protest. Using the case of the Lebak local election in 2018, this article seeks to find answers to the question of why some voters are interested in choosing an empty box, what is the main object of the protest, and how the protest was carried out. This type of qualitative research with a case study approach was chosen as the research method. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews and literature studies. The findings show that the empty box is an instrument for the people in South Lebak, especially Malingping District, to express their dissatisfaction with the candidate, Iti Octavia Jayabaya. On the other hand, protest voting using empty boxes keeps its dilemmas and paradoxes. Some protesting voters continued to express their dissatisfaction by selecting candidate pairs for fear of intimidation and other reasons.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tourist attraction and location on the decision of tourists to visit the Jiwa Batujaya Temple during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The approach used by the researcher is a descriptive and verification approach. Descriptive method is one that is used to determine the value of the independent factor, whether there is a possibility of the variable. The results of the study show that there is a correlation between tourist attraction and location with a correlation coefficient value of 0.450 and has a fairly strong criterion relationship level because the value is positive. There is a partial influence of tourist attraction and location on visiting decisions

Abstract

The determinants of student achievement in schools are widely studied, including factors at school. Research on principal leadership, teacher performance, and student success has been carried out by many other researchers with varied results. This study aims to explain these two factors on student achievement based on teacher and student assessments. The research method used is quantitative through survey techniques. Statistical analysis used is non-parametric statistic Mean-Withney test. This research compared perceptions of teachers and students, male and female, from two school institutions. The comparison results show that both teachers and students agree that the principal has an effect on student achievement (U = 364,000; p = 0.229). In addition, teachers and students agreed that teacher support affected student achievement (U = 369,000; p = 0.266). These results indicate that both students and teachers see a relationship between the leadership role of school principals and teacher performance with student success. These findings can contribute to the development of psychology and education.
