Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the extent of the role of education and teaching of Islamic economics to the younger generation towards the younger generation in the era of increasingly massive Islamic economic development. The role of education and teaching of Islamic economics as well as business practices based on sharia principles today is no longer a necessity, but has become a reality and is increasingly widespread. Economic institutions and Islamic business products are emerging and growing in various parts of the world, even among non-Muslim communities. Likewise training and education that prepares personnel for it. In the academic arena, scientific studies on the concept of Islamic economics also continue to roll and deepen. This is a result of the weakness of the existing economic system that is not able to prosper the community, on the other hand the occurrence of a dichotomy in the education system that seems to belong only to the economics faculty in terms of economics is the fulfillment of human needs in its life, so that Islamic economic education should be introduced to all young people, especially the Muslim generation. Based on the explanation above, it is obvious that the development of Islamic economic practices in various aspects is so rapid that it is very necessary to prepare a young generation of Islamic economics that can maintain and continue the existence of Islamic economics. Abstract

Information and communication technology is currently developing rapidly, one of which is the payment system. In the past, payments were made using cash, but now they are starting to apply non-cash payments. E-money is a means of payment in electronic form in which the money or balance will be stored on a chip or server. The study aims to determine the influence of trust, benefit, and security factors on the interest in using E-money in Boyolali. The method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. The research method used is a quantitative study using a questionnaire as a collection material. The number of research respondents was determined to be 100 respondents. Sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The test results of this study indicate that trust variable has a positive and significant effect on the interest in using E-money in Boyolali, with a probability value of 0.000. Benefits variable do not have a significant effect on the interest in using E-money in Boyolali, with a probability value of 0.471. Security variable have a positive and significant effect on the interest in using E-money in Boyolali, with a probability value of 0.013.

Abstract

Tujuan dan target yang ingin dicapai dalam kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) adalah Alza taylor, guna dapat lebih mengembangkan usahanya dengan mempercepat proses produksi jahitan sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan para penjahit. Untuk mencapai tujuan dan target program PKM ini, maka mitra akan diberikan pelatihan dan pemberian 1 unit mesin pemasang kancing. Pelatihan yang diberikan kepada mitra adalah bagaimana mempercepat proses produksi jahitan sehingga dapat selesai tepat waktu, juga menghindari penolakan orderan jahitan yang masuk dikarenakan kurangnya alat dan tenaga penjahit selama ini di alza taylor.Selain meningkatkan pendapatan alza taylor, masyarakat sekitar juga mendapatkan banyak mamfaat dengan semakin banyaknya orderan jahitan yang diterima alza taylor sehigga harus menambah tenaga penjahit dari masyarakat sekitar yang mempunyai keahlian menjahit. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Mudharabah Agreement at BMT Tumang Surakarta in accordance with the DSN-MUIfatwa no. 07/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 or not. This research was conducted at BMT Tumang Surakarta. The data analysis technique in this study useda descriptive analysis method using a qualitative approach. The results showed that the implementation of Mudharabah financing at BMTTumang was not fully in accordance with the Fatwa of DSN N0:07/DSN-MUI/IV/2000. Things that are not in accordance with DSN FatwaN0:07/DSN-MUI/IV/2000, namely if the mudharib suffers an unintentional loss, the loss should be borne by BMT Tumang, but BMT Tumang cannot bear the loss, if there is a loss, the mudharib is asked to return the principal only. But if mudharib still can't afford it then BMT Tumang is forced to disburse the guarantee. 2) The actual guarantee can only be disbursed for the mudharib who is proven to have committed an intentional mistake, but at BMT Tumang the guarantee will also be disbursed when the mudharib suffers a loss who has been given relief to pay the principal but still cannot carry out the deposit, then BMT Tumang will be forced to withdraw the guarantee.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of service quality, relationship marketing, and perceptions of customers loyalty in BMT Sejahtera. This study uses a quantitative approach to the population of members in the BMT Sejahtera, a sample taken using the calculation of solving formula. Data analysis using multiple linear regression models. T-test result of the study showed that service quality partially had a significant effect on customer loyalty with at count>t table (5,737>1,662). Because the value of t is greater than the value of the t table and the magnitude of the significant value of the P-Value is less than 0.05 (0.00t table (2,022>1,662). Because the value of t is greater than the table value and the value of the significant value of P-Value is less than 0.05 (0.046t table (2,231 > 1,662). Abstract

Implementation of madrasa management contains two aspects of study, first the assessment in the conceptual setting of an approach in running a particular business in the education segment that seeks to maximize competitiveness through continuous improvement of products, people, processes, and organizational environments or institutions, and both studies cover the way they are delivered, which includes ten characteristics from i.e. customer focused (internal and external); obsessed with quality; use scientific approach; continuously improving quality; education and training; exercising controlled freedom; have unity of purpose; as well as involving and empowering educators and students. Abstract

Abstrak : Tujuan diadakan pengabdian ini adalah dengan latar belakang ingin memberikan sumbangsih dalam meningkatkan tingkat pemahaman kepada UMKM desa Trucuk terhadap pentingnya pemasaran digital dan protokol kesehatan. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran agar paham akan pentingnya pemasaran digital dan tetap menjaga protokol kesehatan dalam setiap aktivitas. Bentuk kegiatan yang dilaksanakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah Memberikan pelayanan sosialisasi dan pemahaman tentang materi pemasaran digital dan protokol kesehatan yang akan diberikan kepada UMKM di Trucuk. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah dengan metode ceramah dan menggunakan teknik pendampingan Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, praktik simulasi dan observasi. Metode ceramah digunakan dalam proses penyampaian materi pelatihan. Target luaran yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah 1) UMKM mampu mengetahui dan memahami pemasaran digital; 2) UMKM mendapatkan pemahaman baru cara berjualan; 3) Selanjutnya masyarakat juga senantiasa tetap menjaga protokol kesehatan. Kata Kunci: Pemasaran digital, UMKM Trucuk, Protokol Kesehatan, Pengabdian masyarakat. Abstract : The purpose of holding this service is with a background of wanting to contribute in increasing the level of understanding of UMKM in Trucuk village about the importance of digital marketing and health protocols. The purpose of this community service is to increase awareness so that they understand the importance of digital marketing and maintain health protocols in every activity. The form of activities carried out in community service is to provide socialization services and understanding of digital marketing materials and health protocols that will be provided to MSMEs in Trucuk. The implementation method used is the lecture method and using mentoring techniques. This activity is carried out using the lecture, discussion, practice simulation and observation methods. The lecture method is used in the process of delivering training material. The expected outputs from this activity are 1) MSMEs are able to know and understand digital marketing; 2) MSMEs get a new understanding of how to sell; 3) Furthermore, the community also always maintains health protocols. Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya pengabdian ini yaitu memberikan sosialisasi penyembelihan dan pembagian hewan qurban sesuai syariat Islam. Kegiatan pengabdian ini merupakan tindak lanjut kerjasama antara Institut Teknologi Bisnis AAS Indonesia ke beberapa mitra pengabdian. Kebetulan dalam pengabdian ini Institut Teknologi Bisnis AAS Indonesia bekerjasama dengan Bani Sutardi di Pulutan, Desa Kebonan, Kecamatan Karanggede, Kabupaten Boyolali yang kebetulan rutin melaksanakan kegiatan qurban saat Idul Adha. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan tutorial penyampaian materi terkait penyembelihan hewan qurban yang sesuai dengan syariat Islam, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penyembelihan dan pembagian daging qurban kepada masyarakat disekitarnya. Waktu pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertepatan langsung dengan Idul Adha Tahun 2022 yaitu pada tanggal 10 Juli 2022 dimana dalam kalender akademik terhitung masuk Semester Genap 2021/2022. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa: a). proses sosialisasi penyembelihan hewan qurban sesuai syariat Islam dan dilanjutkan dengan pembagian daging qurban yang dilaksanakan mendapatkan dukungan dari banyak pihak, mulai dari institusi khususnya LPPM Institut Teknologi Bisnis AAS Indonesia, keluarga besar Bani Sutardi, panitia pelaksana qurban dan masyarakat sekitar; b). Pelaksanaan penyembelihan yang dilakukan sudah sesuai ketentuan syariat Islam; c). Pembagian hewan qurban dapat berjalan lancar dan mencukupi. Implikasi dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu masyakarat semakin memahami tata cara penyembelihan yang benar sesuai syariat Islam serta mereka memahami kewajiban melaksanakan qurban bagi yang mampu sebagai wujud ketaatan kepada Allah SWT dan Rasulnya.

Abstract

Relationships between people (human relations) are communication between individuals humanely, namely communication that has entered the psychological stage where communicators require communication to understand each other's thoughts, feelings and can take joint actions. This study aims to find out how to realize Islamic public relations (relationships between communities) at KJKS Mandiri Amanah and the role of Islamic public relations in improving the performance of KJKS Mandiri Amanah. The method used in this research is a qualitative scale field research method, this research is devoted to the type of basic research. The data used is primary data in the form of data recorded at KJKS Mandiri Amanah Surakarta. This research was conducted at KJKS Mandiri Amanah which was carried out between February 2021 and July 2021. This study concludes that in realizing Islamic public relations at KJKS Mandiri Amanah, the leader uses several methods including holding regular meetings at the end of each month in order to create chemistry between parties, build good communication between employees and to customers and the community. general. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang penerapan prinsip Good Corporate Governance (GCG) pada lembaga keuangan mikro syariah khususnya pada Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT) Surya Madani. GCG berperan penting dalam menjaga transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan keuangan berbasis syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan GCG pada BMT Surya Madani meliputi lima aspek utama yaitu strategi, struktur organisasi, sistem operasional, kecakapan sumber daya manusia, dan kepemimpinan. Strategi pengelolaan didasarkan pada visi dan misi lembaga yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan anggota. Struktur organisasi yang jelas menjamin efisiensi kerja dan pembagian tanggung jawab yang baik. Penerapan sistem berbasis digital melalui E-BMT Mobile meningkatkan efisiensi layanan. Selain itu, pelatihan rutin bagi karyawan meningkatkan keterampilan dan profesionalisme dalam operasional lembaga. Dari aspek kepemimpinan, pendekatan musyawarah dan sistem syirkah diterapkan untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang harmonis dan produktif. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan GCG di BMT Surya Madani telah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan prinsip ekonomi Islam. Peningkatan kualitas tata kelola diharapkan dapat memperkuat keberlanjutan BMT dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi dan persaingan di industri keuangan mikro.
