Abstract

The article entitled Waiting for a New Leader Ahead of the 2024 Presidential Election (Reflection on 76 Years of Independence from a Cultural Perspective) is a study of constructive thinking about the political rights of citizens of all ethnic groups in Indonesia to hold power. power in our beloved Republic. Through qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis approach, positive responses from informants through structured and systematic interviews and supporting literature can explain the phenomenon under study. The results obtained through the research show that the government and related state institutions respond to the political rights of citizens to assume the position of President based on the mechanism of democratic principles and rules in accordance with Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. The constitution and ideals of the Proclamation of National Independence by looking at the figure of a candidate for leader without distinction of race , ethnicity and culture

Abstract

The Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) is an integration of the planning, budgeting, and performance reporting system that is in line with the implementation of the financial accountability system of each government institution. The Directorate General of Early Childhood Education seeks to increase the value of SAKIP from year to year. Implementing the role of the organization and the environment will lead to interactions that give rise to norms, ethics and rules in society. The institutional theory holds that organizations will survive and adapt to changes in the existing environment, both economically and socially. Even between the organizational environment and other organizational environments, there will be an exchange of values, norms, rules and beliefs through acculturation and assimilation. Factors that can affect the success or failure of implementing a performance measurement system are divided into two categories: technical factors, including difficulty determining performance measures and limitations of information systems, and organizational factors, including management commitment, decision-making authority, and training. In this study, we will look at management commitment as a factor in increasing the value of SAKIP. Based on the results, it turns out that the management committee of the Directorate General of Early Childhood Education is an essential factor in achieving the Directorate General of Early Childhood Education's SAKIP. Management commitment will oversee starting from planning to evaluating the implementation of the Directorate General of Early Childhood Education SAKIP.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepala sekolah pelaksana Program Mobilisasi Sekolah melakukan transformasi kepemimpinan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui perbaikan proses pembelajaran guna menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas. Pendekatan kualitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 3 partisipan di Kabupaten Kendal Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Pada penelitian sebelumnya telah dibuat beberapa temuan terkait upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dengan efektivitas pembelajaran. Namun masih terdapat research gap untuk menggali bagaimana kepala sekolah melakukan transformasi kepemimpinan dalam peningkatan mutu pembelajaran melalui implementasi program sekolah mengemudi. Proposisi yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah semakin kuatnya tekad kepala sekolah untuk membangun paradigma pembelajaran baru, kolaborasi, dan organisasi pembelajaran melalui program sekolah mengemudi. Abstract

Program PKM Kewirausahaan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perekonomian masyarakat khususnya di wilayah perkotaan. Melihat dari keadaan warga yang mengalami masalah ekonomi di perkotaan, Tim PKM Kewirausahaan membuat program kerja yang berhubungan untuk pengembangan perekonomian warga Bekasi Utara tepatnya di Jalan KH Muchtar Tabrani No 8 Kelurahan Magra Mulya, Bekasi Utara, selain itu program kerja ini sebagai bentuk kreatifitas mahasiswa. Budidaya ikan lele sangkuriang merupakan suatu usaha yang menjanjikan untuk di geluti waktu sekarang, kebutuhan akan ikan yang tinggi di pasaran, pasar ikan lele yang stabil membuat peternakan budidaya ikan lele di minati. Budidaya lele sangkuriang didaerah Magra Mulya milik memiliki kelebihan tertentu, yakni kondisi wilayah tergolong cocok untuk budidaya lele karna bersuhu hangat. Selain daripada itu, budidaya lele didaerah Magra Mulya ini didukung oleh masyarkat sekitar, sebab masyarakat memiliki semangat untuk ikut andil dalam penjualan dan budidaya lele sangkuriang tersebut. Namun, terdapat beberapa permasalahan yakni memiliki luas lahan sebesar 250m2, namun kolam lele yang tersedia hanya sedikit. Adapun permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam budidaya lele sangkuriang, diantaranya : (1) Curah hujan yang cukup tinggi di Kelurahan Magra Mulya, Bekasi Utara; (2) Memiliki luas lahan sebesar 250m2, namun kolam lele masih sedikit; (3) Pemasaran ikan lele yang masih dilakukan secara door to door. Abstract

Talent Management (TM) emerged as a way to build human capacity. For public and private organizations. Building human capacity is the main thing to achieve organizational goals and improve performance. Talent management is how to develop Human Resources (HR). Talent Management as a tool to filter and map employees who have the best talent. HR is managed in a directed and sustainable manner. The purpose of this activity is how to increase the management talent of village officials, especially in compiling digital-based financial accountability reports in the Mulyasari Village government, Pataruman District / Banjar City. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Intellectual Capital on company value with financial performance as an intervening variable. The population in this study includes companies registered in LQ45 consecutively during the 2018-2022 period. The analysis technique applied is multiple linear regression and the Sobel test using financial performance as an intervening variable. The research results show that Intellectual Capital has a positive effect on Financial Performance, Financial Performance has a positive effect on Company Value, and Intellectual has no effect on Company Value. It is concluded that the results of this research prove that Intellectual Capital has a positive effect on Company Value and mediates Financial Performance. Abstract

The Civil Registration and Population Office of Central Buton Regency has implemented population policies and provided electronic identity card services based on directives from the central government. This study aims to analyze the impact of implementation integrity and service quality on public satisfaction in the process of obtaining electronic identity cards. The research uses a quantitative method, with primary data as the main source of information. The research strategy employed is a survey involving 248 randomly selected samples. The data analysis technique used is inferential statistical analysis with multiple linear regression procedures in IBM SPSS Statistics version 26.0. From the unstandardized coefficients of the constant (intercept), implementation integrity (X1), and service quality (X2), a multiple regression equation can be formulated as Y=3.267+0.219⋅X1+0.232⋅X2. Individually, both implementation integrity and service quality positively affect public satisfaction. Simultaneously, these two variables influence public satisfaction in the process of obtaining electronic identity cards by 27.2%, while the remaining 72.8% is influenced by other factors not included in the research model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationships among service standards, work culture, and employee performance in customer satisfaction in public services. A quantitative associative approach was employed, using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 for data analysis. The study involved 70 institutions representing the entire population of service users. The results indicate that service standards and work culture have positive but not statistically significant effects on customer satisfaction, whereas employee performance has a positive, statistically significant effect. Simultaneously, service standards, work culture, and employee performance have a moderate positive influence on customer satisfaction. These findings imply that improving employee performance should be prioritized to enhance customer satisfaction. At the same time, service standards and work culture need to be strengthened through more effective implementation and organizational development strategies. Strengthening these aspects can support better service quality and increase overall user satisfaction in public services.

Abstract

The institutional transformation into a State-Owned Legal Entity University (PTNBH) is a strategic step for the Jakarta State University (UNJ) in strengthening its autonomy and competitiveness at the national and global levels. However, in the transformation process, there are a number of major issues that pose challenges, such as the suboptimal relevance of graduate competencies, the utilization of research results that have not had a significant impact on society, suboptimal asset management, and an information system that is not yet fully integrated. This study aims to identify change management strategies and internal and external factors that influence the change management strategies implemented by Jakarta State University in facing the challenges of transformation into a PTNBH. This study uses a qualitative approach with an evaluative design. Research data was obtained through in-depth interviews, documentation studies, and observations of change management at UNJ in the process of transforming into a PTNBH. The results of this study are expected to provide an overview of change management strategies and internal and external factors that influence the change management strategies implemented by Jakarta State University in facing the challenges of transforming into a PTNBH.

Abstract

Peredaran obat substandar dan ilegal termasuk palsu masih menjadi ancaman serius terhadap keselamatan pasien dan sistem kesehatan, sehingga diperlukan partisipasi aktif tenaga kesehatan dalam pelaporan melalui platform digital seperti aplikasi BPOM Mobile. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pemahaman tenaga kesehatan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi, serta motivasi terhadap perilaku pelaporan obat substandar dan ilegal termasuk palsu. Pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dan inferensial digunakan dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner skala Likert kepada 72 tenaga kesehatan pengguna BPOM Mobile. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel laten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi dan perilaku pelaporan, sementara motivasi terbukti menjadi faktor dominan yang memediasi hubungan tersebut. Model penelitian memiliki tingkat goodness of fit yang baik dengan nilai SRMR sebesar 0,060 serta nilai R² yang kuat pada variabel motivasi dan perilaku pelaporan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi sistem pelaporan digital tidak hanya bergantung pada aspek teknologi, tetapi juga pada literasi, persepsi pengguna, serta dukungan kebijakan yang mendorong partisipasi tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris dalam penguatan early warning system pengawasan obat melalui integrasi pendekatan perilaku dan evaluasi program berbasis model CIPP.
